The Executive

Hi, and thanks for checking out The Executive, an elegant hotel and wedding venue in Ephrata, PA! You and your guests will feel the difference as soon as you set foot inside. It's your day, and our only goal is to make sure that everyone gathered to love and support you feels that your wedding day is uniquely yours. Our distinct property was originally built to house the corporate headquarters of The Denver and Ephrata Telephone and Telegraph Company. The Executive sits on the hill overlooking downtown Ephrata, giving each space amazing views and an experience you won't soon forget. Downtown Ephrata is so photogenic that shots of it are frequently used in Hallmark movies. We offer three unique spaces for weddings: Our 3rd floor ballroom features seating for up to 250 people, a built-in sound/Bluetooth system, hardwood dance floor, and a warming kitchen for the caterer of your choosing. Even if you are not staying in our 6th-floor suites, we have get-ready rooms available for the bride, groom, and their party. Our 6th floor Grand Foyer is for parties of 50 or less and offers 6th floor views, an outdoor veranda, a large bar/serving area, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling mahogany walls and a one of a kind bubble room that's perfect for a photo booth or other fun use. Our 6th-floor Veranda is truly one of a kind. This uncovered space offers views for miles over Ephrata and beyond. The Veranda space is ideal for guest lists of 100 or fewer. We find that many guests love to have their rehearsal dinner in the Grand Foyer, stay and get ready in our 6th-floor luxury suites, and then tie the knot in this awesome spot! We offer eight spectacular suites: The suites served as the offices for the executives of the Denver and Ephrata Telephone Company, and in 2024, they were converted into grand suites. Each suite has its own full bathroom, and the VP suite boasts a full kitchen. Each suite varies in size and layout, but each one was thoughtfully and tastefully designed with you in mind. Catering & Bartending: Currently, we do not offer catering and bartending services. However, if you do not have a caterer, we work with several local caterers who know our space well and work with you to make your day even more special. Wedding Planner: We do not have an on-site wedding planner. We highly recommend you have one to help your special day go exactly as planned. The two local planners that we love working with and who come highly recommended are Planned Perfection and Simple Soiree. Wedding Times: For a 1-day event, the space is all yours for 8 hours. 2-day events can be flexible based on the time of your wedding and when the next booking is. Guest Parking: Guests can park along Main Street, or we have a parking garage directly behind the building, accessible off of E Locust Street, that can also be used for parking.
