Our wedding at The Estate on the Halifax was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the beauty and charm of the venue. The grounds are breathtaking, with lush gardens, stunning waterfront views, and elegant architecture that made for the perfect backdrop to our special day. The Estate on the Halifax is such an exquisite venue. There are so many nice things to say about it from the drive into the parking lot to the chapel, the train car and the wedding reception area. From start to finish, Cara is very responsive to questions as well as requests. The venue looked amazing. I would give this venue a 10 star rating. If anyone is looking for a small chapel and / or beautiful gardens for their event, I would highly recommend the Estate on the Halifax.

Cara is wonderful, she is professional, to the point and responsive. From the moment we toured the venue I knew it was a great place for our wedding. There are lots of options to personalize for what you want. Some things are just decided for you, like bar service is done by the Estate, and that is one less thing to worry about. They worked well with all our vendors and helped us find the best people for our day. So far we only have photos our guests took but they are all stunning because the place is so naturally beautiful. It rained during our cocktail hour but everything still went well and it was moved into the tavern with no issue. Everyone had a wonderful time and we had a fabulous time!

Loved this venue for our wedding. We loved the space it offered everything is in one place, people can wander. Having the guest house for basically 24 hours is such a huge plus, and amazing for getting ready.

We had the best wedding ever at the Estate! Cara was so helpful through the process. We’ve had many people tell us it was the most beautiful venue they’ve been to! With over 150 guests, we felt there was enough space and comfortable. Most of our crowd danced all night and there was enough room for that as well! It even started storming during cocktail hour and guests were seamlessly transitioned inside. On another note, it’s the most beautiful place for photos too!!! There is so many picturesque settings throughout the grounds that made our wedding photos gorgeous. Can’t recommend the Estate on the Halifax enough!

We’ve been looking for a venue what fits our criteria, budget and overall vintage glam for couple months and when we went to see this gorgeous venue, we got the feeling that’s the one. Everything is perfect and gives you more than you expect: from stunning view and choices to list of vendors to work with (this is not all inclusive but they help you with everything in the same time), the whole vibe just fairy tale comes true. Our wedding day we had blast, our guests were in wow. I’m super happy we choose to celebrate our big day there.

Can I give this venue 100 stars???? They were absolutely phenomenal! This place is gorgeous and honestly worth every penny. There's so much room because you have access to all the grounds and it was so nice to be able to stay the night here on our wedding night. We got to have a few close friends hang out with us that night and have a little after party as well. It was also perfect to be able to roam the grounds the next morning as they didn't have a wedding the day after ours. Cara and the team were excellent and we couldn't have picked a better, more beautiful venue for our wedding <3

I don't even know where to start because 5 STARS and the word amazing does not do the Estate on the Halifax and team enough justice!! After watching the youtube tour of the Estate I thought, I need to go see this place now! In all honesty seeing it in person will blow you away, because the video tour was great, but in person it is actually a thousand times better!! We got married on 9.10.22 at The Estate, and it was BEYOND PERFECT! Not only is the venue one of the most beautifully manicured places I’ve ever been to for an event, Cara and her team/family are PHENOMINAL!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve ALL THE STARS!! This location has all the charm! From the beautifully landscaped gardens, to the ornate on-site locations for day of wedding party prep, it was all so over the top!! This venue literally has it all!! I looked all over Florida for the perfect venue for our wedding, and nothing compares to this Estate! The gardens, the warm glow of the reception hall, the fun train car / man cave, the oh so sweet Agatha’s house with all the vintage charm, the whimsical oak trees, the lush greenery, a fun Snow White Cottage in the garden, the ponds, the statues… it literally checks ALL the boxes!! On top of the great things I just mentioned; the process was made so seamless! From our first chat at the open house on the Estate, to the contract, easy payment options, helping answer any questions quickly, then the meeting before the event, Cara was so on point and made it so easy on me!! She really was on top of everything, and anything I was worried about, she took care of it all!! You are wonderful and so appreciated!!!

