The Enchanted Florist and Whatnots

all what I asked for. I had several conversations with the florist and went into great detail about what I wanted for my bouquet, including sending photos. When it arrived, half of the flowers were not only already dying (my photographer was kind enough to tear the brown petals off), but they were also the wrong colors. I specifically asked for my husband's boutonniere to be all white, but instead it was pink and white, and also in bad shape. By the end of the night my flowers were completely wilted and I threw them in the trash. The person who delivered them didn't work for the shop, so she dropped them and took off without asking what I thought. I called the shop to try and make it right, but they called back too late and I had already left for the my wedding. I tried to contact the manager again several times afterward and never heard back. To say this was a disappointment - both the flowers and the service - would be an understatement.
