The Factory Events welcomes guests to the diverse and creative neighborhood of Northside. A haven for the city’s creative community, it is the heart of hip Cincinnati and well represented by The Factory Events’ stylish offering. Like many of the surrounding buildings, this is a historical venue that has been reimagined for contemporary events. Constructed in 1902 as The Parks Machine Tool Co., the space was used as studios for local artists, which still occupy the upper floors of the building. The owners have strived to maintain the building’s historic character and guests will be charmed by its chic, urban aesthetic. The Factory’s industrial charm has been accentuated by a simple yet refined renovation, with its defining elements resting unaltered. Its white-washed walls create a light tone and allow the rugged nature of the space’s timber beams and original floors to shine. A sizable gathering of friends and family can toast to the love of the happy couple in the Machine Room. This event hall can be decorated as couples wish and its large windows welcome in ample natural light. Outside, the Cocktail Garden provides a charming backyard-style setting in which to host an intimate ceremony. Canine guests are welcome in this space so couples can say "I do” with the whole family in attendance. In 2021, getting wedding suites were added to the venue, so wedding parties can prepare and pamper in style before the ceremony and reception - all included!

The inside has an industrial/romantic feel and the outside is so romantic and beautiful. They have beautiful blooms outside so you really do not need to decorate much at all. The shingles on the side of the building are the best back drop for photos. The reception space has beautiful lights stung up that gave a glowing ambiance. They have a bridal suite that feels like home. It’s like a mini apartment. So, my girls and I were able to be comfortable while getting ready. They have plenty of space for the chaos of hair and make up. The groom suite is also an option and it was great knowing everyone was on site and ready to go verses having to travel.
We opted in to having our rehearsal dinner at The Factory after our ceremony rehearsal. They have an indoor and outdoor ceremony option in case of rain. We luckily had rain on our rehearsal day so we practiced inside. Then on the day of April took time to rehearse with the wedding party to make sure they knew where to stand.
We chose to have their open bar. The menu selection was a great variety that did not disappoint. They did NOT run out of liquor/alcohol. And all of our guest were very happy with the bar staff. They were quick on their feet and very polite. The factory is in a strange location with terrible parking but there is a valet option. The valet took care of everyone’s cars and took that stress away from our guest. It was totally worth it.
There are also a bunch of photo-ops that are free around the outside of the factory. We did a sparkler send off and the staff helped light the sparklers it was great.
April and Christina were so nice, patient and responsive. They assisted us in making a day of timeline. They made sure every thing was set up exactly the way we wanted the day of our wedding. The entire staff was so hardworking and kind. We cannot thank them enough. I urge you to just schedule a tour. I know you will fall in love.

azing asset, there is so much beautiful greenery and flowers that made it the perfect backdrop for photos. There is a lovely getting ready suite for the bride/bridesmaids. It opens early in the morning and had so much space, a large bathroom, and a whole kitchen for anything you may need to do the morning of. April, the venue director, was super responsive throughout the whole planning process. We had just a 6-month engagement and she always helped us feel prepared and ready. She gave us several good suggestions about vendors, the flow of the evening, and the layout of the space. April was our coordinator and she was awesome - everything was handled, and she and her team were so nice throughout the process. She did a great job of coordinating between our vendors during the event. It downpoured on and off throughout the afternoon of our wedding day, and the Factory team ended up having to quickly towel off the chairs so that we could get underway as planned. The rest of the evening was a dream, and this is largely due to April and her team working so seamlessly behind the scenes. door wedding in December which may sound crazy, but it seemed like it would work until a bad storm came through and multiple guests ended up being sick and not coming at the last second. The Factory Events easily transitioned our wedding indoors and refunded us for unused outdoor space heaters, a bartender, and the valet. The venue is a cute, older industrial style building which provides guests, especially those from out-of-town, with a look inside the history of Cincinnati.

We had our ceremony in the garden and the Factory was able to include heaters and a fire pit in our rental, which our guests really appreciated. April was able to coordinate with all the different vendors and was so responsive and helpful as we were planning. So many of our guests told us that they loved the venue!

wonderful addition and provided ample space and wonderful accommodations. During the actual wedding day, everything ran so smoothly that no one had to worry about anything. Even with inclement weather, the staff was in constant communication about different options. Overall, it was a spectacular venue and I would highly recommend.

All the outdoor games and fire pit were a hit with our friends and fam, and drinks were flowing the whole night. They truly made our big day so magical, and we can’t thank them enough!
