Jamie and her team were truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We worked with them for both wedding planning and content creation and they exceeded every expectation we had from start to finish. Throughout the entire planning process, the planning team was incredibly organized, responsive, calm, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. Less than 48 hours before our wedding, we had a last-minute cancellation and they immediately stepped in, gathered every detail they could, and handled it seamlessly. They made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless. On our wedding day, they were there for everything and made sure every detail was exactly as it should be. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without them! Our content creator was just as incredible and captured our day so perfectly. We loved having all of the big moments, little details and behind the scenes moments to look back on. Having those memories captured made our wedding day even more special. I utilized The Event Gal’s 3 month planning package and content creation and let me say this - there aren’t enough words to describe Jamie’s attention to detail, work ethic, and talent. I am extremely type A and had a lot of expectations and wishes for my wedding day down to the smallest detail and she executed every single wish I had. Her timeline was realistic and we stuck to it the entire wedding yet did have buffer room just in case I wanted to spend more time in a certain part of the day. She gave great advice on how to really enjoy every moment. Most brides say their wedding day was a blur and went by so fast, however because of Jamie I got to really enjoy every special moment and soak it all in. The week of the wedding she emailed every single one of my vendors and ensured their arrival time and was very particular about making sure everyone was on the same page. During the day of, every single time I asked a question or was wondering about something she said “already handled it!”. I am extremely impressed with her ability to work with other vendors and really go the extra mile to ensure my day was the most perfect day - which it definitely was. Even the groomsmen and every guest she interacted with was extremely impressed by her. Her response time is impeccable as she responded to all my many texts in <24 hours. During the planning phase, her event planning background really stood out given the floor plan I had in my head originally was not the best for flow of the day, so her ability to walk into a space and be thinking about guest experience and flow was really impressive. Every meeting we had she had each item we discussed in her notes so she was extremely involved in details. Also, her team she brought in on my day was extremely professional and was informed of all the little details I wanted in the day. In addition to her planning services, her content creation services were top tier. She captured every single special moment and went above and beyond and gave me so many amazing photos and videos to look back on. I am extremely impressed by The Event Gal’s ability to do it all. My day would not be the same without The Event Gal and I highly recommend because all my wedding dreams became a reality!
