The Estate at New Albany

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with The Estate at New Albany. Hannah, our coordinator, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. If there were any issues during the wedding itself, I was unaware of them as they were handled by her. The all-inclusivity was a major selling point and made the entire process so much smoother. I couldn't recommend this venue enough. 100% worth the price you pay.

I truly loved having our wedding at The Estate at New Albany, looking at the big picture. It being all inclusive took a lot of stress off our plates, and made the whole planning process very easy. There are a few things that are causing me not to give a full 5-star review. The fact that we had multiple coordinators and were never officially notified, we just received an email from them stating the next steps were, was a little off-putting. We were also told by our original coordinator that everything would be loaded into cars at the end of the night so all that would need to be done was grab stuff from the suites. Instead, my family was frantically grabbing and throwing things into cars, trying to avoid losing the security deposit. Being nickel and dimed for literally everything, taking alcohol out of the suites the minute everyone was gone from them that we paid a LOT for, and wanting to charge $100 to use a shelf that is already in the venue but would need to be moved?? Outrageous. Overall, we had a great experience, but after reflecting on our time working with The Estate, if we had known these things walking in, we might have gone a different route.

I cannot express how much I loved working with this venue. It was truly a stress free experience for us. Jenna& Sarah M were the best! They walked us through every aspect of the wedding and kept constant communication. They also made sure on the big day we had nothing to worry about and made sure we had food and drinks. The venue is a blank canvas, but once you make it your own it is absolutely stunning. Special s/o to Sarah C as well! Would 10/10 recommend.

We had our wedding at The Estate at New Albany. Hannah was our coordinator through out the whole process and on our wedding day. Her communication was incredible and she made our wedding day so special! We highly recommend having an event there!

Our wedding ended up being wonderful. The food, drinks, DJ, decor, flowers, cake, etc. were all first-rate. I can't give them 5 stars as we had 3 different coordinators in the six-month span between booking the venue and the event. I realize these things happen, but it's disconcerting for us as the client. Hannah became our new coordinator with about two weeks left. She did do a fantastic job. This also does indicate that the coordinating team has protocols in place for staffing changes. Ultimately, we recommend The Estate at New Albany for an inclusive wedding experience.

The individual vendors were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, quick to reply, and so personable and great to work with. The estate itself we struggled with. We planned our wedding just shy of 2 years & within that time frame we had 4 different coordinators, (not including the 2 that we had never met that were left to work with the day of our wedding.) We were asking the same questions to different people, getting different answers, communication was an email reply once over a period of a week or two, at one point we didn’t get a reply for 4-5 weeks…with less than 60 days to go until our wedding, then once we did receive contact, it wasn’t to answer our questions and emails, it was to let us know we were moving onto another new coordinator. Also beyond disappointing for them trying to charge for things that are already included in your package, listed in print on all packages you’ve been sent, and not only do you have to address it with 2 coordinators… but after you had addressed it, it was STILL added on to our package, and when brought up a third time, it was only “honored” because a previous coordinator agreed with… not because it was listed in the actual contract in print sent to you, which was very unfortunate for it to be handled that way. The rehearsal was a disaster, the coordinator who we had never spoke with lead our bridal groups outside to practice the ceremony… we were having an indoor ceremony. We arrived & had to fill out the same rehearsal forms we had already filled out & sent back in email, then correcting the situation and moving into the indoor ceremony area where there was trash over the floor from the previous event, the room was not set up correct, but there was another wedding coming in after us, so we only had an hour to “pretend” like it was set up correctly and do a walk through. Grand entrance or reception was never talked about. We were questioned about where our decor was, but from the lack of communication we were last told we had an event Thursday & could get in for rehearsal at 6pm, but an event Friday at 8 am, so therefore we would just bring our decor Saturday, the morning of the wedding. The actual day of the wedding, Brooke was the opening coordinator. Also someone we had never spoke to in the almost 24 months of planning, but thankfully Brooke was our saving grace for the beginning of the day. She was knowledgeable, any questions, concerns or details, you never had to speak or ask her twice she was doing it, answering questions correctly, confidentiality & with joy. we would of loved to work with Brooke this whole entire time & sadly wish we could have. Towards the evening, we struggled finding our closing coordinator, we had to send someone every time to find her, and then when it came to packing things up for us, we were given candles and holders in our boxes that belonged to the vendors, didn’t receive any of my bouquet or florals packed up, we had family members help tear down most of everything, etc. which would be okay, but a big selling point into the venue, is the set up & tear down included. Overall, I would work with these individual vendors again, but would opt out of letting the estate be the between communication, and opt out of having any coordinators provided with them. Our wedding day was still perfect, but working in the event/service industry myself, we were overall disappointed with the venue itself, lack of communication, knowledge and urgency/care for your personal event.

