is one of a kind. She made everything a breeze and was such a huge help from start to finish. It was such a pleasure to work with her all year. I worked with Gianna and Steven on the big day. Because of these two- it was an 100% STRESS FEE day. Everything stayed on schedule and everybody knew where they needed to be at all times. I did not have to worry about a single thing. The staff, the food, the location itself... The Fez is incredible. I cannot recommend it enough. They make everything so easy for you. I cannot thank you all enough for making my wedding what it was.

s a customized buffet menu. Then hits 2020, we had to switch to a sit down menu, with not knowing what was going on with COVID-19. We choose to ride it out and we could not have been happier. They moved us to their largest room, which we were concerned it would look too empty and cold. We could not have been more wrong. With their setup and some additional decorations it was beautiful. Just like my daughter had imagined. The staff was wonderful the day of the event and Debby was wonderful the whole time. She kept us updated on all the changes and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Next, the food was phenomenal. They even assisted with some special requests. riendly. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance through all of my planning. She was thoughtful and honest which I truly appreciated. Secondly- Steve! I can't put into words how great he was. From the moment the bridal party walked in, he asked if we needed anything. My sister said we might need my mom to help bustle my dress. He knew exactly what my mom was wearing, tracked her down, and she was up in the suite in a matter of a minute.. I swear! If I could have, I would have gave him a huge hug at the end of the night! We ended up extending the reception by an hour and Steve and Judy were very accommodating. She was wonderful as well! At the end of the night, I felt so bad because we had some shuttle issues so a couple of us were there later than planned. But she stuck around in our group, kept us entertained, and made sure we had a ride back. The food- unfortunately, my husband and I barely got to eat, but everyone said it was delicious! They are still talking about the food! My friend said the other day she was craving the soup! I heard the bartenders were extremely nice as well! The venue was picture perfect. The lights really pulled everything together. It was more than I could have ever imagined. So thank you to the Fez, from the bottom of my heart, for making our dream day one that we want to relive over and over again.

One of our bridal party members knocked over a glass center piece (we provided) and it broke and we were treated like crap about it (I even offered to clean it in my wedding dress). We received no left over wedding cake but our top layer (my husband and I only got to take the bite we fed each other because ours was taken off of our table so fast. We cleaned up all of our own centerpieces after staff took water off the table at 10. We rented the hall till 11. Three months later I am still trying to get our containers and trays back that cookies and decorations were brought in, because they were not put in the place we were told they would be and every time I stop down the doors are locked. If you use them make sure everything is disposable because you wont be getting it back. The bar tender was very rude to some of our guests including me. On top of it. I asked after about a whole type of cookie that was missing from our table (about 10 dozen my aunt had made), and was told that my guests came early and maybe they ate them all, which was rude firstly and secondly my cousin got there 10 minutes early and was not permitted in the room, neither was anyone else until the minute we were supposed to start. Thankfully none of our guests saw any of this but the bartender and not being allowed in because I would have been thoroughly embarrassed.

The staff sat and watched as we struggled to open the door with our hands full. Then kept walking in the middle of the way while we were trying to carry things in. Never once asking if they could help in any way. Not even to hold the door open. We also had to provide the name cards for the sign in table the day before the wedding. We did not alphabetize the 100 names like the long list of rules said. I mean why are we paying them money if we do all the work. While we were waiting to go in for lunch, the staff was talking about how annoying we were while we were still in the venue. Another item that bothered me is how they handled the champagne toast. We had several people who don't drink attending the wedding. They said there was no way to do anything but put champagne out at every seat. When I , the groom asked for no champagne it was like I had asked for something extreme to be done. I found this part very annoying. The food was great and the wedding day went off without a hitch for the most part. Towards the end of the night the staff became rather annoyed that we stayed until 11 pm like we paid for. They made sure to tell us the two other receptions had already finished. One area that they excelled was the bar tender. She did an excellent job and had a great attitude. Overall the venue was great. They took care of many things. The attitude received from the staff is an area that needs fixing. You are in a customer service business and the customer should come first. Not excuses like I have three weddings.

Fez told us that they were renovating the balcondae room. We didn't find out until it was too late to change our minds. I wish we were told before hand and not surprised when we asked to see the room. The 2nd is they over charged us on sales tax. The tax is 6% in PA and they charged us 6.015263659% which doesn't seem like a huge deal but when you are spending a lot of money it is a big deal. Other than these issues everything went great!

ll of our many questions and emails quickly! She took care of every detail leading up to the ceremony and the reception. We did an onsite ceremony. She was very open to any changes that we made. On the day of the wedding we arrived thinking there would be things we needed to do to finish decorating and to our surprise her staff had completed just about everything. There was very little we needed to do. They were absolutely incredible. During the wedding and reception, Steve could not have been more helpful. He made sure we were all at the right place at the right time and was great to work with. The bartender was also incredible. I can't say enough about the staff at The Fez. The food was absolutely incredible!! We chose the queen's buffet and were more than happy with our choice. The lighting in the room really was awesome! In addition to our guest tables, we needed an entrance table, gift table, cake table, 2 cookie tables, and a table for our thumbprint tree guest book. All of these were set up and ready. The room looked WONDERFUL!! Several guest said that it was the nicest venue they have been to, and my new husband and I agree!!! Thank you Deb for making sure we had the perfect wedding day!!!

