From start to finish, the Event Rental Guys made renting tables, chairs and a yard game a seamless process. From their user friendly website to the great customer service, it was a...
pleasure working with their team. All their chairs, tables and yard games were in excellent condition. Highly recommended for your party rental needs.
I had a party with 70+ people in my backyard. I needed a tent, read a few reviews and decided on The Event Rental Guys. It was the best decision I could have ever made!! They did g...
reat! I was very nervous because I didn’t know anyone who had used them but the tent was high quality and everything worked out perfect!!
I cannot say enough GREAT things about The Event Rental Guys! We had a wedding in our backyard and I called every tent company within a 2 hour radius of our house. The other tent...
companies had an array of yellow/old looking tents and none had bright white high peak tents except The Event Rental Guys. The other companies’ quotes were anywhere from 30-60 percent more expensive, for old looking tents. The Event Rental Guys installed BEAUTIFUL brown wood vinyl flooring under the tent that so many guests said LOOKED REAL! Other tent companies gave us ridiculously high quotes to install anything other than green turf looking flooring. The Event Rental Guys also supplied white resin padded chairs for the ceremony and under the tent. They supplied tables and table cloths as well. The pictures speak for themselves. But my best advice for anyone looking for a tent and/or nice outdoor flooring is to start by calling The Event Rental Guys first. You won’t regret it!

Let me start by saying that these guys took a bunch of calls from me before actually making a decision and were super patient and helpful in making the desired rental.

hort, we rented these items during the el niño cyclone that happened in NY/ NJ and literally ruined our plans for an out door wedding- the rental guys were super gracious and understanding and more than anything they were completely honest about the situation.
they got there early morning for installs and came to pick up as scheduled.
their chairs and table are really solid stuff and you can tell they invested heavily into them.
we got the 3 dollar chairs that fold and I was surprised by the quality and how solid they are.
40x20 ft tent was real nice even though we couldn't enjoy :"(
would highly recommend!
Grovert and his team were one of the most amazing vendors I had the pleasure to work with, for any event. From the time I got in touch with him via e-mail inquiry, until the day of...
install, everything was 100% seamless. I would not recommend any other rental company, after this experience.
Not only was I able to share videos of my outdoor space, to asking suggestions on the tables set up; Grovert was 100% present every step of the way. His e-mail replies are so quick, it felt like he is working with you side by side, on site, daily.
The day of the set up I had concerns about how many tables I had initially ordered, and the team was able to fulfill additional tables to be added to my order, within the day's notice. The set up crew was super professional and clean. They set up the space, and left the space, exactly the way it's supposed to be done.
Even though the day of my event was a very rainy day, the tents made the set up so perfect. This company is a must when in need of any rental needs from tents, to tables/chairs and even lighting! Cannot recommend enough.
Great communication throughout throughout! Easy pickup and delivery! Will 100% use again! Also, quality of everything was amazing!
Excellent customer service! Information was accurate, and responses to queries were turned around very fast. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. Thanks for the awesome service!

at my husband and I were interested in. The Event Rental Guys were able to provide the exact gold chiavari chairs we were looking for. They made it an organized & seamless process while working with us and the venue to have the chairs delivered & picked up at the specific times we needed.
While communicating with them, they educated us on their photo booth packages. What I really liked was that they were not pushy or salesy but genuinely offering a fun option for the wedding. It was a major hit to say the least! Everyone loved it and we were also able to take printed versions of our photos home to remember our perfect day. Can’t thank them enough!
This was a last minute photo booth booking we had at a private hall and Grovert was super nice and easy to work with. Because it was so last minute (literally 3 weeks before), I wa...
s worried they wouldn’t be able to do it. They were able to quickly provide insurance information to the venue, had the backdrop we wanted in stock and gave us the options of print sizes. We’re so grateful and happy with the outcome. Thanks guys!
