The Enchanted Woods

I don't even know where to start, Ashley and Jared from Enchanted Woods are absolutely incredible! They are hyper focused on making sure the big day goes as smooth as possible; they are extremely prepared and ready for anything that we threw at them. The Groomsmen were nearly an hour late and still needed to steam our suits, Jared out of nowhere had a hanging rack and steaming line ready to go to ensure we would make it to pictures on time, their willingness to consistently help is second to none. We received so many compliments from our family and friends regarding Ashley and Jared and the way they ran our wedding. We would HIGHLY recommend choosing them to guide your big day!!!

Jared was great! Ashley not so much. From insulting the MOH, to dismissing what I continually said I wanted, to speaking rudely to the guest, to bad mouthing the other vendors. This vendor did it all. As a coordinator you would have the little details of a venue you claimed to worked multiple times down. You would know the ins and outs the better flows, you would advise the couple of details that may arise as this is their first wedding. Ashley did no such thing. Ashley is very loud spoken and direct, which can be a good thing but in this case it wasn’t. From rehearsal trying to push the officiant my brother to read his entire script, to making my soon to be husband and I use their rings to practice the exchange. Ashley continued to shoosh my wedding party as if we were toddlers and could not enjoy the day. To wedding day not having the flexibility to have things change. Showing up 30 min LATE, Or changing table settings or flow without consulting the bride. Taking down a table prior to the reception starting that displaced a significant other of the wedding party. Enjoying in the festivities to drinking our beer and dancing with our guests. Inserting herself where she is in shots that were made for special moments. Start to finish worst mistake ever! Ashley may think she is a great coordinator but please do your research. All of this is not to say the day went and was memorable, but the aftermath of things I was told that I as the bride didn’t see or friends and family didn’t want to overwhelm or stress me day of has been eye opening and horrific. Had I known, seen or made aware of Ashley would have been fired. I have done more apologizing to my family and friends than being able to enjoy newlywed bliss. For me this is more than financial - it’s emotionally draining.

Ashley and her team were so helpful in bringing our dream wedding to life! My husband and I were married at a 'camp' style venue, which required a lot of coordination and a lot of different vendors vs. a standard venue. All of those added details didn't make Ashley sweat at all, she just got to work and executed everything exactly the way we wanted it. She was also a great consultant in terms of how much certain things should cost/decisions to consider/leads for local vendors. Her experience in the wedding industry was greatly beneficial to us and gave us peace of mind when selecting vendors in an area we weren't familiar with. Overall, a great experience with Enchanted Woods, would recommend Ashley and her team, especially if you're worried about good help specifically on the day of!

Ashley, the owner of The Enchanted Woods, is an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator! From the beginning she answered all of my questions and made the process of helping my daughter plan her dream wedding less stressful. Ashley’s attention to detail and her organization helped make our entire weekend run smoothly. She even got a shout out from a couple of the speeches during the weekend! I truly could not have made it thru the weekend without Ashley! If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond for your perfect wedding it is definitely The Enchanted Woods and their Team!