We had an overall very wonderful experience with The Estate at New Albany. From our first tour, all the way to the wedding, I felt supported and like my voice was heard at all of the meetings. By having an all-inclusive venue, SO much stress was alleviated throughout the planning process and I knew I was still getting high-quality vendors. We did have multiple coordinators during the year of planning due to people leaving or changing jobs. I was nervous about this at first but Nicole ended up being our final coordinator. She went above and beyond to talk with me through all of the important details and make sure she was up to speed. On the day of, she handled everything very smoothly. The day was seamless and perfect!!! The best part was my loved ones got to spend the day getting ready with me and enjoying it, instead of having to run around chasing down vendors or setting up tables. Our food was delicious for both the cocktail hour appetizers, entrees and sides, as well as the cupcakes we had for dessert. I had many guests compliment the food as well. Kurt was our DJ, and he also went above and beyond to make sure every song and announcement was how/when we wanted it! He matched the vibe of our reception perfectly and considered all of our suggestions. Working with Fiori was pleasant as Mya helped bring my vision to life with bouquets and centerpieces. On top of all of that, there are 3 hotels within a 5 minute walk. This is a GAME-CHANGER if you have many guests traveling from out of town. The Estate is gorgeous and facilitated a perfect wedding day and I will be forever thankful!

We really enjoyed the planning process and our wedding at the Estate! It’s a blank canvas so you can really do anything with the space. The in-house coordinators are great, Kamryn was a joy to work with. She was responsive and flexible (especially for me, a Type A bride)! It is great to have music, flowers, cake, bar, and food all in one place. Really eliminates a lot of work! They decorated the space exactly as I had envisioned and really worked to make our day beautiful, seamless, and perfect! We were so happy we chose the Estate!

The Estate at New Albany was such an amazing venue! We got married here in June 2024. Everything was so easy to plan since it is essentially an all inclusive venue! They included food, alcohol, cake, florals, DJ, and our amazing coordinator Patty! The only outside vendors we needed to hire were a photographer and officiant. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Our coordinator was AMAZING and helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend having your next event at The Estate at New Albany!

Sabrina sold us on the venue, and Patty made our dream wedding come to life! As our coordinator, Patty was prompt, an effective communicator, and was able to handle some tough interactions with guests during the day of. Planning at this all inclusive venue made our process a breeze- we just showed up and everything was done for us. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

I was very skeptical about planning a wedding, so much stress so much go between but The Estates at New Albany made planning a wedding seamless. They handle all the heavy lifting and made every vision I had for our big day come to life. It’s a gorgeous venue, in a great area. Our DJ mike was incredible as well as our day of coordinator Kamryn as well as the rest of the staff and bartender! The night was absolutely perfect and I would recommend this place to ANYONE planning a wedding!

Weeks later, we are still absolutely in awe over The Estate at New Albany venue. It was a perfect venue for our wedding. We loved the all inclusive package deals the offered. This made the whole process easier to plan and stress free! We are so grateful for having Kamryn as our coordinator. She did an awesome job at answering any questions we had before the wedding and making sure the day of went smoothly. We would like to thank everyone who participated in making our wedding one to remember. Our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have been to. We had the best wedding day! A great experience from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful and makes for a great canvas to work with. Having an all-inclusive venue made the whole process seamless and stress free. Patty (our coordinator) was the absolute best to work with. She was always quick to reply to any emails and keep us updated on all things. All vendors were great to work with and definitely are the best at what they do. Could not have asked for a better venue, team of vendors, and experience!

My husband and I chose the perfect venue for our wedding! We want to thank The Estate at New Albany for providing the best service for us. We are so grateful to Kamryn who was the perfect coordinator for our big day! She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and caring throughout the months leading up to our wedding as well as on the actual day. The whole day flowed so smoothly and all of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they ever attended, and The Estate was a huge help with that. Everyone raved about the food, and we're so grateful to the servers and bartenders for their hard work. We also want to thank DJ Mike Small for listening to our music requests and executing what we wanted effortlessly from start to finish. We're so grateful to Michelle Sauer for creating and pulling off the best suprise grooms cake with the help of Kamryn and DJ Mike. Lastly, we want to shoutout Fiori Florals for designing the most beautiful bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. It takes a team to create something so memorable and we want to thank the entire team at The Estate for helping us pull off the wedding of our dreams.

