ish, I felt really taken care of—especially with how flexible they were. I changed my order multiple times throughout the process, and they were always so accommodating and kind about it, which made planning so much less stressful.
The delivery team for the tables and chairs was amazing. They followed our layout perfectly and set everything up exactly how we wanted it, which I appreciated so much. It made a huge difference walking into the space and seeing it already coming to life.
The only hiccup we experienced was with the delivery of the glassware, plates, and table linens. When those items were dropped off, they were initially being placed at the front of the house instead of the backyard where everything was actually taking place. My mom kindly asked if they could bring everything around back, and while they did, the interaction felt a little uncomfortable, like it was an inconvenience—even though our layout clearly showed the backyard setup.
I also think it would be really helpful if expectations around setup were clarified a bit more. I had assumed that “setup” included things like tablecloths, glassware, and place settings, but it actually only covers the tables and chairs themselves. Not a huge issue, just something I wish I had known ahead of time so I could plan accordingly.
We were also charged $150 for “dirty” plates. We completely understand and respect the policy, but we were a bit surprised since we were only shown photos of three plates. It just would’ve been helpful to have a bit more clarity or documentation around that charge.
Overall, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and Event Co played a huge role in making that happen. The quality of their rentals, their flexibility, and the way everything came together truly made our vision come to life. I’m so grateful for their part in such a special day!
