Owner and lead master certified wedding planner Candace Battle makes it her mission to produce a wedding that exceeds your expectations. With careful attention to detail, she will handle the particulars of your wedding so that you don’t have to.
Candace has over two decades of experience where she has crafted events like birthday parties, baby showers, and of course, weddings and their related celebrations. In 2013 she earned her event planning certification and is constantly looking at opportunities to innovate and learn more. This energetic wife and mother wants to take the burden of planning off of your shoulders and onto hers, for a joyous memorable occasion.
The Event Company offers a variety of packages in order to best meet your needs and budget. This company can provide full planning, partial planning, and day-of wedding coordination as well as assistance with other events like engagement parties and showers. Candace is happy to handle budgeting, invitations, RSVPs, decor, and everything in between.
For those who have their entire event planned, wedding-day management is available, so you can simply relax and enjoy your time. In the event that you’re planning to get away for your nuptials, she is happy to coordinate your destination wedding.

dding day and even on the actual day. In addition, she was very professional and understanding to our needs to ensure our wedding was a success. A few things that stood out to us the most was that she was very organized throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Furthermore, we were living in another state and she made it easy for us to trust her judgement as we planned our wedding. The things that were most important to us when we were looking for a wedding planner was structure, communication, fun, and creativity. She exceeded ALL those things! All of our family and friends who attended our wedding reached out to us the day after our wedding and complemented how well she did her job. We truly appreciate all that she did for us and would highly recommend her to any future couples tying the knot!

We were almost finished planning our full wedding with Candace and then Covid-19 interrupted our plans. After deciding to cancel our big wedding, Candace stood by our side to help us pull together a micro-wedding with immediate family on the day that we originally chose in LESS THAN THREE WEEKS before the wedding! She’s friendly, full of energy, knowledgeable, classy, but most importantly, she loves what she does, and she extends that same love to her clients and the vendors. She immediately made me feel like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and that everything would be ok. On the day off our wedding we had a groomsman no show, missing items that were not on her at all, and other hiccups no one could’ve anticipated, but she handled them all and I never even noticed till 9pm the night of our wedding. There was absolutely nothing she could’ve done better unless she was a mind reader and there were moments I felt like she was. On top of it her assistant Princess is a dream come true of positivity and sweetness. They bring a vibe of calm positivity to your entire event and wrap it up in elegance and professionalism. My hope is my life brings reasons to use them again and again and our paths cross in the future. Hands down we had the best team possible working with us on one of the most important days of our lives xoxo.
