e became overwhelmed with many of the little details and learned that our venue did not provide a day-of coordinator. And man, are we glad we went with Courtney. The whole process was extremely easy - we scheduled a prompt initial consultation and learned she was highly flexible with our expectations and unique circumstances. We had already done most of the heavy lifting in terms of initial planning, and Courtney stepped in perfectly to take over key areas during the last month of the wedding planning process. She was easily accessible and clearly very experienced in this role. She attended our venue walkthrough, rehearsal dinner, and was present throughout our entire wedding day to help coordinate logistics. We had a particularly challenging wedding day schedule with multiple location stops, and Courtney was present to help us through it all. She expertly managed the ceremony and reception details and ensured we stayed on schedule. She communicated well with the various vendors both prior to the wedding day and during. Most importantly for us on the day of, Courtney managed all of the little details we could not keep track of, including helping transport boxes worth of material to the venue and setting them up. This included setting up our cake, table decorations and numbers, place cards, and creating a Memorial Table for our late family members, among many other things. We never would have been able to do this without her help. She has a great eye for style and detail, which also made a huge difference! Don’t be a hero! If you don’t have a day of coordinator, you NEED one. And Courtney is unbeatable for the services she offers at her price point!
