I can’t say enough about the wonders of The Everlee and its owner, Andee Brown. From the first time we met her, Andee was warm and welcoming, eager to help us bring our vision to life (even if we didn’t quite know yet what we wanted!). She was supportive and encouraging through the entire process. We chose to hire Andee as our day-of-coordinator as well, and it meant so much to us to have her professionalism and eye for detail on our side. Our guests raved about the venue. Every indoor and outdoor space has been thoughtfully curated to provide a beautiful canvas for your wedding. The barn is impeccably lit and has all the warm, rustic charm of a New England barn – just with modern bathrooms, better accessibility, and infinite layout potential. The new pavilion was great for family photos, and the outdoor ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous. I never worried about the chance of rain in the forecast, because our indoor back-up option is equally beautiful: against the backdrop of those impossibly tall windows! Andee always responded quickly and positively to our emails, and helped us make decisions when we didn’t have a strong opinion. She let us know when an idea needed tweaking to be successful, or if we were missing something in our planning process. Her guidance meant the wedding ran smoothly and everyone knew exactly where to be, when. The Aisleplanner website she uses for coordination was hugely helpful for me in our planning process and in tracking our guests and layout. Andee also took care of all the arranging and preparation work, setting up our floral arches and tables based on inspiration photos I shared. Her work was gorgeous, and having that time to prepare and not fret helped me relax and enjoy the day. The next day, my new husband turned to me and said he would really miss working with Andee 😆 It’s true! We both will. You will not regret choosing The Everlee for your wedding or big event.

Andee went above and beyond throughout our entire planning process and the day of our wedding to ensure every detail was taken care of. If you are planning on choosing The Everlee, not only are you getting an amazing venue, but you must work with Andee. We cannot recommend her and her beautiful space enough.

decor to make it a beautiful ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, etc.! Andee and her family have done a wonderful job designing and building a perfect backdrop for any wedding! We hired Andee as our day-of-coordinator, and she went above and beyond (see last 3 photos of rehearsal dinner & wedding day)! Her fee was VERY reasonable (and now seeing all that she does, I think she should charge more)! She had amazing advice, she thought of EVERY LITTLE DETAIL, and she helped me plan the perfect wedding day. She knows so many vendors, and all of her suggestions were spot on! On the day of, she refused any help from me or the rest of the bridal party- she has a system, it works, and she takes away ALL of the stress on the wedding day! After the ceremony, she met us with water and our signature cocktails! She kept the whole day on track and moving smoothly. I don’t know how she does it all, but she did! She really made our wedding the best day of our lives! Thank you to The Everlee, and especially Andee 🤍

finishing touches, Andee made us feel right at home. Her dedication truly shines through in every aspect of the wedding day. Our crazy helicopter entrance idea was no problem at all—Andee handled it seamlessly, and we appreciated her willingness to accommodate our unique vision. Throughout the planning and actual day, she was there every step of the way, helping unload our decor with our families, coordinating with vendors, and setting up the entire venue to perfection. She even stayed to help us break down and pack up our trailer the next day, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. What impressed us most was how Andee personalizes and continues to improve the space as the venue grows. Just before our event, a new pavilion was built and finished, which we were able to use as our first look space and for family photos—adding even more charm and versatility to the venue. She kindly switched out furniture in one of the getting-ready spaces to make it more our style and reflect our identity as a same-sex couple. She checked in on us throughout the day, offering water and drinks, and made sure our guests knew where everything was. She had heartfelt conversations with our parents, making everyone feel special and cared for. All of our guests and vendors were raving about her! Overall, Andee and The Everlee exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re so grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She always met us with a smile (and a hug) and we loved that we felt like we were really getting to know her at the end of the hole process. She was organized, kind, detailed and beyond helpful. I am not someone who can hand over tasks easy and she made me feel as though I didn't have to worry about anything. If I had to do this all over again- Andee would be the first person I call. The next step- book the Everlee! It is absolutely stunning. The getting ready rooms are both designed perfectly and the venue is indescribable. The absolute best!

ve the second we saw it. Andee was the most amazing coordinator we could have asked for. She is kind, professional, extremely responsive from the day we met her to after our wedding. She was able to give us wonderful recommendations for vendors that were within our price range. I didn't have to worry about a single thing leading up to or on my wedding day and was able to trust through the entire processes. Truly not one bad thing to say.
