erfect in every way. The landscape of the venue is breathtaking and creates the perfect backdrops for so many beautiful pictures! We got married on 9/14/24, and our day was absolutely perfect! It was warmer than usual for mid-September—around the mid-80s and sunny. I was initially nervous that guests might feel too hot during the ceremony, but the ceremony spot had a wonderful breeze and shade from the trees, which kept everyone comfortable. From the day we first visited, my husband and I knew this was our venue! It rained the entire day of our visit, so we got to see the venue on its "worst" day, and it was still STUNNING. Stuart, the owner’s dad and property enthusiast, really sold us on the place. He showed us all the work they put into the property to make it ideal for any weather, including underground drainage to prevent puddling if it rains. Seeing this made us comfortable knowing we would love the venue rain or shine, which isn’t something you can say about most places. One of the things that really put my mind at ease was the rain backup plan at the venue—it’s beautiful! Knowing that my vision wouldn’t be ruined if it rained meant I wasn’t stressed about the weather at all leading up to the wedding, because I knew the venue would be perfect either way. This is something that’s rare among venues! Our day coordinator, Lexi, was incredible—she’s a total rockstar at her job! Lexi is so organized and knowledgeable about the venue and all the local vendors. I trusted her completely and never doubted a thing. She made the day run so smoothly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lexi has a warm, calming presence, making it feel like you’ve known her forever, which is so helpful on your wedding day! She went above and beyond—when my mom needed her sandals during the reception, Lexi got them without hesitation, allowing my mom to enjoy the reception without missing a moment. We paid for early entrance, so the girls could get ready at the venue, and the getting-ready space was stunning! It was the perfect setting to spend the morning with my bridesmaids and moms. Every aspect of the venue, from the carriage house to the ceremony site, the cocktail hour space, and the reception barn, was flawless. The grounds are filled with beautiful flowers, and the upkeep is pristine. I could not recommend The Farm at Eagles Ridge more! I wouldn’t change a single thing about our day; it was absolutely perfect, and I feel so blessed to have found this venue!

the team at the Farm has a plan B for everything, I mean everything. The indoor ceremony was just as beautiful as the outdoor ceremony area by the dock. Our coordinator Amber was an absolute star and helped us all along the way. Especially with some big last minute decisions due to the storm. She was such a pro that nothing ever really felt like a problem and every stage of the day moved right along on schedule, organized as could be. The farmhouse is a perfect space on site for the bridal party to get ready right at the venue site. The reception area in the barn looked like a dream and when they open the doors up to the courtyard area, it really is a special moment. Of all the things our guest mentioned during the day, "This is a beautiful venue" was the most repeated. If you are in between the Farm at Eagles Ridge and a second venue to host your big day, I cannot recommend the Farm enough, it is a truly magical venue.

is a beautiful backdrop for wedding celebration, with the little pond to get married in front of of and the cottage house to get ready in, the corn crib to lounge in, and a beautiful barn with seamless indoor/outdoor transitions you would think this place couldn’t get any better. Then you meet Lexi, one of the day-of-coordinators. Without Lexi I don’t even want to imagine what the logistics of the day might have looked like. She kept everything and everyone on track, she was direct, decisive, and she knew a ton of tips and tricks to keep your veil in place and to emergency bustle your dress. I’m so thankful she held out hope (and the official decision time) so we could have our ceremony outside - it made the day that much more perfect. Throughout this all she was energetic and level headed, she brought an air of clam that was much needed. I’m so glad we had her that day and that we picked The Farm!

Mickey was our wedding coordinator. She helped guide us through the difficult planning process, but made everything so much easier. She was reliable, helpful, and did a great job organizing everything for the big day! Mickey had planning documents that kept us on schedule while planning our wedding. She also recommended nearby vendors for us to use, and we are so thankful that she did! All of our vendors were top notch, and they all loved working at The Farm. This is a true testament to the hard working team and the relationships that they have built with vendors over the years. The team was exceptional during the tours when we visited, and we fell in love with the venue. Getting ready at the farmhouse was an absolute blast! It also made the day run smoothly. The farm has so many beautiful places for wedding photos and for guests to celebrate. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful our venue was. The Farm at Eagles Ridge has our highest recommendation!

