When you book with us, you’ll have access to the estate the day before to get everything organized and set up at your own pace. The venue includes a beautiful get-ready suite, nine bathrooms, and a fully climate-controlled house and ballroom for your comfort. We provide tables, chairs, linens, setup, and teardown, along with dedicated staff and a professional bartender to ensure your day runs smoothly. Additional amenities include a paved, lighted parking lot with handicap-accessible entrances and parking. If you choose to cater with us, all pricing includes plates, silverware, and everything you need for a seamless dining experience. In case of bad weather, we also have a beautiful indoor backup option for your ceremony, so your plans never skip a beat. The Estate at Maplewood is a wedding venue located in Richfield Springs, NY.

CHECK OUT OUR GOOGLE REVIEW FOR PICS My wife and I got married at Maple wood 10/29/22 and it was absolutely flawless. John was more than accommodating and he really fulfilled out ...

every wish. We are an LGBT couple and John and all of his recommended vendors were so great and respectful. We booked the deluxe weekend package and were able to stay, with our bridal party, in the mansion for 2 nights. It was a bit chilly the first night but John gave us heaters for the following night. This venue was so beautiful and has immense charm. There were no ugly rooms and every picture looked amazing. The price for all the included food, overnight stay, DJ, and alcohol was very reasonable. I highly recommend using his vendors: Geoff the DJ, Victor the caterer (Italian food) and we even used his cousin as our Photographer- Sarah Wintle @Sarahawintle (instagram) (sarahwintle.com) Thanks again John!!!
