The Estate at Seven Elms is a stunning estate and barn wedding venue in Lebanon, ME. Built in 1848, it provides a rustic yet elegant backdrop for romantic ceremonies and lively wedding receptions.
The barn is surrounded by the estate's beautiful gardens. Stone walls, an idyllic pond. Perennials, and fruit trees create an enchanting setting for stunning photo opportunities.
The Estate at Seven Elms is a 40 x 70 foot, three-story post-and-beam barn with one of a kind lighting and drapery. Imagine dancing the night away under a cover of stars- that is what it feels like to get married at The Estate at Seven Elms.
We have ample getting ready suites for both partners, and offer on-site accommodations. Our packages range from $4,750-9,000 and they all include: decorative lighting and drapery, ceremony chairs, reception chairs and hand built wood tables, cocktail tables and linens, on-site getting ready suites, and staff to assist with parking, cleaning of bathrooms, and trash removal.

I had my wedding here!! I got married on August 16th 2025 and it was a dream come true. Kerri and Colleen truly take things to another level when it comes to the wedding experience...
! The estate is not only breathtaking, there are so many choices for location ceremony and cocktail hour and the barn for reception just is the icing on the cake! The bridal suite/grooms suites being on different floors is the BEST decision to make sure there are no sneak peeks on wedding day, and the porches are the perfect location for cocktail hour. It does not get more beautiful than The Estate at Seven Elms. Kerri and Colleen are also fully equipped to guide any questions or day of issues and they are ANGELS when it comes to planning! I toured the venue a few times prior to wedding day just so I could wrap my wedding planning up before the big day. Thank you to The Estate at Seven Elms and Kerri and Colleen for making my absolute dream come true! 10/10 recommend having your wedding here!!!

BEST DAY EVER!! We had our wedding August 30th 2025 and couldn’t recommend The Estate at Seven Elms enough! The owners were so thoughtful and attentive throughout the whole process...
, especially day of. We had our ceremony in the garden and it was beautiful! Such detail was put into the selection of all the flowers and greenery in the garden. We loved having the option of using both the carriage house and porch for cocktail hour, it allowed our guests to spread out. The twinkle lights throughout the barn add such a dreamy and romantic feel. We were able to be so creative with our decorating and the natural beauty of the venue brought our vision to life. There are so many options to have this be the venue of your dreams! We had the most perfect day and could not be more thankful. Our guests are still telling us how lovely the venue was!

We had the wedding of our dreams at this venue! We got married in August 2025. The venue is the perfect rustic/intimate vibe! The owners are the sweetest people and so easy to work...
with! Being able to stay on site at the venue was a big thing for us too, it took a lot of the stress away to be right there! I couldn’t recommend this venue enough, people who attended our wedding are still talking about how beautiful the venue was! We are still on a high from our wedding day, it couldn’t have been more perfect!

orked well with our wedding planner to ensure everything worked out perfectly. We welcomed our guests to the rustic barn, said our vows in the beautiful flower gardens overlooking the pond. It couldn't have been more perfect!
Our guests got to enjoy the little window bar, the side-yard lawn games, as well as relax on the swing under the hundred year old maple tree. If you are looking for a beautiful, rustic, wedding- this is the perfect perfect place.

Becky and John are the greatest! They are so accommodating and honestly the best to work with! I highly recommend this venue! It is gorgeous!