There was enough space for our guests to move around and enjoy what pleased them most, from the fire pit to the corn crib to the dance floor to the patio and so on. We felt confident that our guests were comfortable and engaged the entire time, which allowed us to be present with each other and just have fun! We will remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives as the best day of our lives, and so much of that is owed to this awesome place.

My uncle kept saying “I understand why you picked this place, it’s absolutely spectacular!” We looked at tons of venues in the tri-state area and my fiance was just not wowed by any of them until I showed him pictures of the Farm at Eagles Ridge and he was immediately sold. We don’t live in the Lancaster area so we couldn’t tour in person, but the team at the Farm shared a pre-recorded video tour of the property and did a live Facetime tour with us. We were so sold on the venue and their team after that, we booked it without even seeing it in person! We eventually were able to tour in person several months later and it was even better than we expected. The grounds are well-kept year round and set up so your wedding flows seamlessly across the property. After we booked, everything ran so smoothly. Almost all of our vendors were from the recommended vendor list that the Farm provides and every single one was outstanding. Our day-of coordinator, Mickey, was so helpful in keeping us organized. And the actual wedding day ran so perfectly. If there were any “fires” the day-of, I still don’t know about them because Mickey is a rockstar and handled them all. Mickey is ready to go to bat for her couples and we could not be more grateful to her for her part in our amazing day! I could spend days gushing about this venue but I’ll leave it at: Book the Farm, you won’t regret it!

A beautifully renovated and breathtaking barn, modern stone house, brand new first floor rustic rain option and carriage house, ponds, gardens, corn fields, corn crib, patio with twinkle lights, weeping willow trees... there are no words to describe. On top of that, when it comes to staff and the planning process, we have not one negative thing to say. The entire experience was flawless working with Betsy - they are so accommodating. The landscaping throughout the grounds is stunning & Paige/Betsy have thought through every detail to make every inch of The Farm gorgeous-and it doesn't look like they're stopping anytime soon with their latest renovations and additions. Then you get inside the farmhouse, where the bridal suite brought this tough exterior girl to tears (not many know this, but here I am writing a review about it). Our groomsmen also loved getting ready here & had room to spread out. Paige/Betsy & staff members were responsive and open to all of the ideas I had for the venue, although even with the "bare minimum"-the spaces are enough & speak for themselves. In corresponding with other vendors (including hotel staff members!), Paige & Betsy have developed a name for themselves because of the truly beautiful venue. Throughout my wedding night & pretty much each day since, I have said/thought to myself "I want to live there". The location of the venue is convenient, as it is located nearby multiple hotels. The venue also includes chairs (ceremony & reception), round tables, rectangular farmhouse tables, sweetheart table & chairs. I cannot say enough about how spectacular The Farm at Eagles Ridge is. What makes the venue even more perfect are the people who own it. Betsy is absolutely incredible. From the moment we met her, we knew she was going to help make our dreams come true at the farm. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout our planning process. She allowed us to visit the farm for our photo and video shoots and was always keeping us up to date on improvements at the venue. Betsy and the entire team at the farm care so much about their guests and are constantly working to improve their venue and make it absolutely perfect for everyone. They are so incredibly accommodating for not only the bride and groom, but for everyone involved in the wedding day. Our parents, bridal party, guests and even vendors were so well taken care of. Our guests could not stop telling us how incredibly beautiful and perfect the venue was. We were so thankful to have had perfect weather for our wedding, but we also knew that we were going to still have the most beautiful day with the farm’s AMAZING rain option. Every time I was able to visit the farm, I had tears in my eyes. Between Betsy and the entire Farm at Eagle’s Ridge family, to the incredible reception barn with its new rain option, to the absolutely breathtaking outdoor scenery, it is simply perfect. We could not have pictured a more perfect venue for our wedding, and we simply cannot thank Betsy enough for everything that she did for us throughout our entire wedding planning process! Because both of our families were not local, we wanted a gorgeous venue close to downtown Lancaster that could make our rustic elegance wedding dreams come true. From the stunning barn, to the twinkle lights in the courtyard, to the corncrib, to the willow trees and ponds on the property, this venue is absolutely gorgeous. It has that farmland feel without sacrificing any comfort or glam, from heaters and air conditioning, to beautiful landscaping and a luxurious farmhouse. Paige, Alison, and Betsy were prompt in their email responses, and unbelievably helpful with any and every question. They gave us lots of ideas for other local vendors to hire and helped with all logistics for the day of. When it decided to rain the entire week of our wedding, Alison and Betsy organized the tent set up, and helped us shift the ceremony inside. Our plan B was so perfect that it was more like plan A, and neither the groom nor I could have pictured getting married anywhere other than in the barn. We loved having the farmhouse to get ready in, and the corncrib for cocktail hour. Our guests haven't stopped telling us how beautiful the venue was. Thank you so, so, much for everything you all did to make our day the best!

