Completely unprofessional, took my sister’s money and ghosted completely.
Ghosted me and others for months. Never received service from her
Best makeup artist I’ve worked with to date. I identify as femme & masc & most days it comes down to my mood. I felt safe, comfortable & when it was all said & done I felt beautifu...
l (no matter my identity) the day of our wedding. My makeup was perfect, I felt loved & the pictures came out even better because of her work!! We traveled across the country for our elopement & she helped make that trip & that day perfect for us.
Arryle is amazing and vibrant! She did makeup for me and my little one and was absolutely understanding and brought the most amazing vibes to take the nerves away. Very professiona...
l, responded to my messages, and understood what I wanted. Definitely recommend Arryle.
Arryle was responsive regarding my wedding via e-mail until the day of the trial. Her reviews were sparkling (back in Feb 2022) when I booked her. I showed up to her salon suite fo...
r the trial and she was not there, I called her and her phone was no longer in service. I went back to theknot.com and saw dreadful recent reviews starting just two weeks before my wedding. I knew she would not show up for the wedding. I had to find someone else for hair and makeup three days before my wedding without a trial (after I had already paid Arryle a 50% deposit). As a destination wedding couple- this completely ruined the start of our trip and put so much more stress on the rest of the week. I have not received a response from her, let alone a refund. We will be taking legal action if a refund is not provided. Very unprofessional, not a true business, DO NOT BOOK!
Arryle was unprofessional with returning communications. Didn't get clear answers from questions outlined in emails.

sit once I saw their work, was unavailable for my date and Arryle would not refund my deposit.
Do not book with Arryle. I signed my contract with her and gave her the 50% deposit she asked for back in February. My wedding was October 8, 2022 and she did not show. I had my tr...
ial scheduled for early August and she canceled one hour before. I reached out 3 times to reschedule before she finally got back to me. She was not flexible with her schedule and stopped responding to me and my wedding planners. We never rescheduled my trial. I continued to email and call, as well as my planners, and we never got through to her. She told me she was committed to my wedding multiple times, however she never made an effort to reschedule my trial or to communicate with me. She ghosted me and took my money. She never showed up on my wedding day and there still has been no response from her. I am taking legal action.
I booked Arryle back in March so I had plenty of time to find someone. She had me sign a contract and requires a 50% deposit. I have been communicating with her recently making sur...
e she had pictures of what I wanted my makeup to look like and pictures of hair inspirations. I’ve been trying to reach out to her to make sure she has the correct information for where i’m staying (as i hired her as on location) and just to make sure we’re on the same page. It’s been a week and I have not heard anything back. I emailed her to ask for a refund on the deposit if she’s not coming and I still haven’t heard anything back. My wedding is today and I have no one else to do my makeup or hair. I’m not confident she will show up. Luckily my photographer used to be a hair stylist and she said she could help me. No one deserves the stress of this on their wedding day.

Arryle from The Femme Stylist was so fun to work with! She was flexible with my ever changing mind, and nailed every look I asked of her. We did a trial of hair and make up and she...
did a stunning job!! Then a few days before the wedding, I changed my mind and we winged it on the day-of with a new look. She gave me everything I asked for, and I loved the way I looked! I highly recommend getting airbrush done from her as well, she used a technique I hadn't seen before, and it looked FLAWLESS. I got compliments on how great my skin looked all night long. She was also very fun and chatty and felt like one of the girls in the bridal suite on the big day.