WE LOVED THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!! Our wedding was a large event so we had to find a space that could handle everyone and who would make the planning process as easy on us as possible. The Estate at New Albany did just that! With everything that was included, not to mention the amazing help of our wedding coordinators Kamryn and Maddie, we don't have enough good things to say about The Estate at New Albany. We had so much fun, and the day turned out perfect thanks to all their efforts!

The venue was perfect for our wedding. Having so many of the vendors linked directly to the venue and also having staff to set up, tear down, and facilitate the night's events made it so that we could fully focus our attention on what was an amazing night! We would like to compliment the team on what appeared to us and all of the guests as a seamless experience. Everything went according to plan and was all on time according to the itinerary which is quite impressive.

We are so happy to be married and are glad we chose to get married at The Estate. I would recommend this venue 100%. The staff was kind and friendly, the venue was clean and had all of the small things we forgot, the food was delicious, the DJ was fun, and the flowers were gorgeous. The bridal suites were also very functional and spacious enough for all of our needs. Maddie was an angel who made sure everything continued running smoothly and got us back on schedule. She also answered every late-night email and text message before the event. Having that clear communication was incredibly helpful. I don't think there is any way to avoid wedding stress completely, but The Estate got us as close as possible to a stress-free day. I am so grateful to their team and would definitely choose them again. It's also wonderful to see how much they give back to the community so nothing feels wasted. The Estate went above and beyond our expectations and made sure we really had a magical time.

I could not be happier with how our wedding at The Estate turned out and would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married. Maddie and the entire team of The Estate made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Maddie’s communication, attention to detail, and ability to make our wedding day vision come to life was greatly appreciated. In the days following our wedding, our guests kept raving about what a wonderful time they had and how beautiful the venue was…they also constantly complemented about the delicious food that was served. The Estate is also a fantastic option for people like me, who did not want to have to search for vendors on my own as nearly everything was included, from the food, linens, cake, DJ, beer & wine, and floral centerpieces – it greatly reduced the stress of planning for the wedding. My husband and I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and it will be a night we remember forever!

Everything was FLAWLESS. Maddie and Patty and Kurt the DJ made sure everything ran smoothly. Maddie even helped me bustle my dress & Patty calmed my nerves so much before walking down the aisle. Highly recommend.

The Estate was such a beautiful venue for our wedding. We got so many compliments on the venue and how beautiful and nice it was for the day. The all-inclusive nature was a life saver with the DJ, caterer, bar, cake, and day of coordinators all included in the bulk cost. Having that team there was crucial to the success of our wedding. The best part, in my opinion, was having someone there to decorate for us and coordinate everything the day of. There are a few reasons that I took away one star. The main being that we had a great coordinator that we trusted and got along with so well up until one month before the wedding. Then, one day out of the blue, we got an email from our new coordinator, saying that the previous one was no longer with the venue. We were bummed, but the new coordinator was friendly and we liked her too. Then, the day before the wedding, at the rehearsal, a different coordinator showed up to introduce herself as our day of coordinator, dismissing the fact that the second coordinator wasn't there with a reason that she was at an Ohio State football game. That's all fine, but why assign the second coordinator to us if she wasn't going to be our actual coordinator? Just a bit strange, and all three coordinators were wonderful, we just would have appreciated less whiplash with that part. The second reason that I took a star away is that when cleaning up, which is also 100% so nice that they were there to clean up, they collected the name cards and some things from the tables that appeared to be trash, but I really would've wanted to keep. Overall, The Estate was so wonderful and one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. There were just a few bumps the weekend of that would've made it THE best decision. It was a great experience and they are so knowledgeable, experienced, and organized for your wedding!

The venue was beautiful and it felt transformed to be just for us that day. The staff did an excellent job setting up all the decorations and tearing it down for us at the end of the evening. If I had any additional requests, Hannah or Maddie made it happen for me. Barrett and I felt very taken care of with food and drinks and having time to visit with our guests. Thank you to Hannah and Patty who were there while we were getting things brought in and set up. We also want to thank Maddie for reassuring us that our day would be a lot less stressful than we thought it would be. We were glad we chose The Estate to host our special day!

The Estate absolutely created a picture perfect day for us. The venue is beautiful alone, but to make everything better their vendors are absolutely spectacular too. Danielle helped us throughout our entire planning process and definitely made wedding planning as easy as it could be. We will forever rave and rant about how amazing The Estate at New Albany is <3

The Estate at New Albany is a gorgeous, fully customizable venue. It's simple elegance is beautiful as a blank canvas and will easily accommodate any number of decor styles. As Mother-of-the-Bride, I immediately fell in love with The Estate. Danielle greeted us with a friendly smile, gave us a full tour, and thoroughly answered every question we asked. She immediately put my mind at ease, and I was amazed at all the things that were included. She stepped us through the initial steps of wedding planning. We also had the privilege of working with Emerald, who served as our wedding coordinator. Both ladies maintained timely, personal correspondence and helped us with every phase of the wedding planning process. They were both FANTASTIC to work with. This greatly increased my peace of mind, which allowed me to focus on the extra-special personal touches my daughter wanted. We made beautiful memories! The wedding day went very smoothly. We had a garden wedding, then the reception inside. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were so happy to help with everything we needed. It was absolutely beautiful, and we had many compliments on how delicious the food was, too! I highly recommend The Estate at New Albany!

