Since we had an intimate wedding we really wanted to WOW our families with the food, especially since half of our attendees were used to the often-overlooked vegetarian meal option typically served at weddings. Everyone is still talking about how great the food was. The quality was incredible, the portions were large, and the seasonal touches were just what we wanted. The appetizers were plentiful and were visually stunning. We added an extra course since the meal was the main event for our smaller wedding and I am so glad we did this. Sparvim was very flexible and open to all of our menu ideas. She even created a salad based off of one of our favorite restaurants in California. Sparvim even created a coursed kids menu - she really blew us away from start to finish. She knows her business and was very helpful in making every decision, including the lovely tablescape. Her pricing was competitive and the service was outstanding. Every server was professional and incredibly friendly! The entire team took every precaution regarding Covid which made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Sparvims expertise and personal touches were apparent in every dish, and the incredible presentation and tastiness of every bite made us lifelong customers. We can't wait to hire her again, I couldn't recommend Everyday Gourmet more for a personalized and delicious event experience.

She treated us like family and it was evident that she poured her heart and soul into every detail of our reception. . Our guests couldn't stop talking about the mini grilled cheese and slider apps we had. They loved the entrees and the vegetarian acorn squash was a huge hit! ( We had several guests with dietary restrictions and Sparvim did not hesitate to accommodate them.) I felt like I could really enjoy my day because of the trust I had in Sparvim.

Her dishes are designed to work well together as a comprehensive several-course meal. She used fruits and vegetables in season to fit the event and weather. On the day of, her expertise with events and service was on full display as she and her team seamlessly set up and dressed tables, made finishing touches on decor, and served food right on schedule and with excellent service. Sparvim was able to accommodate our few guests with dietary restrictions even the day of. Everyone raved about the menu and food, and we are still getting compliments. Sparvim herself is a lovely, passionate and caring woman who puts a personal touch into her work. We would wholeheartedly recommend Everyday Gourmet to anyone hosting an event in the North Shore area.

be disappointed. My husband is Italian and so he wanted a traditional family-style Italian wedding with food never ending and we got just that and with a reasonable price using Everyday Gourmet. We met with Sparvim on at least 3 occasions and once at her house even and she not only calmed all my nerves each time, but was such a sweetheart that I'll never forget some of the kind words she said to my husband and I. At the wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better team. She handled everything - it was almost like she was my wedding coordinator. She made sure everything was kept on timeline and that all the guests were happy. The food was amazing! I still hear about her food from the guests at the wedding and many have asked me who my caterer was - I gladly and happily refer everyone to Sparvim and her team!

e wanted. I chose simple with Ivory dishes burnt orange linens, and burgundy napkins, and a ornate silver cake stand. She also had extravagant dishware, but it wasn't for me. She also worked with me to cut my catering bill to fit my budget needs! The owner is very hands on with everything, she told me she would take care of everything and she did! She even helped me get down the isle, fixing my dress and giving me water to clam my nerves before the ceremony. All in all this was the best choice I made for catering and she was a wonderful person to work with and even better food!!!

she had everything under control. She worked to stay as close to our budget as possible, and has AMAZING food. Plus, she was the only caterer that would do a sit down dinner for the number of guests we had (approx 85). She also gave us advice on how to keep costs down by providing our own beverages. Everything looked absolutely beautiful - we had the ceremony in front of the pavilion, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres inside the house, and then sit down dinner in the pavilion. And the food was truly fantastic. She accommodated my food allergies, and I was blown away by the food the day of. Everyone was telling us how great everything tasted, and we are still hearing that from our guests! Sparvim and her staff planned perfectly for the reception. We had plenty for all guests, and her staff cleaned and packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Even my guests were commenting on how smoothly everything went. There were some glitches in the beginning. The day before my wedding she told me due to the limited setup time, her staff could not arrange my DIY centerpieces and I would need to assign a family member to do so. Setup the day of was also a little hectic. I asked my mom to help, and Sparvim was being a little short with her before she realized she was the MOB. Dinner also took longer to serve than I liked. We would have paid for more staff to move things along more quickly. However, I attribute all this to the new pavilion. The Grove just completed it in May, and very few caterers had used it for serving dinner - I know it was the first time for Sparvim. It was a learning experience. The first time doing something never goes exactly right. A couple of the other reviews called her "rude". After working with her, I don't think that's right. She is definitely persistent, and really wants to help you make everything perfect. I think if she feels your are unsure of a particular detail, she will push for what she thinks is best to help you. But if you are firm in the decisions you've made, it will work out fine. All in all, my wedding was absolutely fantastic thanks to Sparvim. I would totally recommend Everyday Gourmet!
