coordinator Danielle never made it seem that way. She was incredible throughout the whole thing and definitely helped play a part in our day going seamless. The fact that it is an all inclusive venue is just a cherry on top and made planning so simple. All of their in house vendors are incredible, and we received many compliments about the staff night of. Thank you again everyone!!!

As the bride, I was asked several times if I needed anything- drink, food, etc. I really felt very special and it was because of the staff at the venue. I would definitly recommend this place- especially for the "lazy" bride who just wants help with doing everything because this place does! It was so perfect, I wish I could go back and relive this day!

lar job! They made the decision making so easy for us and I loved their designs. I was concerned about the back round for the sweetheart table, but Danielle suggested I work with Becky from Serendipity to come up with a solution. She made recommendations for a fabric wall behind the table with the color suggestions for the ceiling swooshes and the fabric wall and it all looked warm and very elegant. It was the perfect fix! Mark, the DJ, did an excellent job with the music! We had over 200 guests and he made the suggestion to do the table hop in 3-5 minutes to some fun music so the bride and groom would get a photo with each table and all the guests had a great time preparing for their 15 seconds with the bride and groom. He was a wonderful communicator and so positive and reassuring during our pre-wedding meeting. My daughter picked 3 different flavors of cake and filling for the wedding cake and each were really amazing! People commented on how tasty the cake was! Danielle, with the estates, was very patient throughout the process answering all of our questions. We had a ton of stuff we brought to the venue for the reception and they did a great job displaying it how we wanted and then collecting it afterwards so we could get out of the venue in a timely fashion. We did have a couple of table number corrections that we just happen to notice prior to the reception, but they were able to make those changes so people were sitting just how we'd planned. Only a few things I would change if I had to do it over again. 1) Request an additional half hour with the photographer prior to the ceremony....the 2 hours wasn't enough because guests arrive so early. 2) We brought home tons of leftover cake so I fear many guests did not get dessert. It might be helpful if the DJ pointed out where the cake was and announce that it was cut and that guests should help themselves....more than once if they see there is still a lot of cake leftover. 3) I'm not sure how much of our late night bites were eaten. I would suggest the DJ announce that has been served more than once so the food doesn't go to waste. We spend a lot of money to make the night amazing for the bride and groom and our guests...we really want them to enjoy everything! 4) I thought it was really loud and difficult to hear....so toning down the loudness of the music just a bit would have been great. I was having too much fun to even think about talking to Mark about that during the event...so it must have been minor :). Overall, a superb experience! All the vendors were wonderful and I'd highly recommend to anyone to use this venue for a special event.

, even the ones we didn’t know needed covered. We are so grateful for the teamwork and communication provided through every stage of planning. Every question or concern was addressed quickly. We had an unexpected death occur in our lives and Danielle was more than accommodating in rescheduling our final meeting to ensure we were able to attend the funeral out of town. The Estate Team truly cares about their couples and makes them feel so special and loved. We are so happy and blessed to have gotten married at The Estate!

After we booked there was so much back and forth/miscommunication with the coordinators on things I had already thoroughly detailed for them. They ruined several decor items (wrote on our expensive hand-calligraphy name tags and spray painted my wedding signage stands without permission). There was so much ambiguity within the “day of schedule”, so they called me 6 days before the wedding and let me know the schedule was wrong and it was a $600 mistake. They ended up honoring their mistake but finding it 6 days before the event and blaming me for it is not acceptable considering I had all the receipts to prove I did my due diligence. The process was a headache, to say the least. And come the day of the wedding, I had a completely different coordinator that I had never worked with. Our previous coordinator stopped contact with me altogether, and when I’d send an email, I’d get a text reply from someone else speaking on her behalf. Also, if you upgrade your meal package for a champagne toast, make sure you get one because about half of our guests got champagne and the other half didn’t….including the bride and groom which is ridiculous. We even upgraded to nicer champagne coupes just for the toast, and we’re so disappointed. And like other reviews point out, if you think this is an “all-inclusive venue” that just covers the bare minimum. We thought we’d be spending around 15k but once the ball got rolling with florals and linens and everything else that we thought would be included, we were closer to 20k in just venue costs. Some of those upgrades were personal choices that we fully understand but some were so outlandish. Like paying tax through Fiori but then the venue hitting you with a floral tax as well. Or paying for furniture rentals that showed up but never got put out on the day of the wedding. The in-house DJ, Catering, and Florists were fantastic, however. They really made the wedding beautiful. Not sure why there’s a service charge for them though considering I found out they don’t receive tips for their hard work. I ended up tipping everyone that night when I found out and afterward, I couldn’t get a clear answer on what the service charge (over 3k) was for. We so badly wanted to love this experience but it definitely fell short for the price.

