The ESB (Environmental Services Building)

This venue was a gem, the perfect combination for outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at the same location. It had the fairest price, the most beautiful views, a kitchen space for food and the everything was very accessible. The staff were supportive and great communicators the entire time. Sam was awesome. There were only 2 things that I wish were different. One of which was the reservation process, I knew that date I wanted to reserve almost 2 years in advance but could not reserve it until exactly 1 year in advance, I stayed up until midnight the night prior to submit my request and still did not get my desired date. I'm sure they do it this way because the venue is in high demand. The other thing I wish was different was the fact that you are required to use a specific vendor called Kemper Sports/chambers bay for the bar services. The bar tender herself was great, but the support and coordination team prior to the event were lacking. Anthony the initial point of contact took a long to time respond to emails or would respond incompletely, when he handed us of to the event coordinator, Kate, he provided and incorrect email so I had to hunt around to find the right one myself. Throughout the year in January, May, and August we had mentioned and asked about champagne toast for our event both members informed us of what was provided/included for it, but when our wedding happened there wasn't any champagne distribution for our guests. When I reached out to ask about this after the event had passed. I was informed that it was an additional/separate service and charge, this was not mentioned during any of our conversations during the span of almost a year. So I would suggest you confirm with them at the time you sign your contract if you also planned on having a champagne toast. Unfortunately dealing with them was lack luster as it just seemed that the admin team as a whole was not very detail oriented, prompt with communication or accountable. Other than that everything with the Venue itself was perfect! I highly recommend this location.

What a beautiful view! The staff at this venue were so attentive and helpful, ample space for our 150 people guest list, it was great that they had the tables and chairs on site and did I mention the view! Highly recommended venue.