I've been to many many many weddings in the Orlando area, but none at as nice of a location as Estate on the Halifax. You get exclusive use of the property on your wedding day and a free night stay on the night of your wedding at Agatha's Guesthouse on property. The property has ceremony locations for everyone: inside the chapel, underneath a large oak tree or outside a beautiful pavilion. My guests still rave about how beautiful the property was and how they enjoyed exploring the gardens and koi ponds during cocktail hour.

First of all, I want to thank Cara (the owner) for being so personable and helpful since we booked our wedding in 2020. The Estate constantly invests back into their venue creating new bathrooms, train car seating areas, and paved walkways to show they want the best experience for their guests. We have seen the place change for the better over the past two years since deciding to make this our venue. Cara’s preferred venue list is solid and professional. The staff on the day of the wedding was so much fun and delightful. Everyone had an amazing time. I highly recommend booking your wedding here. They are the best!!

The most beautiful wedding venue and no 2 weddings will ever be the same here! There’s so many locations on the property to choose from. We chose the chapel for the ceremony and it did not disappoint! Coming from someone who always wanted to get married in a church, it was a dream. And we had the convenience of not having to drive to a second location for the reception. Now, it did rain (and very hard) all day, but it was still the most beautiful location for a wedding and options to have everything indoors. The venue manager was so helpful as well with the whole process! Even with the weather, it was the most perfect day.

The Estate on the Halifax is a true hidden treasure! My husband and I looked at ten different venues, and this one was the very first one we visited. While looking at all the other venues, we could not stop comparing them to the Estate on the Halifax, and they all fell short. I absolutely loved the look of the Estate, from the charming cottage in the gardens to the beautiful tavern where receptions are held. The train car gives this venue its own charm that the guys instantly liked. All of our guests were amazed with the space, and I am still receiving compliments two weeks later! Cara and her team are exceptional and were very accommodating to any ideas or changes we wanted. Cara was very professional and I really felt like she cared about our wedding and making sure it was perfect. Plus we got to stay the night after our wedding on property at Agatha’s House, a gorgeous 4 room home with pool and hot tub! With so many beautiful locations to choose from around the area, we are so glad we picked Estate on the Halifax.

I am so happy we went with this venue. You get so much value for the cost. Everywhere on the estate is beautiful no matter where you have your ceremony. We chose to do our ceremony in the chapel since we had a small size wedding and also didn't want the stress of worrying about Florida weather. I'm pretty sure my husband was more obsessed with the venue than I was. The tavern is a great space for the reception. Our guests had such a great time taking photos all over the estate. We also rented the house for our wedding party which was so nice for us not to have to worry about traveling anywhere the day before or after. Also having the cottage for my husband and I the night of the wedding is a great added touch. This venue is truly a hidden gem located in central Florida. Cara is very nice and was very flexible working with me since I was planning our wedding from out of state. She was always very responsive to our e-mails and questions we had throughout the process. She also provided some great recommendations for other vendors in the area. Also the catering was delicious, some of our guests had 3 plates worth of food because they liked the food so much. I would definitely recommend this venue to any couples looking for a one-stop shop type of venue and don't want the hassle of moving from one place to another the day of their wedding or for any couple just looking for a beautiful venue.

I’m not sure where to begin. The Estate is absolutely beautiful. It is a huge venue & has so much variety to offer with 4 different ceremony sites. I loved that we had the backup option of getting married in the chapel in case our first ceremony site choice outside failed due to weather. I have to rave about the manager Cara. Any time I had a question she was so incredibly quick to respond. She really is so great & knows what she is doing. I wish we could get married all over again at The Estate!

