1000000/10 — We Cannot Recommend This Place Enough! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was going to be the one. We absolutely loved the huge reception room and the fact that we could have both our ceremony and reception all in one place. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and we had absolutely no complaints about the bar service. But one of the biggest reasons our experience was so amazing was Patti, our maître d’, who was with us throughout the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. Patti was always so laid-back, kind, and incredibly helpful. She answered every question and email in a timely manner and was always just a text, email, or phone call away. She made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful, which meant so much to me. The venue was also extremely accommodating and worked with us to allow us to bring in all of our own decorations. Even better, their team set everything up for us and took it all down afterward, which was an ENORMOUS help and one less thing we had to worry about. On our wedding night, Patti went above and beyond. She constantly checked on me and my husband throughout the night to make sure we were doing okay, keeping us fed, and making sure we always had drinks when we needed them. She even snapped some pictures and videos for us throughout the night! It genuinely felt like she was looking out for us the entire evening. She did so much to make our wedding day feel easy and enjoyable, and she took away a huge amount of the stress that can come with getting married. We truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. I could honestly go on forever about all of the amazing things we experienced, but seriously — just check this place out for yourself and you'll see why it's so amazing. We are so incredibly happy that we chose this venue and got to work with Patti. 1000000/10 — we cannot recommend them enough!

The Emerald Room is a hidden gem in NE Philly. From start to finish, they were absolutely FABULOUS! Patti responded to all our emails within 15 minutes or less (yes, no exaggeration). Working with her was professional and punctual yet so much fun. She eased so many of my anxieties and I truly trusted her because she knows what she is doing. Her recommendations were perfect and she did excellent day of. Lauren and staff were also excellent. All our guests are raving about their experience at the wedding. Don't look any further, book the emerald room/catering by Mario. You will feel valued and they will exceed your expectations!