As soon as I found The Farm at Eagle's Ridge I knew it was right - and the venue only exceeded my expectations from then on. From the very first Skype I had with Paige, it was an absolute pleasure. She is kind and professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She made me feel comfortable planning my wedding across the country, and her organization and attention to detail made everything go off without a hitch. The day of the wedding was fantastic for so many reasons - the venue is of course beautiful, but also the facilities were perfect. My photographer even remarked that he saw one of the venue staff clearing leaves from the walkway! I loved having use of the Stone Farm House to get ready with my squad the day of - and it was so convenient that there were so many bathrooms, a kitchen, a room to put my dress on with a full mirror, stations for all of the hair and makeup, etc. It was just so pro!! The flow of the evening was great - we did a "ceremony in the round," cocktail hour was perfect (loved using the trough for the oysters), and the barn was gorgeous. SO many of my friends and family told me what an amazing venue it was - there was a lot of "I can't believe how beautiful Lancaster is" from my Los Angeles friends - and everyone especially loved how the barn doors opened halfway through to show a whole other location complete with ice cream parlor, fire pit, coffee cart, donuts... I honestly only made it out there for a second myself but it was awesome. It was beyond perfect.

The Farm was the first venue we looked at when we got engaged close to 2 years ago now, and we knew from the moment we pulled in the driveway that this was the place we were getting married. The scenery is vast and beautiful, while still feeling intimate, since they only host one event at a time. The barn is climate controlled, while still having an old, rustic charm; we barely did any decorating inside the barn outside of centerpieces because it's such a beautiful space all on its own! From the string lights over the corn crib/patio area leading into the barn, to the large fields of green next to a beautiful lake and dock, the gorgeous scenery at this place never seems to end. The stone farmhouse was absolutely perfect for getting ready the day of the wedding; we had sandwich trays delivered for lunch, and all of the ladies got ready upstairs in the beautiful suites on the second floor, while the fellas got ready downstairs, which made taking photos of us all getting ready really easy for our photographer. We worked with Betsy Herr-Montgomery from beginning to end, and she was absolutely fabulous to work with! Super professional, friendly, and quick to get back to us whenever we had questions (especially in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding when we were running around like crazy!). It's also very clear that Betsy genuinely loves her job; she puts her heart and soul into this place, and into each event that she helps plan here. She made Joe and I feel so welcome from the moment we met, and was sincerely excited to host our wedding at her venue. And while yes, the Farm is a little more expensive than other "similar" venues in the area, it's well worth the extra money – you will not be disappointed!

We went there for our final walk through and witnessed the labor they take to keep the grounds beautiful and clean. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Paige was so easy to work with, they gave us helpful advice any time we needed it. We were given a helpful list of possible vendors and each one I chose was amazing. I had the perfect wedding day at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. The farmhouse where we got ready was so beautiful, all my guests and my entire bridal party was so impressed with every detail of The Farm. near a downtown area and being a gorgeous farm venue with lots of amenities. Both Betsy and Paige were very responsive, organized, and easy to work with. We had a long engagement and they both let us see the venue again after our initial walk through so we could plan out décor and see what the venue would look like when we would get married. Their blog was a great resource while planning décor as well and getting ideas. The Farm gave us a list of recommended vendors, but we were open to choose whomever for the most part. We needed to choose from their list of caterers, but that list was fairly robust. They also require a Day of Coordinator, though we were planning to have a coordinator regardless. Our only issue was there was only one vendor that could hang the drapes and it was a bit overpriced in our opinion. Overall, the venue was a big reason why we felt our wedding was exactly what we wanted and a success.