Recently got married at The Estate (June 2023) and it was so perfect. Our coordinator, Emerald, was so attentive, flexible, patient, kind, and personable. She paid close attention to detail and made sure our day ran as smooth as possible. Finding a florist, DJ, and decorator all in one venue made the wedding planning process so much easier! We planned our wedding in a 6 month time frame and after we booked The Estate the stress felt lifted off our shoulders! The space was completely customizable to what we wanted & I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a timeless, classy venue!

We just had our wedding last month at the Estate, and I couldn’t speak more highly of the venue and the entire team. All of the vendors they work with were on top of things and easy to work with. They prompted us through the planning process and helped with ideas, timelines, and all the small details. It truly felt like having a wedding planner without hiring one. I also appreciated that our DJ, Mike, made an effort to come to the rehearsal to finalize details with us. Our coordinator Danielle was so kind and fun to work with. She was quick to respond to all of our questions, and she put me at ease on our wedding day by taking care of all the small details, letting us know what’s next, and asking if we needed anything. We added lots of florals from Fiori, and we got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. The food and cake was delicious, the serving staff did an excellent job, the timeline ran smoothly, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy our day. We are so happy we chose the Estate for our wedding!

We specifically worked with Danielle, and are so thankful for the time she spent to make sure this day was special for us. We got married here in April 2023. Everything was fabulous and it is truly a one stop shop. The First Look event is a wonderful opportunity to taste the food and see what all the venue has to offer. We cannot recommend this venue and company enough! It was the easiest wedding planning experience ever! Everyone we worked with (especially Emerald, our coordinator) was extremely helpful and responsive. When we arrived on wedding day everything was set-up and people were on hand to help us with anything and everything we needed. The cake (Sauer Cakes) was amazing. An anniversary cake was provided for us to take home! Such a delicious cake!! The food from Gourmet Fresh Catering was insanely delicious! Our guests raved about the quality and taste (and it was a buffet and still amazing)! Serendipity Designs provided some additional drapery in the indoor ceremony space. It made an incredible addition and provided the extra warmth and romantic vibe we needed for our ceremony. The florist (Fiori Florals) was amazing. The flowers were there when we arrived at the venue and exceed our expectations. We added flowers to the already provided centerpieces and it was worth the extra investment! The DJ (Mike Small of D and M DJ Entertainment) was truly incredible. I mean, amazing! He helped everything run smoothly and rolled with all last minute adjustments. To Emerald (and everyone else at The Estate and other vendors), thank you!! Our wedding was truly a magical experience. It was as low stress as planning a wedding can be. We cannot recommend The Estate at New Albany and BTTS enough! P.S. the added S’mores bar and “dancing on the clouds” was a fun edition!

The Estate at New Albany was the most magical place to have a wedding. The power had gone out right before our ceremony but emerald called backup and we were still able to have the most amazing ceremony with no hiccups. The power came back on right before the reception. Emerald was the most amazing wedding coordinator to work with. She listened so well and kept you calm throughout the whole day. There is no one else I would I’d rather have coordinate the most important day of my life. If you are looking for a place to get married this is your place, especially since the ceremony and reception rooms are separate it allows things to go even more smoothly. Thank you again!!

Everything was exceptional. The day of the wedding, they were there to make everything run smoothly from the rehearsal dinner through the wedding. They even helped with the personal touches we brought in, turning on lights, packing things up, etc . The caterer , dj and florist were also excellent. I live out of state and my daughter was getting married there. It meant everything to me knowing I didn't have to run up there once a month. Guests were coming up to us saying what a beautiful place this venue was. Everyone loved the flowers and the food was excellent. So glad we found this venue. Made the wedding even more memorable.