This wedding venue is extraordinary with the many different venues and all inclusive feel you are provided . My guests were wowed with the naturally beautifully maintained grounds and the decorations ! We were married in the chapel , had cocktail hour in Snow whites cottage and danced the night away in the tavern !!! 10/10 recommend this venue !! Cara is amazing at assisting you in the journey :)

We had our wedding here on March 26, 2021 and I can say it was hands down the best weekend of my life. My family is from out of town and we decided to rent the Estate House on the property for the entire weekend. It was incredible! Everyone who came to the wedding couldn't stop talking about how incredible the venue and property was. They all said over and over again how they have never been to such a unique place and everything was so nice. I would recommend having your wedding at The Estate on the Halifax and if you can, stay at the property as well. Cara and her team did a great job and were flexible when challenges with Covid came up. I wouldn't change one thing about the weekend and would do it again if we could!

The most beautiful venue ever! If you’re considering, don’t think twice and choose this spot! It had everything I ever dreamed of, from getting married in an adorable chapel to historic charm in the reception hall and guesthouse! Everyone said that it was such a gorgeous venue and had such an amazing time! Cara was awesome and so accommodating and worked really well with my coordinator! Everything ran smoothly (at least of my knowing haha) the only two things I would mention are the bugs; the day ended up being a little humid so the bugs came out strong and since there’s a lot of greenery and gardens they were OUT. My family and I got bit all over, so I would just suggest maybe spraying a little more. The other thing was our hot tub in the guesthouse didn’t work so we were kinda bummed that we couldn’t use it:/ Still wouldn’t change my venue for anything else!!

With under three weeks to the wedding, we found out our original venue wasn’t going to have their CO in time and had been canceling other weddings they were to host. So we immediately went into action to find another. By some miracle, The Estate on the Halifax was available. We could not of been happier having our daughter’s wedding here. Between the staff and location they made our stressful situation turn into a dream. It is a breathtaking piece of property, so many beautiful photo ops. This venue truly creates a fairy tale setting. Even in the hot July temps our outdoor ceremony was exquisite, Cara had the best suggestions on keeping our guests comfortable. She is unbelievable how organized she is. They went over so many details prior to the wedding day so as to have a stress free day. Everyone who attended were amazed at how wonderful this venue is in every way you can possibly imagine. The Estate on the Halifax knows what they are doing, they had a short amount of time to work with in our situation and they honestly amazed us. We could not of been happier.

Estate on the Halifax had everything that we dreamed our perfect wedding venue would have: a chapel (and a historical one at that) for the ceremony, gardens for the cocktail hour, and a tavern that had a warm, ski-lodge feel for our reception! Not only that, it has a functional antique train car for wedding party preparation and a full guesthouse for the other party's preparations and for the couple's stay on their wedding night! It's also perfect because it can work beautifully (and affordably) for a variety of guest counts. The staff was a dream to work with from start to finish and responded promptly to every question we had, big or small. This was the first venue we saw, and with the bar set so high, we wondered why we even bothered looking at any other venues after it. Estate has weddings down to a finely-tuned science, and they will ensure that every moment of your wedding turns out as perfectly as you dreamed it would. We absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend the Estate!!!!!

I feel like this venue is a hidden treasure in the central Florida area. I never knew it was there and am forever grateful to have found it. My husband and I are Central Florida natives that moved out of state 3 years ago and we knew that we would tie the knot back “home”. Cara was amazing and answered all my emails that were filled with questions within hours of sending. Planning thousands of miles away is not easy but she truly made everything a breeze! The grounds here are magical and filled with historic charm! There are so many beautiful places for your guests to explore and the options for photos are endless. The tavern does not do itself any justice during the day time when you tour. During reception all the twinkle lights are on and the place just glows! Again it is magical. The Halifax was amazing in every way, making decisions simple and letting me have everything and more that I wanted for my wedding. Working with the Estate was absolutely amazing! The venue is gorgeous and I knew the moment I visited an open house that I would get married there. Cara worked with us and did a fantastic job! We live farther from the venue and communication was never a problem night or day. The estate was extremely professional and made us feel like royalty! We also rented out the Estate house for the wedding party and it was PERFECT! Plenty of space for a party of 14 and so much fun! We never had to lift a finger, the venue did everything chairs, tables, place settings, decorations, CLEANING, etc. It could not have been better. I highly, highly recommend .

