I changed my mind on the menu more than once, and she never blinked, staying patient and accommodating through every detail, from food to bar to table settings. The event itself was gorgeous. It had been drizzling, so cocktail hour moved from the flagstone patio into the pavilion, which was beautifully set for dinner. But the rain stopped, and the staff went out of their way to move the high-top bar tables back outside so everyone could enjoy the pond and mountain views. That kind of flexibility and attentiveness made the evening. The food was excellent and the setting was stunning. Ella and the whole team at The Equinox helped make this such a memorable night for our family. I can't recommend Ella, The Equinox and the Pond Pavilion enough! 

re to get married, we remembered the amazing times we had up in Manchester, VT. From our very first conversation with Ella, everything felt so right and everything was so organized! We fell in love with the beautiful setting of the Meadow Tent/ 1811 lawn. It provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day and exceeded our expectations in every way! The Equinox created a truly unforgettable experience for us and our guests the whole weekend. What made our experience especially exceptional was the incredible support we received from the venue's sales coordinator, Ella Salcido. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create the amazing wedding we had envisioned. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming at times, but she made us feel supported. She is so sweet and amazing at what she does, and you end up feeling like family at the end of your wedding! She was also amazing during our pictures and was running after me to fix the train of my dress!! Her amazing, bubbly personality also helped ease my nerves on the big day! Her professionalism and attention to detail helped make the entire planning experience smooth and enjoyable, for both myself and my husband. She was amazing with coordinating logistics, helping us understand our options for both our welcome night and the reception / cocktail hour, and ensuring every aspect of our event was carefully considered. My husband also has a severe peanut allergy and Ella made sure that we could enjoy our day, worry-free by ensuring our entire event was nut-free! Ella also worked great with our day-of coordinators to make sure everything was running smoothly. On the wedding day itself, everything was executed perfectly. The venue staff was attentive, organized, and made sure that both we and our guests had an amazing experience. Every detail came together beautifully, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the day! We never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes because we knew we were in capable hands the entire weekend. The food, service, and overall experience was amazing. We received so many compliments throughout the weekend and continue to hear from friends and family about how much they enjoyed celebrating with us there and how much they want to come back to Manchester again. Looking back on our wedding day, we are incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping make our wedding weekend feel absolutely perfect.
