me fan of their food living in Aspen, as they used to cater to the Art Museum Rooftop Cafe. I then decided to work with them to cater my wedding last summer. 8 months later and I still have people telling me it was the best food they ever ate at a wedding. I had guests say that food was never good at weddings, and I couldn't wait to prove them wrong. Every single bite had the most unbelievable taste and texture and all went beautifully together. I was told majority of people went back for seconds and thirds. You can probably tell from this post how much I love food... I am very particular and my mother is too. The two of us ate at the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture (the culinary "mecca" some would say) two months later, along with some other friends of mine who were at my wedding, and we all agreed the Farmer and Chef blew them out of the water.
I cannot emphasize enough the quality of this food. You can taste the love that goes into it. Tiffany and Joey are a dream team and I could not imagine having worked with anyone else on my special day.