I cannot say enough positive things about The Estate On the Halifax. My husband and I were married here in February 2020. We found this venue online but let me tell you, the pictures do not do it justice. You need to see this place in person! The beauty is neverending. There are multiple spots to say I do at this venue. My husband and I fell in love with the Oak Tree and had our ceremony there. We also loved how the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all at the Estate but each took place at a different part of the Estate. We love how it is a family run venue with so much history. The entire process was amazing from our initial walk through to our final meeting and lastly, to our wedding day. It's a day we will always remember.

The Estate is a little piece of Florida perfection! The grounds are beautiful, the buildings are charming and well kept-up. The Chapel is timeless. Along with everything else the venue has to offer, the staff and management are total pros. I had a million questions about small things (the kind of stuff you think about towards the end-- lighting and glassware. etc.), Cara and her team showed me everything and walked me through their procedures demonstrating both their thoughtful attention to detail, and putting me at ease by letting my concerns be heard. (Even though you are the bride, not all professionals want to hear from you.) If I had it to plan all over again, I would pick The Estate on the Halifax every time.

This is an amazing venue! The day my maid of honor and I went for our appointment, we knew this was the place I should get married at. Cara and Katy are so helpful and knowledgeable. The property is beautiful and if you can, I recommend having a long weekend wedding event. Rent out the Estate House-you won't regret it. It was wonderful to have the entire family and wedding party able to stay on property. It was a great bonding and relaxing time leading up to the wedding. And, on wedding day-we were all already there on property! From the well maintained historical buildings (house, chapel, train car, etc.) to the beautiful gardens and landscaping, I just can't rave enough about this venue. Our new family joke now is what kind of celebration can we have so that we can go back!

The most magical day of our lives on the most magical grounds. My husband John and I got married a few weeks ago on Sat 5/11/19, the day was perfect! I know everyone says that about there weddings but thanks to The Estate & all the amazing staff there it was truly magical. I can not say enough about Cara and her support, kindness and knowledge throughout our wedding process. We had a destination wedding having come to FL from NJ so everything we did was pretty much long distance and Cara made us feel 100% confident throughout the 15 months leading up to our wedding, she was SO responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Florida has always been my second home and the second my mom who lives there found this venue I knew it was the one. The grounds are breathtaking, so well kept and were like they drawn up from my imagination. I am in the photography / wedding planning business myself and never have I had guests rave about a venue more...and who knew it would be for my own wedding. Its only been two weeks and we've had every guest tell us how kind all the staff was and how the grounds were like a fairy tail dream! I would recommend Cara & The Estate on the Halifax to anyone wanting a dream wedding! You will NOT be disappointed! Our wedding was perfect! We rented out the whole venue and it was awesome to be able to get ready in Agatha’s Guesthouse and the train car to walk over to the chapel for our ceremony, take pictures in the gardens and then walk to our reception in the tavern. The moment we stopped by for the tour, we fell in love with the venue. The venue was truly a fairytale setting. From the cottage and and the train car where the wedding parties got ready to the gardens and the tavern where the reception was. It was absolutely beautiful and magical. All of our guests loved it and commented how unique, beautiful and amazing the place was. Even the chapel is a perfect back up plan for a bad weather. Special thank you to Cara, who helped to make our day special. She was very knowledgeable and promptly responded to all of our questions/concerns. During our planning, she was always helpful and easy to deal with. A month before the weeding, our DJ cancelled on us due to personal circumstances. I was extremely stressed thinking we won’t be able to find anybody a month before the event. After talking to Cara, she was able to find us a DJ within an hour. And he was the BEST!!! We can’t say enough about how great everything turned out.

This is such a beautiful venue. My husband and I fell in love with it as soon as we stepped onto the property. Cara is wonderful to work with and so quick responding to any question. During and after our wedding, our guests kept coming up to us telling us how beautiful and enchanting the space is. It's so unique and big enough to host a wedding of a decent size. You really can't go wrong getting married at any of the spots on this property.