From the ceremony locations (we did ours by the dock) to the Stone House, to the Barn, it’s simply the most beautiful venue I’ve ever been to. The Stone House was actually a big selling point for us. On your wedding day, you spend almost as much time getting ready as you do actually getting married and enjoying your reception. I fell in love with the idea of being surrounded by my family and girlfriends in such a beautiful and comfortable space while we all got ready. Everything at the Farm is so beautifully maintained and you can tell that Betsy and Paige take their business very seriously. Betsy was such a joy to work with. She immediately felt like a friend and guided us through all the extra steps that arise when you’re planning a wedding from far away. She was so gracious every time I wanted to come visit before the wedding and answered all our emails so promptly and professionally. Betsy – we cannot thank you enough. We’re already trying to figure out how to throw ourselves another wedding (one year anniversary party?) at the Farm.

Even our photographer said it was probably her favorite place to shoot. Our wedding looked like it came out of a magazine, (or your dream wedding pinterest board). Thankfully there was no rain on our wedding day. However, when looking at venues my biggest concern was finding a place with a beautiful back up ceremony location in case of bad weather. Everywhere I went before the Farm was terrible. Eagles Ridge had TWO amazing rain locations. That was probably when I realized it was a done deal. We had the pleasure of working with Betsy. Her hospitality was impeccable. Her and her sister, Paige have literally thought of everything for this venue. There is even an awesome bridal suite on the top floor of the farmhouse. I am so grateful for how helpful Betsy was throughout the planning process with answering questions and accommodating our needs. If I did it all over again I would not change a thing. Actually, one of the first things my husband and I talked about when we finally got alone after the wedding was that we wished we could have experienced being guests at our own wedding. Honestly, it is such a lovely place. We are hoping that one day we get invited back as guests!

You could see the beautiful Lancaster horizon rich with color and beauty. As we all soaked in the scenery, we finally decided it would probably be a good idea to park the truck and introduce ourselves so we don’t come off as wedding crazed creeps! Just as we parked our truck, a woman with long dark hair and a smile from ear to ear eagerly ran up to introduce herself, it was Paige, and little did I know, this woman would become my right hand and more. She gave us a tour of the grounds; the beautiful stone Farm House which had all of its original architecture, a stone path that lead toward another house where my bridesmaids and I would hide while guests would be seated, then the pathway to what would eventually be our ceremony location. The dock has trees that hugged around it making a natural alter with a pond just behind it. As I walked toward the dock, I envisioned walking down the aisle. I could picture my guests looking at us during our vows and being able to soak in the view all around them, and if we were lucky, some of the wildlife as well. Our next stop was in front of the barn where we would have cocktail hour, keeping true to it’s natural roots, it even included a trough! It was finally time to view the barn, I was not expecting what I saw as the doors opened. To say the barn was beautiful is a deep understatement, it was breath taking and left me speechless. We walked up the original wood steps to a wide-open pallet of endless opportunity. The beams that we could wrap with drapery, three very large chandeliers that would give the perfect dim light to set the mood for a fun evening, large windows that invited you to take in the scenery. Everything was exceeding my expectations, and just as I thought it couldn’t get any better, our tour ended in the stone court yard and corn crib. There was a string of lights connecting the barn to the corn crib that would light our way from location to location, giving our guests endless options of where they could be during the reception. When I entered the corn crib and stood near the back wall and looked out at the landscape, it was then I felt the butterflies I had been searching for from the start. I could envision our entire wedding before me, I could see myself marrying the love of my life here, and lucky for me, I did. From the very first e-mail, to the last steps we took on the farms property, we were so very well taken care of. Paige was an angel in disguise when it came to planning our wedding, especially because we live two hours away. Paige would answer every single e-mail in a timely fashion, and she was filled with so much information and recommendations. She made sure any wish or desire we had, it would be fulfilled. When we had minor bumps in the road in regards to a vendor, she was on the phone with me immediately giving me advice and leading me toward the right direction. She was my eyes and ears and so much more. To simply thank her is not enough!

which made Eagle's Ridge look just like a fairytale. my breath was taken away when we pulling into the driveway .. Paige and Betsy were so fabulous to work with! They are so welcoming and accommodating. Even as busy as they are, they made time to make us feel like we were their number one priority every time we communicated (which was a lot!). They also recommended amazing vendors, who all worked perfectly together to make the night so special. I cannot thank Eagle's Ridge enough for making my dreams come true !! I hope I can go back soon, so that I can relive the day all over again. I am 100% recommending anyone interested in a rustic venue to Eagle's Ridge!!!
