My wife and I got married here on Friday July 10th, 2026. We purchased the Estate Package which allowed us to sleep us and 12 of our wedding guests overnight for two nights with check in on Thursday at 1PM and departure on Saturday by 11AM. We would highly recommend this, as it afforded us plenty of time to set up before the wedding and clean up after.
The Estate is run by a friendly family with a positive and friendly demeanor who are all solutions oriented and easy to work with. We first interfaced with Kerri (daughter) during the tour. She was professional and good humored. She helped us talk through our options and was very patient and kind with us. We liked the venue and her so much that we signed immediately :) Leading up to the wedding Kerri was always available to help us make sure we had everything we needed to have a smooth wedding. She connected with our vendors.
On the day of our wedding Kerri happened to be on her honeymoon, so we primarily interfaced with her mom Colleen. The apple must not fall far from the tree because Colleen was also a delight to work with. As invariably happens on all wedding days, you'll need to talk through how to handle situations as they arise and we found Colleen to be an excellent person to work with. She handled everything professionally and to our liking, always putting us first.
In addition, we hired their "Something Blue Bar Service" which was a dry hire. Her sister Amy staffed it and she was also a blast to work with. They were the cheapest option by a mile and we had plenty of alcohol at the end of the night to give away to friends and family.
We had so much fun and we owe a large piece of that to the Fleming family for everything they did. We'd highly recommend working with them. The venue was lovely, reasonably priced, and we had the wedding of our dreams.

We had our wedding here in June 2026 and it was beautiful. The space was clean and well kept, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. The space had everything we needed to get ready, have a ceremony and reception, bathrooms, well kept grounds (on the outside), beautiful tables and chairs for the reception, chairs for the ceremony. The biggest unexpected perk was the decor room and the dishes. We essentially fitted our whole reception with their stuff! The bar was beautiful and spacious. The owners were super sweet and on top of things. Parking was no hassle for guests. Everything was amazing and we had a perfect day!

I had my wedding here!! I got married on August 16th 2025 and it was a dream come true. Kerri and Colleen truly take things to another level when it comes to the wedding experience...
! The estate is not only breathtaking, there are so many choices for location ceremony and cocktail hour and the barn for reception just is the icing on the cake! The bridal suite/grooms suites being on different floors is the BEST decision to make sure there are no sneak peeks on wedding day, and the porches are the perfect location for cocktail hour. It does not get more beautiful than The Estate at Seven Elms. Kerri and Colleen are also fully equipped to guide any questions or day of issues and they are ANGELS when it comes to planning! I toured the venue a few times prior to wedding day just so I could wrap my wedding planning up before the big day. Thank you to The Estate at Seven Elms and Kerri and Colleen for making my absolute dream come true! 10/10 recommend having your wedding here!!!

, especially day of. We had our ceremony in the garden and it was beautiful! Such detail was put into the selection of all the flowers and greenery in the garden. We loved having the option of using both the carriage house and porch for cocktail hour, it allowed our guests to spread out. The twinkle lights throughout the barn add such a dreamy and romantic feel. We were able to be so creative with our decorating and the natural beauty of the venue brought our vision to life. There are so many options to have this be the venue of your dreams! We had the most perfect day and could not be more thankful. Our guests are still telling us how lovely the venue was!

with! Being able to stay on site at the venue was a big thing for us too, it took a lot of the stress away to be right there!
