Beautiful location for a family member's wedding. So many supplies available to use to make the wedding just what they wanted and a beautiful bridal and groom suite to prepare for the big event. Very impressed!

The seating was water soaked logs that were leaning so bad I had to hold myself on it the entire time. There was no clean up of washed debri after the rains so half the guest were walking thru piles of washed up mulch and gravel in the Isles wh...
ere u walk and sit. All the seating needs to b leveled and cleaned it was a hazard so we sat in the back row. The waterfall feature was broken. The owners hovered the entire time asking the wedding party why they weren't cleaning and then cleaning after us literally pouring out people drinks. We had til 11 am The Next Day to have the place clean and us gone. Then all of a sudden the owner wants the house cleaned and everything out while the wedding reception is happening is when she decides to say this at 11pm. So u can rent the house to get ready in but u have to have it cleaned out that Eve as well but the barn doesn't have to b cleaned til the next day makes no sense. So it was very stressful to b there but the venue is beautiful in pictures. But for the price that is all u get a pond w a waterfall (which was broken and has shotty walkways and seating) and a barn. I paid half of what my friends paid for this place for a wedding in gatlinburg and it included that cake, pictures, and the mens tux rentals. U get a pond view and a barn w tables and chairs w this place. Oh and hovering owners. Def not worth what my friends paid for this venue. It used to b nice years ago idk what happened. My 3rd wedding I've attended here but this was the worst. You would think at over $3000 a wedding they would invest in the property.
