The Enchanted Swan in Bridgeport, WV, is an elegant country wedding venue that provides a fairytale setting for your celebrations. This location is ideal for anyone looking to host their nuptials in a charming and serene space that exudes romance.
With 400 acres of the West Virginia countryside as your backdrop, your wedding dream can become a reality at The Enchanted Swan. You and your future spouse can recite your vows surrounded by natural beauty underneath a wide-open blue sky. For your ceremony, there are a number of spaces to choose from, including one of the outdoor patios, in the 50 acres of fields that surround the premises, at the schoolhouse, on the lawn of the Farm House, or in the Celebration Center. After saying "I do," you can then move on to your reception space, which can be held either in the Celebration Center or in the horse barn. A get-ready suite is available for you and your wedding party to relax and prepare in before the festivities and excitement of the day commence. This area includes a private bathroom with a shower, makeup stations, a dressing area, and even a balcony with views of the grounds. Another space called The Cygnet House is also available as a get-ready room and even allows you and your new spouse to spend the night if you're looking for an extra day in this enchanting and peaceful place. Tammera and David, the owners, have designed The Enchanted Swan to help you make wonderful, unforgettable memories with up to 250 of your loved ones.
There are a number of packages for you to choose from at The Enchanted Swan. These are Peak, Non-peak, and All Access. The space also allows pets with special arrangements. An Event Coordinator will be on hand to support you throughout your journey. This team of helpful and friendly professionals is excited to be a part of your celebrations, and they cannot wait to welcome you to their lovely venue. This story began with my love for interior design and hospitality. It continued with my love for Gypsy Vanner horses.
Developing the farm for the horses, it was envisioned to be a haven that would serve, not only as a dwelling for animals, but also as a paradise for couples looking to tie the knot amidst nature’s serenity.
God has gifted me with love, kindness, compassion, an affinity for horses, and abundant creativity. I feel like I can utilize all of these attributes to enhance the wedding experience of in-love couples.
After exploring many East Coast wedding venues, it was decided to build the Enchanted Swan Center next to the recently constructed horse barn overlooking an absolutely gorgeous hay field/horse pasture with a backdrop of picturesque wooded West Virgina hills.
The name of the venue – The Enchanted Swan – was chosen in recognition of the love and devotion between a pair of swans. They pair for life.
The Enchanted Swan is committed to creating unforgettable experiences for each couple who choose our farm for their big day.
I look forward to spending my next chapter seeing people here dancing, singing, hugging, laughing, & celebrating life while enjoying a quintessential West Virginia country setting.
