The Event Center at Cascades Overlook

Ten chef-inspired restaurants offer cuisine from around the globe, The Plaza, next to the Event Center, is the hub of activity with plenty of public seating, dynamic fountains, a Splash Pad and 3 fire tables. Our Grand Lobby features a stylish and comfortable seating cluster with a window wall, fireplace, and designer overhead lighting. The elegant Grand Ballroom, which is wrapped in windows on two sides, offers beautiful views of the Cococtin Ridge and Blueridge Mountains. and features hardwood floors, dynamic digital projection, a Caterer's Kitchen, and custom-designed chandeliers and sconces. The capacity is 350 with theater seating and 216 with guests seated at banquet tables. We provide an assortment of tables, padded and upholstered chairs, fully adjustable window shades, and a customizable stage of any size and configuration, up to 24'x36', Adjoining the ballroom is a Cater's Kitchen with a pass-through window. The Ballroom is divisible with a soundproof wall, offering a more intimate space for smaller weddings.
