Madeline Hantak is an amazing coordinator who made sure every detail was perfect--she spent the whole day there making sure everything went smoothly. It was a dream wedding and I couldn't have asked for anything more from the venue.

deline could not have done a more perfect job. She was so easy to work with and made everything so stress free. We did our ceremony on the stage and it was beautiful. Our guests loved going to the Fox for our ceremony as it was something a little different and the setting really blew everyone away. I am so glad we had our ceremony there and have no regrets about anything! Truly perfect!

went off without a hitch (which is no small feat when dealing with moving 250+ people around the theater). She made sure that we were comfortable and was truly amazing every step of the planning process. The venue itself goes without saying--it is an amazing space to have a wedding and the staff was so attentive to the guests they were serving. The food was hot and delicious, and our specialty cocktails were so tasty! The place is beautiful and helped create a fairytale wedding that my husband and I will remember forever.

o get married by the end of the year. We wanted Dec 30th, as it's his late parents anniversary and we own a restaurant/venue and had a big event for NYE but knew we would essentially be empty the day before. So we went to the Nutcracker on Nov 30th and the Fox and during intermission visited the bar connected to the Fox, The Curtain Call. We absolutely fell in love with the space and thought it would be perfect for our Hollywood glam wedding. We talked to the bar staff and got the contact information for the events dept. The next day we called and found out our date was available which never happens because the Fox usually has holiday events throughout the month of Dec. We wanted a small wedding and The Curtain Call is the perfect size for a wedding under 80. We arranged to meet with Cassi the next day and she showed us the space and said that the cocktail hour could be upstairs at Fox Club while they resat for dinner back at Curtain Call. They even took us through the Fox and showed us places where we could take photos. Absolutely fell in love!!! She sent over food/liquor requirements and because of our small budget and limited guests it worked for our budget. A couple weeks later Cassi told us that we could have our ceremony in the lobby, and we were thrilled! We rushed to get everything taken care of and had a fabulous wedding and reception. We wowed our guests and stayed within our tiny budget. The food was delicious, the drinks were great. I didn't have to decorate. The space was truly perfect. Cassi and Kate took great care of us and kept everything on schedule. They were great to work with even though my guest list kept increasing and I was indecisive on dinner choices. But if it's in your budget have your wedding here. I definitely recommend it for small intimate weddings such as ours. And don't plan it in 30 days even though you wouldn't have thought we have done so. Thank you Cassi and Kate for taking care of us and giving us our dream wedding!!!
