Stacie and Hailey did an amazing job coordinating the day of our wedding. They were a HUGE help in setting things up and taking everything down at the end of the night. They set things up better than I could have even imagined. I would highly recommend hiring the essential bag for your wedding!!

Hailey did such a fabulous job for our wedding. We live in Iowa and it was hard to plan a wedding out of state and lug all of our stuff up to MN but Hailey helped soooo much. She even took time to meet with me and go over all the details. She helped and did everything we asked and then more, including making sure the day went smoothly and timely. Hailey was always friendly and upbeat too. Worth every penny!

Hailey was absolutely the MVP of our wedding. Leading up to the wedding we had a couple of calls to go over the schedule and other management details and she was so easy to talk to and left me feeling confident. On the day of she was a rockstar - I got to relax more than I thought I was going to be able to because she was on top of things before I even knew they needed addressing. We had 7 bridesmaids/groomsman - a few of whom are characters and she was a strong leader making sure everybody was where the needed to be without causing drama. During the reception she checked in with me to make sure I had a drink and water and she was a beast getting the venue cleaned up before our cutoff. I literally could not have asked for more. Thank you, Hailey!

Hailey was a big help on our wedding day, and her services were worth every penny. She did a lot of behind the scenes stuff that we wouldn't have thought of needing until the last few weeks, which is when wedding planning gets stressful. We also felt her rate was very reasonable, and would recommend her to other couples.

Hailey was a godsend on our big day. It's going to be hard to hit all of the great things she did for us that day. To begin, she was very organized. Though we had only met over the phone a few times before the wedding day, she asked all the right questions and did everything we asked her to do and more. She handled setting up all of the table decorations the way we wanted them, and things looked perfect. She made sure everything went off without a hitch for the timing and schedule of the day. She made sure everyone was paid and tipped. She moved pictures and flowers from the ceremony, managed getting our desserts out, and put our gifts in a safe location at the end of the night. She made sure there was no stress put onto me (the bride) or any of my family/helpers. So many of our guests had such positive feedback on how well she did. I appreciate everything she did for us to help make it such a smooth and perfect day. She was very reasonably priced, and well worth having her travel 3 hours to come do our wedding. Thank you Hailey!

Hailey was wonderful! She anticipated my needs, took care of everything I asked her to, and even things that I didn't ask her to. Any problem I had she was on top of it without even a thought and did it with a smile. She was incredibly prepared and had anything that I had forgotten, and was very organized. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Hailey was a HUGE help in keeping my wedding day smooth and stress-free. We did a do-it-yourself wedding to save costs and because my ex-MIL was supposedly good at putting together weddings (she was not- it was horrible and stressful). Thank God Hailey was there for me! She provided excellent comic relief for me the whole day, made sure I always looked my best, and most importantly made sure no body came at me to take care of anything I shouldn't have to (believe me, they tried) so I could relax and try to enjoy the day. She was easily the best thing about the wedding!

Hailey was very helpful in making sure on a day where 101 things can go wrong as few a possible actually happened. She made sure that everyone in and out of dressing rooms were accounted for without me (the bride) having to even leave my dressing room and be seen by accident on the big day. She kept the stress levels at a manageable level by coming prepared with everything from deodorant and tissues to having a clean spare shot glass. She can keep a conversation going and make everyone in the room feel at ease.
