My now husband and I could not express how grateful we are to have worked with The Farms for our wedding day. We booked them 2 years out (in 2023).
Their all inclusive pricing was fair and there truly were no hidden charges (all taxes and service charges are included in the per head price). That really allowed us to have a secure budget to start with.
Kristi (the event coordinator) is truly amazing. She was always available for questions and she made sure everything went seamlessly from the planning all the way through the event itself.
We are still getting compliments on the food from our guests. Everything we had was delicious. I’m happy we did a buffet style dinner so I got to have a little of everything! The cocktail hour apps and pasta station were amazing as well. We really loved everything we had.
The venue staff are kind and professional. They set up everything exactly how I requested or better than I imagined! They took care of organizing and boxing everything up at the end of the night too.
The bridal suite was the perfect way to start the day. It made everything so easy to get ready and have the wedding at the same location. We had plenty of time to get ready and it’s a beautiful space.
We had an early September wedding, so we had our ceremony outside on the first tee box. It was perfect! They cut off tee times an hour before and an hour after your ceremony, so no worries about having golfers waiting and in pictures! The back up rain plan would’ve been on their 3 season deck, which is also a nice space.
I could honestly go on and on about how happy we were with every part of this venue. We are so grateful and thankful for Kristi and her team!!
The Farms Country Club was perfect for my wedding venue! You don't have to be a member to have your wedding here, but they treat you like a VIP! So many venues quote the "price" per guest, then add the note that this does not include taxes or gratuity. The Farms quotes all costs up-front, as the price. There was no need to do additional math. No hidden fees. Throughout my entire time planning, Kristi answered all of my questions. She helped with special requests like a table needed for the ceremony, an easel needed for a sign, did they have any hair/makeup/bakery suggestions, suggested table layout, etc. Anything I was unsure of, Kristi was happy to talk it over with me! Richard was kind and welcoming when we toured the facility. Once we booked the venue, my (now) husband and I got to have a date night to try the food. It was DELICIOUS. We choose a plated dinner for our reception. Another thing I appreciated about the wedding package from The Farms was that it included the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They don't nickel and dime you on setup or tear down. They are EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire day. Stephanie was available to help me the entire day, like my own personal assistant (Kristi was busy handling the setup, coordinating The Farms staff, directing my vendors as they arrived, and making sure everything went off without a hitch). I cannot tell you how much myself, my husband, and my friends and family appreciated ALL of the help The Farms gave us throughout the wedding day. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, welcoming, so pleasant to be around. The club members were a hoot, too! They congratulated us, wished us well, and made us feel just as welcome. It's an absolutely wonderful place to be, honestly. The food for dinner was out of this world. We had multiple guests with dietary restrictions, and they handled them all beautifully. The one or two minor food requests that were missed were corrected immediately, with no fuss, as soon as requested. Therefore, I don't see this as a negative - we're all human, there is a LOT going on, and the minor things needing adjusting were taken care of in a polite and timely manner. This is a POSITIVE. I couldn't imagine my wedding day without all the support The Farms provided for us. They are phenomenal. I'd choose them over and over again. All my guests told me how much they loved the venue, the food, the atmosphere. I cannot say enough good things about using The Farms as my venue. I'll sing their praises over and over again to anyone who will listen.