They were extremely prompt to get back to me with any questions I had during the planning process and they really made things so much easier for me. Not to mention the grounds themselves are gorgeous! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is a DREAM venue! This was the first and only venue we toured, because it's perfect. The team has thought of everything you could imagine as far as wedding details and accommodations. Cara is wonderful to work with and super responsive and helpful. We reserved the whole property and had plenty of space and time to get ready and celebrate! (one tip- ask where the breaker box is in Agatha's guesthouse. It's an old building and our hairdryers flipped the breaker but we couldn't find it to fix, so were left without AC and power in the main bedroom for some time!) All our guests raved about how beautiful the location was, it hardly needs any additional decor! It's like it's own secluded world inside Port Orange. The staff during the wedding was great too. Very organized and professional. Highly recommend!

The Estate on the Halifax was such an amazing place for our destination wedding. There is no way I could explain how wonderfully we were treated, throughout the entire process. The manager Cara went above and beyond to answer any question, make suggestions, encourage and reassure me. In the end our guests were calling it the BEST wedding they had ever attended, compliments all around... I really couldn't recommend the Estate, and their wonderful staff, enough.

Our day was absolutely perfect. Our guests could not stop talking about how GORGEOUS the venue was, and how well the staff took care of them. From prompt bar service to an organized buffet dinner, the staff took care of it all. Cara and Katie helped us plan every detail, and asked us questions we never would have thought to answer - including what color we wanted for bows on our cocktail tables! My beautician was so amazed by the gardens that he asked for their information to do a photoshoot in the future, and my photographers kept finding new and beautiful spaces to stage the photos. It truly was a magical experience and we could not have asked for anything more.

The Estate on the Halifax is a place like no other!! As soon as we toured the venue we knew this is where we wanted our wedding to be. Cara was extremely helpful and always very quick to respond to our many questions. She even responded while she was away on maternity leave, which was highly unexpected. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous!!!! There are so many unique and beautiful places throughout the property for amazing pictures. We have guests still commenting on how beautiful our wedding was there. Not only is the Estate a beautiful place to get married, but they also go above and beyond what I thought a venue would be. Our day was amazing and that was mainly due to the staff. We also used a lot of their preferred vendors and they were all fantastic to work with!!! The Estate has everything you could ever dream of in a wedding venue.

This past July, I got married at the Estate on the Halifax, and it was everything I dreamed of! It was the first venue we looked at and knew from the start it was the one. We chose to have a small intimate wedding weekend. Because it was a destination wedding, I had initially been nervous about figuring all the details out but Cara was incredible to work with and was always on top of everything! My family stayed in the Estate House and it was straight out of a movie! We had our rehearsal dinner there and everyone was raving about how beautiful the house and the surrounding property was! I loved that everything was contained on one property. We got married in the chapel, which was perfect for our small amount of guests. Our reception in the Tavern was gorgeously decorated and the Estate staff were excellent. We had an open beer and wine bar (and added on a mojito package) and it was a great addition to the evening. We also had photo booth, which fit perfectly inside the venue, and the guests loved. It’s been a month since the wedding and our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was. They all wished they had more time there!

The Estate on the Halifax is a BEAUTIFUL venue to get married at. Cara, the venue manager, is so wonderful in making sure that any questions get answered and that things run smoothly for the day of. My hubby and I had some seriously unfortunate events happen the week of our wedding and Cara was more than understanding and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We got married in The Chapel and held our reception in The Tavern. All of our guests raved about how gorgeous our venue was and the amount of effort we put into our decor as well. Our groomsmen really enjoyed the train car while getting ready the day of. Agatha's guest house was a dream to getting ready in and we really enjoyed staying the night there after our big day. It was so nice to be able to just relax and get straight to bed and worry about everything the next morning. I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is an absolute dream.

