I booked The Finishing Touch for my October 14th, 2023, wedding! Christine was the women who I was in contact with the most and she was wonderful! She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very helpful with all of my requests. The trial run went perfect, and she took the time to make sure I was happy with my hair do and make up look. She took pictures afterwards to make sure she repeated the process on the wedding day! Christine came with a college named Sam the day of my wedding and both women were so great to work with. They were fun, friendly, accommodating, and very timely! They even finished hair and make-up, the morning of, a half hour earlier than our original schedule! I would definitely recommend then for any bride on their wedding day, and I would absolutely use their services again for my future events! Thank you, SOO, much ladies!

I set up hair and makeup for myself and my daughter-in-law on the morning of my son's wedding. Christine and Lauren had no problem giving us each the look we wanted. We all felt beautiful and radiant. I am 60 and did not feel it!

The Finishing Touch was an incredible team of professional woman who showed up to my home with enthusiasm and skill with one thing on their minds and that was to assure the entire bridal party looked flawless ! The most amazing group of women! They are so talented with make up and hair. They make you feel beautiful but keep you natural. But not only are they amazing with hair and make up but they are so sweet and make the brides day everything it should be. Also can never beat amazing prices and they sure do have that!

The Finishing touch had a team of wonderful ladies come on-site to do mine(bride) and 10 others on my wedding day. They created a schedule before hand and ensured everything ran super smooth the entire morning! Everyone looked amazing and was very happy with there hair and makeup, couldn't recommend them enough!

We worked with Christine and she was wonderful. She has a beautiful studio for a trial and thoughtfully made a few adjustments for my wedding day. She made all the bridesmaids look naturally beautiful at their request. I was beyond happy with the work she did on all of us.

Lauren and her team were incredible on my Wedding Day. Lauren and another team member came out, and they were both so talented and made me and my Bridesmaids feel so beautiful. I was delighted from the trial I had with Lauren. We talked about using different pigments on the eyes for the Wedding Day, and Lauren got a bunch of different ones to try out, and we found the most beautiful one to use on the day. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect! My makeup held up the entire day, I didn’t even need any touch ups. From the trial with Christine to the wedding day make up with Christine and Lindsey, everything was better than what I could have expected. Lauren and Christine did an amazing job for my wedding. I had 9 people to get done, and they efficiently worked with all of us to give us great looks, both with and without airbrush. Everyone loved their makeups and they lasted through the warmer than average October day, some rain, and lots of dancing. They were also very willing to work around my skin allergies and sensitivities so my makeup was comfortable as well as beautiful. I can't recommend them enough

The Finishing Touch was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. When we realized we had no one to style our hair or do our make-up for the big day, I had no idea where to even start looking. Christine was very professional and polite over the phone, working with me to find out exactly what I needed so she could pair us with the right people. I never expected her to get back to me the same day the way she did. She found two women to do the hair and make-up for myself, my mother, my mother-in-law, my step-mother-in-law, and my four bridesmaids (8 women total). The prompt response and all the time she spent helping me had me in awe from day one. Sam was extremely quick, professional, and polite with working with each of us to make sure we were not only pleased with how our hair styles currently looked but in making sure they would last the night. Lindsay was also very professional, taking extra time ensuring everyone's make-up looked perfect for them and the dresses they were wearing. Both women were exceptionally fun to work with and good humored despite starting early to make sure everyone got done in time. Overall, we could not have been happier with all the work the two of them did!

I can’t recommend The Finishing Touch enough! They were at the venue early to set up and timed everything perfectly. Lindsay, Tracy, and Brandy did such a good job on me, 7 bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law. They took their time with each of us, really listened to our wants for hair and makeup, and exceeded our expectations. Everyone looked so good! We all did airbrush for our makeup which stayed all day and night with no touch ups needed. Overall I’m so impressed with The Finishing Touch!

Lauren and Christine have been so kind and helpful. I am not someone who gets all done up on the regular and they have been great with giving me suggestions and making sure I am comfortable with what they have done at the trial. They are experts at creating a makeup and hair look that doesnt look too drastic but will definitely show up and will look defined and beautiful in wedding pictures. I used The Finishing Touch for my August 3rd wedding and had a great experience! Christine was always super prompt in answering in a timely manner and was really approachable. They simply would not accept anything less than 100% satisfaction for your wedding day which goes to show how much they care about their customers and your big day. The ONLY thing that tripped me up was that there are actually five stylists. When I booked I booked with The Finishing Touch because I loved what Christine and her sister did with my best friend’s sister’s wedding. When I got a different stylist I was confused and initially slightly disappointed. However after working with Brandy she was just as amazing and I would recommend her and anyone who works for them because they have such high standards in quality and care. Would definitely re-book with them :)