The Estate was everything I had dreamed of! My fiancé and I had a short engagement but that did not stop The Estate for executing the perfect day. To start, I had many questions that involved me emailing (specifically, the coordinator Danielle), calling, or visiting the venue. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but Danielle helped us in so many ways! She was quick to respond to my questions and made sure everything would be complete. We brought a couple things in we had planned to set up ourselves and before we knew it, she was already there setting things up! It eased the stress of myself as well as other people who planned to help. The food, DJ, and centerpieces are all part of the venue. If you want add ons, those are an additional payment. The food was fantastic and our DJ (Mike) was great also! He would confirm with us what was happening next and made sure that is what we wanted to do, which was great! I highly recommend The Estate! You will not be disappointed :)

I recently had my wedding at The Estate in New Albany, and I couldn't imagine a better wedding day! The Estate takes care of DJ, wedding cake, and center pieces, which saved me so much time and stress not having to find additional vendors. You receive a day of coordinator, which was truly life saving. Emerald was the best coordinator I could have asked for! She answered all of my questions from day 1 through the wedding day and was so helpful with anything I brought up. On the actual wedding day, she was coordinating all vendors, managing where my bridal party should go, and made sure me and my husband were brought anything we needed. I don't have enough great things to say about Emerald and The Estate!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about The Estate! They were so helpful from the beginning to the end. Communication was always more than timely and effective. I feel like through the process I had lots of “silly” questions but our coordinator Danielle never made it seem that way. She was incredible throughout the whole thing and definitely helped play a part in our day going seamless. The fact that it is an all inclusive venue is just a cherry on top and made planning so simple. All of their in house vendors are incredible, and we received many compliments about the staff night of. Thank you again everyone!!!

We fully expected to have a few hiccups during our wedding day but with this venue and their staff, we barely had any. I had pictured what I wanted the wedding to look like and on the day of was absolutely blown away with how beautiful it was. As the bride, I was asked several times if I needed anything- drink, food, etc. I really felt very special and it was because of the staff at the venue. I would definitly recommend this place- especially for the "lazy" bride who just wants help with doing everything because this place does! It was so perfect, I wish I could go back and relive this day!

All the staff and vendors were incredibly easy to work with and kept everything flowing smoothly and had great suggestions and ideas. Made for a fantastic experience for everyone who attended. Very happy we went with the Estate.

If I had to do my wedding over again, I would 10000% choose the estate. Every little idea, question, or problem I had, they were there to help. They made my vision of my wedding day turn into a dream come true.

So many positives with the Estates at New Albany. All the food was delicious, but the beef wellington appetizer and the braised short ribs in the buffet were both amazing! Fiori Florals was very professional and I thought they did a spectacular job! They made the decision making so easy for us and I loved their designs. I was concerned about the back round for the sweetheart table, but Danielle suggested I work with Becky from Serendipity to come up with a solution. She made recommendations for a fabric wall behind the table with the color suggestions for the ceiling swooshes and the fabric wall and it all looked warm and very elegant. It was the perfect fix! Mark, the DJ, did an excellent job with the music! We had over 200 guests and he made the suggestion to do the table hop in 3-5 minutes to some fun music so the bride and groom would get a photo with each table and all the guests had a great time preparing for their 15 seconds with the bride and groom. He was a wonderful communicator and so positive and reassuring during our pre-wedding meeting. My daughter picked 3 different flavors of cake and filling for the wedding cake and each were really amazing! People commented on how tasty the cake was! Danielle, with the estates, was very patient throughout the process answering all of our questions. We had a ton of stuff we brought to the venue for the reception and they did a great job displaying it how we wanted and then collecting it afterwards so we could get out of the venue in a timely fashion. We did have a couple of table number corrections that we just happen to notice prior to the reception, but they were able to make those changes so people were sitting just how we'd planned. Only a few things I would change if I had to do it over again. 1) Request an additional half hour with the photographer prior to the ceremony....the 2 hours wasn't enough because guests arrive so early. 2) We brought home tons of leftover cake so I fear many guests did not get dessert. It might be helpful if the DJ pointed out where the cake was and announce that it was cut and that guests should help themselves....more than once if they see there is still a lot of cake leftover. 3) I'm not sure how much of our late night bites were eaten. I would suggest the DJ announce that has been served more than once so the food doesn't go to waste. We spend a lot of money to make the night amazing for the bride and groom and our guests...we really want them to enjoy everything! 4) I thought it was really loud and difficult to hear....so toning down the loudness of the music just a bit would have been great. I was having too much fun to even think about talking to Mark about that during the event...so it must have been minor :). Overall, a superb experience! All the vendors were wonderful and I'd highly recommend to anyone to use this venue for a special event.

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! Danielle and Emerald were absolutely amazing. They were always happy to answer any questions and always put my mind at ease leading up to the big day and even on the big day. The food and cake were excellent and Mike our DJ was awesome! We were told by everyone how great the food was and how they loved the music-which is all we could ask for. The Estate really turned my vision into a reality and it was more than I could have ever hoped for! Thank you!!
