I’m Michael Myers, owner of The Estate at Villa Bethesda and Bethesda Lake Resort & Cabins near Mena, Arkansas.
My wife, Jessica, and I have spent years building Bethesda into a place where families, couples, and groups can step away from everyday life and spend meaningful time together. Villa Bethesda grew naturally from that vision—a private estate designed to give couples more than just a beautiful place to hold a ceremony. We wanted to create a destination where the people closest to you can stay together, celebrate together, and make an entire weekend part of the wedding experience.
I’m a lifelong entrepreneur, and I’ve always believed that the details matter. From the timber-frame chapel and reception space to the estate home, pool, grounds, and guest accommodations, we’ve worked hard to create something that feels distinctive, comfortable, and genuinely memorable.
One of the things I enjoy most is personally helping couples understand what Villa Bethesda can offer and how the property can fit the wedding they have in mind. My goal is simple: to provide a beautiful setting, flexibility, and the kind of personal attention that makes planning feel easier and the wedding weekend feel truly special.