g day, to even after the wedding, they have been a wonderful group to work with. We definitely experienced some highlights while working with the Fez over the past year and here are some of them: * Flexible – We found out after we booked the venue and locked in our date that my sister and future sister in law were both pregnant and due on our original wedding date. Debby was very up front and honest about our date change, guiding us through what could have been a very difficult and nerve wracking time. They were so flexible with us and it was such a great reminder of why we selected The Fez as a venue from the start!!!! * Food - FANTASTIC!! Our guests have not stopped talking about the food and the one item I have heard over and over about was the Prime Rib and how delicious it was. The nice thing about The Fez is they have a built in food service. So you don’t have to locate one yourself and their food options provide a great variety. They have sit down or buffet and we opted for the buffet. You can upgrade your cocktail hour or your dinner or both, such a wide variety of options to fit your wedding!! * Beverages/Alcohol - AMAZING!! We physically visited 15 venues (we called a lot more) and BY FAR of the 15 venues we looked at, The Fez had the best prices and options available. Feedback from our guests - the bartenders were able to provide every drink that was asked for (and our group was not shy) and they asked which type of liquor our guests preferred. A lot of places go straight for the lower level unless the guest asks for a specific brand and I appreciated their bartenders asking our guests what type of liquor they wanted because we paid for the top tier!!. Additionally, we had two busloads of people show up all at once for cocktail hour. 90 people wanting drinks all at the same time! Because of the crush of people to get drinks, the wait staff dropped everything they were doing and ran behind the bar to assist. Within a few minutes, everyone had a drink and the wait staff resumed their normal duties. Great training by management because they did it by reaction! * Service - This is something you cannot teach people and The Fez was a class act!! The service was marvelous – Steve (the head guy the night of the reception) was easy for us to find (even though we didn't need to), he was on point, the wait staff was finding my husband and I throughout the night asking what we would like to drink, everything was timed perfectly and they worked well with our band - they made it so enjoyable for us all evening!! * Space - we had our reception in the Grand Ballroom and our final guest count was 270 and the space was perfect. The tables did not feel too tight and it didn't feel like the room was empty - it was perfect. We were able to select our table sizes (they ranged from 8-10 the tables of 10 had kids at them) and we also had a 4 person band and open concept photo booth. We felt like the way the room was set up really afforded our guests the best event space possible. My husband and I could not be happier with our Venue selection. The Fez provided a top notch experience that set the stage for a truly memorable night for us and I could not be happier to have selected that group of people and venue to share our special day with!!!!

at The Fez. Every single detail of our reception was perfect! The decor, the food, the staff, the service - EVERYTHING. The Terrace Room was warm and inviting, and the bar is just incredible. It's impressive and just plain gorgeous. The food was amazing - MANY of our guests came up to us during the reception to tell us that their dinner was incredible or that the appetizers were amazing. One of our guests even said, "this is the first wedding I've been to where I left stuffed! It was all so good!" And the staff - oh my god, the staff! Jordan took such amazing care of me, my husband, and our bridal party. He was so attentive and sweet and just amazing. And the waitstaff for our guests were INCREDIBLE. Our guests repeatedly told us how kind and quick and just awesome everyone was. We were so touched at all of the attention and detail that went into making our reception flow smoothly. It was all just so incredible. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing night. And Debby deserves a medal. She took such care of us all year leading up to our wedding! She meticulously took care of all of our details and requests, gave sage and appreciated advice, and was generally awesome. My wedding was so perfect. I will never, ever forget that day, and I can never fully thank The Fez and the staff enough for helping to make our wedding dreams come true. Every detail and request was accounted for and our big day went so very well that our only regret was not choosing The Fez from the beginning! It was this amazing customer service and attention-to-detail that made our reception so enjoyable for every single guest. On top of it all, the pricing is very reasonable and the food is great! We'll go back to the Fez for all big events in our future!

The balconade room, with chandeliers, a balcony, and staircase, is very elegant. We were given the choice of napkins (we chose plum to correspond with our wedding color); otherwise, we felt it unnecessary to decorate as the decor is very classic. We had a blast on the day of our wedding. The cake (done by Brenda McGee who works with the Fez) was exactly the way we had wanted it. The service was great, the food was tasty, and the timeline we had planned went smoothly. The banquet managers checked in with my husband or I every half hour or so. They were very warm and attentive to our needs. The bartenders were also very professional. I would definitely recommend this venue to a bride who wants a gorgeous wedding at a very reasonable price. My husband and I live in Pittsburgh (while my family lives in Beaver County). We looked at MANY venues, but nothing came close to the value of The Fez. I can't imagine having chosen anywhere else. Thank you again to Debby, Jordan, Steve, the owner, and all of the Fez staff for providing us such a memorable experience.

I did not give a 5 in service because I ended up setting up half my tables when they previously informed it would be done for me and I changed the pre-set table numbers, and they were not overly accommodating with the small change. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, they truly made all my dreams come true in the end.

The Fez was more affordable with the same quality. And the food is to die for! At the reception, the staff checked in with myself and the groom many times throughout the evening to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. They were fabulous! Debby (the event coordinator) is also really great! She was so helpful throughout the planning process and recommended some great vendors to us!

ou are not permitted to take home any left over food that YOU have paid for (except the cake). I was told they use it for their brunches the next day. So I paid for food that they charged people again for the very next day. nice. Also, I would suggest they have more options for chair covers or actually invest in new chairs that you don't have to cover. I would also suggest that they contact their local florist to make new centerpieces to offer to clients instead of the 15+ year old centerpieces they have. It's 2013, the updated rooms are gorgeous yet they still have brown metal chairs and ugly centerpieces. !

For the amount of people that we wanted to invite to our wedding this was by far the best value to be able to have what we wanted. We keep hearing how wonderful the food was from our guests and the room we were in (The Grand Ball Room) was just gorgeous.

She put me at ease over and over again. They kept everything on schedule and the guests happy. I could not have asked for a better experience.
