We hired Fifth Wheel Catering for our wedding brunch of 45 people, and while the staff was friendly and the presentation was nice, the experience was disappointing overall.

ent manager, Tyler, would go unresponsive for weeks at a time, but didn’t set an out-of-office message. Also, he sent the license and insurance the day before the wedding. These two factors added a lot of stress during our planning process.
Worse, the food was cold, which made it unappetizing, especially for brunch. I couldn't finish my plate. We also paid extra for raspberry filling on our cake, but there was barely any. The little amount was overshadowed by the buttercream that tasted like plain butter.
Unfortunately, the poor communication and cold food overshadowed what could have been a great experience.
Working with Tyler Wolff and Fifth Wheel Catering at Willow was truly a dream experience. My husband and I opted for the stations menu and added on appetizers and signature cocktai...
ls. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food. All of the dishes were so incredible and didn't taste like they had been mass-produced. The menus were truly chic and yummy and something our guests were able to actually enjoy and a positive topic of conversation all evening down to our late night orange chicken. The signature cocktails and the entire bar was top notch and we felt as through we were at a fancy speakeasy! Tyler and The Fifth Wheel Catering paid such incredible attention to detail and were truly a delight to work with. I can't recommend The Fifth Wheel Catering enough!
Just had our wedding at Willow and received countless compliments from guests about the beautiful venue and great service/food. The bartenders were fast, all staff was INCREDIBLY f...
riendly, and Tyler went above and beyond. Tyler was able to accommodate everything we requested and he and his staff checked in on us throughout our day to make sure things were running smoothly. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Willow and their staff. THANK YOU!
Feedback from our wedding guests:
“This was the best wedding food I’ve ever had!”
“Omg! The mac & cheese is sooo good”
Simply put, everything was delicious. We went for the bbq ...
buffet and are so happy we did. Even our vegetarian guests raved about the pulled jackfruit.
We also got our cake through Fifth Wheel and it was divine!!
Perfect! Just wonderful service and help! The chicken we ordered for our main course was a little different from the original tasting as it was a bit more dry and lacking the lemon...
sauce we fell in love with at the tasting but everything was beautiful and our hosts were super accommodating and helpful!
We recently performed for Willow's New Menu Showcase where The Fifth Wheel Catering presented their new cuisine, and we were blown away by the food and the staff for the event. Ev...

e are still getting complimented on the experience by all of our guests. Thank you to Sara for coordinating everything and Meghan and her team for executing it and getting us across the finish line!
Truly the most abysmal company we worked with throughout our wedding. It's so unfortunate, as they catered my sister's wedding and the food and service was delightful so we thought...
we would have the same experience. All of our pre-COVID experience with Elana was amazing. I wish her all the best!
In March 2020, the company furloughed Elana and referred us to Sara, the GM. It was downhill from there. Communication was between delayed (2 week minimum to return emails) and non-existent. After our venue cancelled on us, they said they could refund 50% of our deposit and put the remaining balance toward a future event within 12 months. While not ideal, we appreciated that they offered some flexibility. That was more than 10 weeks ago and we haven't received anything, nor have they responded to give us any updates. We inquired about having them cater a small anniversary dinner for us and our family, but they took 2 weeks to respond, then incorrectly scheduled it for 2022, then when I gave them the corrected year and inquired about a brunch instead (2021), they never acknowledged if they could do it or not. Multiple phone calls have been left unreturned. I understand that the pandemic has disrupted the industry and I empathize for the staff who are just doing their best, but Bailey's Restaurants is a large company with more than 8 restaurants, catering, and venues across STL. The whole process has left us feeling discarded and disrespected. On top of having our wedding venue and plans cancelled, we are now out thousands of dollars. I would advise anyone to stay away.
Fifth Wheel catered our wedding and the food was amazing! We received so many compliments from our guests. Everything was just like we had during our tasting a few months prior to ...
the wedding. Would highly recommend!
