We had used the Event Co for table rentals for our wedding a few weeks ago. We had to last minute contact them to rent 20 tables. The Event Co was nothing but outstanding!! They handled our wedding with no issues and picked up the tables after our reception was over at midnight. They were there early dropping off the tables and picking them up that same Saturday. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any event!! Thank you again

We rented champagne walls from them and they turned out even better than what I was imagining! It was a hit with our guests. We are looking forward to working with The Event Co at our next event!

A few things were slightly overpriced considering you don’t use the items very long - they picked everything up the same night as my wedding. They also charge a fee for “set up” which just means carrying it from the truck into your venue which they have to do anyway. But the tables and benches were beautiful, highly recommend the light up LOVE sign & very convenient to rent the champagne glasses.

For our wedding we needed a large (24x24) dance floor for our wedding and after looking into costs and reviews of many different options, The Event Co, was by far the best price and quality! We are so happy with how the dance floor turned out! The Event Co was easy to work with, quick to respond, and helped us work around our venue’s schedule for delivery, set up and pick up. Highly recommend!

The Event Co provided an Airstream photo booth for our wedding. They were great with communication the day of the event and arrived and set up on time. The Airstream was in great condition and decorated beautifully. The two staff members working the photo booth seemed to be annoyed/not thrilled to be working that night which threw of the fun energy we expected from the photo booth. We appreciated promptly receiving digital copies of the photo strips after the wedding.

The event co. provided tables, benches, and chairs for our backyard wedding. They were gorgeous and we received so many compliments on them. They delivered them wrapped and assembled them onsite. I accidentally messed up the delivery address and they remedied the situation quickly after I realized what had happened. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

They were five stars from beginning to end. Professional, knowledgeable, timely and AMAZING! Our birthday party was a success and everything was beautiful ❤️

The Event Co AZ had provided a great service on our wedding day for our ceremony and reception! The chairs were exactly what we wanted and looked great with our decorations. Their pricing was fair and straightforward and they communicated well with us. For example, we had last minute accommodations and they were able to work with us to get what we wanted. As for delivery and pick up, they were on time for drop off and pick up.

We used the Event Co air stream photobus on our wedding day and we could not have been happier with the service! the two running the photobus were so sweet and everyone loved all the props they had (especially the lobster hands). All the photos came out great, and we loved that we were able to have digital versions of all our guests photos so we can see the goofiness that ensued that night. We would definitely use them again for an event and hope we have one were we can!

All of our guests loved the Airstream Photo Booth and had so much fun taking pictures with the props! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Event Co was very communicative, professional, easy to work with, customer service oriented, and went above and beyond. I recruited my husband to go with me to pick up the large farmhouse tables we had rented, thinking we were going to be loading them ourselves, but two Event Co staff saw us pull up as they were headed out to lunch. They stopped, jumped out of their truck, helped with our order and then loaded our tables. The farmhouse tables were beautiful and absolutely MADE the wedding! I was super impressed and would definitely use The Event Co in future!

The Event Co. Came through for us like no other. We were on a tight schedule and they had the inventory to give us everything we needed. They were flexible when I added or subtracted tables, or chairs and other extras. I was able to get everything from them instead of needing to find a separate vendor for things like a dance floor or a bar, etc. Their delivery guys were the best too! Quick and friendly. Everything was high quality too.

We rented the airstream photo booth for our wedding and have zero regrets. None. Everyone looooved it. They supplied some fun props and the staff was so nice. We got printed pictures, but we also get a file with all of the pictures from the night sent to us. I can’t wait to see the nights shenanigans. Thank you for helping make the night so much fun ❤️

Great company to work with, the staff kept in contact before, during and after the event. The young men who delivered and picked up the tables and chairs were polite and respectful. The tables and chairs definitely made the event that much more beautiful. No need for linens to cover cheap plastic tables as the Beaty in the wood and the center pieces were more than enough for a simple yet classy look. Would definitely use them again.

Event Co. Was seamless and easy to work with! We rented chairs, a sweetheart table, sparklers package, dance floor, jenga, corn hole and the giant LOVE letters. Everything made our wedding stand out that much more and everyone complimented on how the letters pulled everything together in our space. Their rentals are high quality and so beautiful! The event co is the best!!!! We used the wood farm tables for guest seating, the sweatheart table for the sign in table, and the mini farm table for the cake, along with the giant LOVE letters (a crowd fave) and fell in love with the turnout!!!! Such an easy company to work with, great guys come and set up quick and clean up was fast as well!!

The Event Co is the best!! I had rented 10 farm wood banquet tables, 100 fruit wood chairs, and 500ft of canopy lighting. I spoke to Aiden, the team lead that was there setting up the event. He was very professional and happy to work with me to get everything set up just the way I wanted. I was surprised at how quickly Aiden and all the guys got everything set up. All in all I would say it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a high quality rental company for weddings, corporate events or any along those lines. Thank you Event Co.

This company made all my wedding dreams come true. I was that girl who dreamt of this outdoor fairytale and they helped me create that dream into a reality. From the very beginning, their response time was quick and efficient. They answered every question or concern I had. They were accommodating in working with delivery drop off and pick up times that suited everyone involved. When delivery day was here, they worked seamlessly not only with each other but also with me to make sure it was exactly what I had envisioned. I rented everything from the Airstream Photobooth, canopy lighting, dance floor, farm tables, chairs, dessert walls, background walls to even the horse troughs for the bars. My wedding was at my grandparents house so I planned every little detail of the wedding (which can be a very stressful task). Alex and his team killed it and I would recommend them 10 times over to anyone getting married or having an event.

So much more than a regular rental company. They go above and beyond!! They made my in-laws backyard look like a super expensive venue with their lighting, dance floor, and wood tables. The whole setup made our wedding look magical. We knew they were good but we didn’t know they were THAT good! Definitely recommend for any occasion!

I loved using Event Co! There office girls were so easy to work with to help me plan and make everything right for our wedding! And when the guys showed up to set everything up for us they were fast and friendly! As well as I noticed they even used stain to touch up some of the spots on the chairs and tables we rented! The Event Co was great! We reserved tables and chairs for our outdoor wedding in northern AZ with them, and they were able to bring them up for a reasonable travel fee. Their prices are reasonable, and the selection of items to rent is great, not to mention the high quality of the items. They also let us adjust our initial reservation of tables and chairs within a couple weeks of the event and even gave us a corresponding refund. The day of our wedding, the guys were total pros - on time, professional, quick with set-up and tear-down. The tables and chairs were absolutely beautiful and I would definitely use them again!

I cannot explain how beautiful my reception venue setup was. This is all because of the help of this business. we started off with a blank slate on pebbles with a beautiful backdrop and ended up with a beautiful hardwood dance floor surrounded by farmer style banquet tables, chivari chairs, string lights, heaters and my MOST FAVORITE CENTERPIECES EVER. words cannot do justice. the centerpieces consisted of 5ft wood planks on 2 gold stands with terrariums hanging in the middle. it looked like pinterest. thank you for giving me exactly what I wanted. love this company

I decided 2 months before my wedding I wanted white chairs instead of the not cute black chairs the venue provided. I am SOOO happy I did! They made my ceremony space look incredible. I had originally gotten a smaller quote from a different company & The Event Co. matched it for me!
