FARM WEDDING OF YOUR DREAMS
Enjoy the farm wedding of your dreams on our 25-acre working farm, with tons of amenities, including lodging for 35 guests, beautiful bridal suites, in-house catering and bar, and a sailcloth reception tent. All are available less than an hour from Boston.
WEEKEND RENTAL & DAILY RENTALS AVAILABLE
In addition to daily full-day rentals, we offer weekend (Friday through Sunday) rentals for couples who want to make the most of their wedding experience.
LODGING IN OUR 1800's FARMHOUSE
Our newly renovated 9,000sf farmhouse offers clean and comfortable lodging for up to 35 of your closest friends and family, including many living spaces, dining rooms, guest kitchens, and a rehearsal dinner space.
ONSITE CEREMONY
Your ceremony can occur in various romantic and natural sites, including a forested meadow, in front of an arbor flanked by blooming hydrangeas, or on a lovely lawn bordered by historic stone walls.
EXPLORE OUR WORKING NEW ENGLAND FARM
Animals like lambs, cows, pigs, and chickens rotationally graze on our organic pasture. Fresh vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits grow in our raised garden beds and orchards. A lush plethora of oak, maple, pine, and hickory trees surrounds the farmland. When you're here, there's no doubt you're on an objective, authentic farm.

We're proud to offer exceptional in-house catering and bartending for your wedding. Whether you choose from our repertoire or create a custom menu, we incorporate as much of our pasture-raised meats and organic vegetables, fruits, and herbs into the meal as possible for an authentic farm-to-table experience.

First of all, this venue is BEAUTIFUL! Bill and Aspen have done a ton of work to create an amazing atmosphere here. It is clean, fresh, and aesthetically pleasing. The vibe screams...
adult Summer camp, but there is so much potential to be creative and/or classic.
The biggest selling point for us was the ability for guests to lodge ON-SITE! This ensured a closeness among guests and nobody missed a second of the fun. There is a dining hall which was helpful to keep guests fed throughout the weekend. They have a rec-room complete with air hockey, foosball, boardgames, and a beer pong table. We were playing and hanging out all night long. And they have air conditioning in all the bedrooms! Which makes sleeping easy and allows guests to cool down when they need to.
The outdoor spaces are lovely for lawn games, music, and relaxation. Plus, all the flowers and flora looked immaculate for the reception. They kept the fire-pit burning all night during the wedding reception and it was so lovely to step away for some fresh air.
The bridal suite is magnificent. They have a full kitchen, fridge, living room, several furnished rooms, and a lovely deck. There is a full hair and makeup room with mirrors and swivel chairs. While the ladies got their hair and make-up done over rose, the fellas were able to sip scotch and tell bad jokes.
The farm is extremely well maintained and Aspen is an excellent tour guide. The animals are ADORABLE and so friendly. The farmhands are helpful and will turn off the electric gates if asked. Plus, they have a whole ton of blueberries to pick, the bride even used some in the jam in the cake she baked!
The food that Bill puts out is world class. All the staff including Seamus and Jenny are beyond professional. There was no shortage of drinks, and lines moved quickly. The apps were to die for and the dinner was delicious! After we cut the cake for the picture, they did an amazing job ensuring everybody got a full slice.
Thank you to Bill, Aspen, and their family to welcome us with open arms. They truly made us feel like this space was our own, and were available to help and answer any questions as they came up.

When we booked, we entrusted this venue with our hopes, dreams, and our daughter’s big day. Through months of planning, we saw their commitment, patience, and genuine care. On wedding day, we woke to rain—just the kind of twist no one wants. But the farmstead team was unflappable. They turned something unexpected into part of the magic.
Every detail shone:
• The setup was beyond exquisite—dressing rooms for the bride and groom and their party , beautiful, elegant tent thoughtful in every corner, from tables set up and wooden chairs that made guests feel welcomed.
• The food fram to table delighted everyone—delicious, beautifully presented, and consistently praised by guests.
• The staff: gracious, professional, warm. They seemed to anticipate needs before anyone asked.
• The atmosphere: luminous, joyful, full of emotion and laughter.
As the sun peeked out, and the evening unfolded under twinkling lights and an open sky, I looked around and honestly thought: this is one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever seen. Not just in my mind, but in the eyes and hearts of everyone present.

I've been in the wedding business since 1976 and have literally performed at thousands of weddings across my career. I’ve played at the most prestigious wedding venues in New England, so when I tell you a team is exceptional, you can take that to the bank.
Recently, Bill and his team at The Farmstead ran an event – my youngest stepdaughter’s marriage – that was absolutely flawless, despite a very challenging and iffy weather situation. Things did not look like they were going to go well, but the entire staff worked together seamlessly to deliver a truly great event. It was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a venue where you know the team can handle anything and deliver perfection, you need to call The Farmstead. They are the best in the business.

As many brides and grooms know, when you are planning your wedding, EVERY minute counts. It makes such a big difference to have the whole weekend to prepare, setup, and breakdown your wedding while sharing more time with your family and friends. The luxury of not having to "clear out" the same evening as your event is worth more than gold.
