Absolutely do NOT recommend. I spent over $800 on two engraved bottles and they sent bottles with torn and worn out labels. I was told that this "vintage" 2015 label was normal... ...I have never seen a bottle of Cristal for sale that has had a worn out label like this. They should have known better before engraving and sending OR should have said something prior to sending. They even agreed that engraved bottles are for display so it's not ideal but it wasn't covered by return policy. However, they could offer an $80 refund. They should have done a better job sourcing bottles that weren't torn and blemished. I will never work with this company again.