The venue was decorated beautifully and the day of coordinator did a great job with lining everyone up and getting the timing perfectly to walk down the aisle. They are a great venue to use especially if you don't have a wedding planner because they do most of the work for you!

inclusiveness of the venue made it so much more streamline in terms of booking and connecting with vendors. While it may come off to some couples as cookie-cutter, we were incredibly impressed by how personalized we were able to make our day. The bridal/groomsmen suites are beautiful, the venue is easily accessible, food/drinks/staff the night of our wedding were fantastic. We were just so incredibly impressed and have been getting so much feedback from friends and family on how great everything was. Thank you for making our day beautiful!

u want to use your own options which can make things more affordable. Danielle, our event coordinator, was very responsive and helpful with questions, and she was fantastic the day of! Every time I turned around she was there offering me help (and my favorite, more beer). Our provided DJ, Mike, was very professional and helpful during the rehearsal and day of. We had nothing but good comments from our guests. This is a beautiful venue with a great staff.

ng shopping for different vendors such as: Cake, Table Linens, Music, Flowers etc; this venue provides it all. HOWEVER the all inclusive package is a basic bare minimum package. The venue provides the basic necessities but you will definitely be hit with up charges on everything! ( This was not articulated thoroughly nor conveyed during the initial sales meeting) Communication was not the best. Regarding these up charges, again we were sold on everything being included with our wedding package yet when we attended our Floral appointment (for example) we are that the told only items included are centerpieces. Bouquets, ceremonial floral arrangements, reception arrangements etc were extra $$$. Every vendor appointment, expect an upcharge. The sales rep did not do a great job explaining all the details regarding these services. Hindsight, the sales rep definitely seemed like a used car salesman using the "dates are filling up quick tactic" "hey we are all inclusive, all in house vendors 1 stop shop sales pitch. Sounds nice but you do not get what you imagine unless you are willing to pay well above your budget. Lastly on the communication, the representatives were not very accommodating. They were really "matter of fact" about everything "it is what it is" mentality and didn't really cater to our needs and requests to make the day blissful. This is not the professionalism you expect for a monumental moment in your life and for the amount of money you are spending. If it wasn't for us bringing our own DJ, this experience would of been horrible. Again great venue, but the service and accommodations are not worth the 10s of thousands you are paying!

The Estate took care of everything & as a bride I was so thankful! They really take away most of the stress of wedding planning & provide excellent ideas throughout the process. All of our vendors through The Estate (food, cake, DJ, and florals) were so helpful and extremely professional. My husband and I truly enjoyed meeting with all of our vendors and brainstorming different ideas with them! We are still receiving commentary about how great our wedding was, and we couldn't agree more! I can't thank the staff enough for hosting, organizing, and ensuring our day was exactly how we envisioned it. Cheers to The Estate!!

married at! We could not recommend it enough! The venue is gorgeous, there is a bridal suite for both the bride and the groom, the outdoor ceremony space is simply perfect, and the reception space is so well laid out. We had the best wedding day here!

perfectly. There was not a single thing that went wrong. This is an all inclusive venue. Each of their vendors is every bit as professional and friendly as the venue itself. Each person offered wonderful ideas. The organization was supreme, and we did not have to do anything but say what we wanted. When it was time to plan, we received an email with a meeting link. Each vendor communicated with each other and the venue to make it the most perfect, easy, seamless day possible. I get tearful just thinking about it! I could not have asked for anything better for our special and most perfect day. I wish I could give this a rating of 10 instead of 5!

s beautiful and all the in house vendors were a huge bonus. The DJ got everyone out on the floor and dancing. Sauer Cakes made a delicious cake and cupcakes. And Fiori created beautiful floral designs for us! The whole day was so much better than we ever imagined and I would change absolutely nothing. Thanks to the whole team!

and beautiful. Jenna was out day of coordinator and she was super helpful in making sure every single detail was exactly how I wanted it to be. If I would do the day over, 400% of the time I would do it there. Every person has told me the food was amazing, our DJ absolutely brought the party, the florals were exactly what I had imagined and our cake was stunning and delicious.

or 40 guests from start to finish in less than 4 months. We interacted with several members of the team and even through some shifts in staffing, it was smooth sailing. Our guests commented on the beauty of the venue, the delicious food (we chose brunch), the awesome DJ (Mike Small from D&M Entertainment), the perfect cake (Michelle @sauercakes) and gorgeous flower arrangements and bouquet from Fiori Florals. We loved it all too! Thank you Alex and Maggie for making our big day stress-free and feel like such a dream!
