BRIDES BEWARE-- Horrible management, communication, and customer service.
I was looking for a rustic backdrop for my wedding photos on June 4, 2022, and spoke with the owner, Sar...ah, via email on May 9, 2022, providing the date, time and location. She replied saying it was fine and to confirm, to which my photographer responded confirming and providing her information.
The day of my wedding, we were approached and interrupted MID PHOTO SHOOT by a woman saying the owner, Sarah, had no knowledge of us being there and that we did not have permission, even though I had email proof and provided information needed.
My photos were ruined, we had to find a new location the day of my wedding, which made the whole wedding party late for the reception.