Let me say this place is absolutely beautiful our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the place is. We had planned on getting married outside under a beautiful oak tree but just as our guests started to arrive a big rain storm came so we changed to the chapel which is absolutely adorable and have no regrets on having to change spots for the ceremony. Honestly you can’t go wrong with this place everything is just beautiful. Working with Cara was wonderful they definitely know what they are doing and keep things running. Highly recommend

My wife and I came across The Estate On the Halifax after a few weeks of searching for a venue for our wedding. Since we are both originally from out of state, we were looking for a venue that could host the entire event so our out-of-state guests didn't have to travel between the ceremony and reception. After our first tour of the grounds we knew The Estate On the Halifax was the place we wanted to host our special day. Cara, who was our main contact throughout the booking and planning process, was absolutely wonderful. She guided us through every step of the process, was always professional, and very responsive. The chapel was such a great place to exchange our vows! Although it rained on our wedding day, our guests still got to explore the beautiful garden and grounds. The Tavern offered a great layout for our reception, in contrast to a traditional reception hall. We had exclusive use of the property and loved our individual spaces we had to get ready. Having Agatha's Guest House to spend the night in after our wedding was a great bonus. We couldn't be any happier with The Estate On the Halifax and the entire staff!

This is the most beautiful venue. All of our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous the property is. There are so many excellent spots for photos throughout the estate. All of the staff were excellent!! They made sure everything went smoothly and were so friendly and professional. We used many of the recommended vendors and they were great! I can’t say enough about how thrilled we were with how our wedding day turned out. You could not find a better group of people to help you celebrate your special day.

Cara and her staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we took our tour all the way through the end of our event and even days after! The Estate is gorgeous and provides all your event needs in one location which our guests and family loved! The property also allows the bride and groom to stay on property after the event which made things so easy for us since we were coming from out of town! I would absolutely recommend the Estate on the Halifax to everyone and anyone I know looking to get married in Florida! We had guests come from 23 different states and every single one fell in love with the venue and the staff as much as my husband and I did!

As the mother of the bride living out of state, my daughter and her fiance did most of the planning. This was their only choice! From the first visit meeting Cara, we knew it would be stress free. The various buildings that are available for use only made it that much easier - and it is SO beautiful! Our guests are still paying compliments. We made Agatha's Cottage and the Club Car our own with a large bridal party, and I felt so at ease walking around the grounds to make everything perfect for my daughter's big day! Getting in early and being able to relax, decorate, and chat with vendors makes this space unique. Mr Clark even gave me words of wisdom for this special day❤️ The staff has their events timed perfectly- they know what they are doing. My family can't thank them enough!!

The Estate is simply gorgeous. The property feels like you stepped into a storybook, which was perfect for our Disney-inspired wedding. We loved the convenience of having everything in one place for our guests ease, and our pictures turned our marvelous. Very beautiful venue...every single photo from our wedding is gorgeous because you're surrounded by beauty at the Estate! Cara was great to work with, super fast with responding to emails and questions. We hired Emily, the coordinator exclusively through the venue and she was wonderful. I was blown away not only with the beauty of this venue but with the staff as well. Cara is amazing to work with. She is super responsive and if for some reason she cannot talk to you at that moment, she will call you back right away. From the very first time my husband and I toured the venue (which we fell in love with) to the actual wedding day, everything was amazing. The venue is just breathtaking. There are so many neat little hidden areas of this venue, makes for a neat cocktail hour, guests can wander the land and take in all the beauty. Cara was amazing with helping with pairing us with some of their preferred vendors, she even took over some of the communication with the caterer for me since they work together so frequently. I would defiantly recommend renting the estate house if it is available for your day. It made it so much more convenience for us to actually be on the property during our wedding weekend. Then you get to spend your first night as husband and wife in the guest house which is just the cutest. The staff that was there the night of the wedding, I believe Cara's dad and brother (this is a family estate and business), were just so helpful and delightful. Anything and everything we needed or had questions about they were right there to help with. I could not have had a better wedding night and I owe a great deal of that to Cara and the entire staff at the Estate. They helped to give us a perfect wedding! Thank you!