Used these ladies for my wedding in August and they were awesome! Christine got back to me quickly on everything and sent me a schedule for the day that I was able to send to all of the girls so everyone knew the order so they could be ready to go when called. I used The Finishing Touch for my wedding in June and I could not have been happier with their work. Lauren was so helpful with any questions I had prior. Sam and Lindsay were an awesome hair/make up team. The day of the wedding they were early, organized, and worked in a timely manner. I had 9 people getting hair/make up done and they were able to have everyone done by 1 for my 2:00 wedding. Sam did an excellent job at working with a variety of hair styles and requests. Lindsay made all of our make up look so natural. For someone who does not wear make up much, this was exactly what I wanted. Christine and Lauren did hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids for my wedding on 5/18/19. Christine was quick to respond to my many questions leading up to my wedding day and both her and Lauren were wonderful to work with while we were getting ready. They arrived at my friend's apartment at the crack of dawn and had everyone set up and ready to go before most brideamaids arrived. Everyone's hair and makeup looked amazing and they perfectly captured the bridal look I was going for. On top of making everyone look their very best, they were such a fun time! I am really happy that I chose The Finishing Touch for hair on my wedding day! I was a little worried about finding someone to do our hair on-site with a limited amount of time to get 7 girls ready -- and Christine was perfectly on time and even finished ahead of schedule. My bridesmaids as well as the 2 moms - all loved their hair styles. Not to mention, Christine is a positive person with good energy to have around as you & your girls get ready! I did a trial a few weeks beforehand (she has a lovely studio for the trial), but I decided the day-of my wedding to change the style. I showed Christine a picture and she recreated it beautifully. Lindsay and Christine were the best for hair and makeup on my wedding day! I met with Christine a few months ahead of my big day and she helped me pick a hair do and general makeup beforehand. If you are getting married book The Finishing Touch! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding 2 years ago and we had our makeup done by artists with The Finishing Touch. When it was time for my wedding this year, I decided to also book through them based on my prior experience and other reviews I had read. I worked with Lauren and Brandy this time, and everything went so smoothly and all my girls looked amazing! The contract was very thorough and explained all day of information that I needed. Lauren answered my emails in a timely manner and was able to help with any questions I had. My trial went very well and I was very confident for my day of hair and makeup. There were 9 of us that needed hair and makeup and we were ahead of schedule all morning, even with touchups. I highly recommend The Finishing Touch for all future brides!

The Finishing Touch was recommended to me by a very close family friend that had also used this company for her wedding. I made sure I still did my research on multiple hair and make up companies to ensure I was going to get not only exceptional service, but also reasonable pricing to help out the cost for my bridal party. Both my Mom and I did a hair and make up trial (it was a birthday gift from me to her)! We were SO impressed by the trial, it certainly made all worries wash away for the big day! Lauren did our make up and Tracy did our hair! We are so grateful for their amazing work! This company is extremely reasonably priced and offers a top notch hair and make up service! I would absolutely recommend them to any and all friends and family of mine getting married!

I don’t even know where to begin! I found the finishing touch on the knot and reached out because of their rave reviews. I set up a trial and met with Christine and Lauren who were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I have acne prone skin and have a ome dark marks that I obviously wanted covered but didn’t want to look or feel like I was wearing a ton of makeup. When Lauren finished, I was shocked with how flawless my skin looked AND that my face didn’t feel heavy with makeup. I had a huge bridal party of 12 girls, so they had their hands full! I changed the number of people who wanted hair and makeup and the place bout 5 times before they big day and they were so understanding and really worked with me. The day of was absolutely perfect. Christine, Lauren and Tracy were so organized and everyone felt and looked so beautiful. They gave ideas when some girls weren’t sure what they wanted and finished well before we needed to leave! All 14 (my mom included) of us felt so beautiful and still looked beautiful 11 hours later when the night was over. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did. They were so nice and fun and easy to work with. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Please be wary when booking the Finishing Touch. They are a less expensive option and get the job done. Do not expect a WOW experience. This is a small, side business and is treated as such. I first met Christine and Lauren (sisters) when they provided hair and make up services for a friends wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. I was impressed by their friendliness and how quickly (and nice!) they did my hair. When it came time for my own wedding, I booked them immediately. During my initial emails, I expressed how excited I was to work specifically with them, "the sisters." Though I was terribly disappointed to find out--- when i arrived for my hair/make up trial--that two other artists named Lindsay (make up) and Sam (hair), would be doing our wedding. I received no prior notice about the change. To add insult to injury ,the artists did not even know when and where my wedding was taking place! Please note a few other details when selecting the Finishing Touch: -The website states "A trial is available for any of the below services at the location of your choice." This is not true. You must go to their in-home studio in Perkasie, PA. It is a lovely studio, though it is deceptive that it is different than the website. I pointed this out to Lauren twice over the past five months, and the website still has this incorrect messaging. -If you have a downtown/ city wedding, please note that you will have to pay for parking for both artists. This is outlined the contract in advance. -The instructions for the bridesmaid's hair are not clear. Day-of the artist told the bridesmaids different instructions about wet vs. dry hair. -The schedule does not give specific time slots and the hair and make up artists finished at different times. It would have been nice if they stayed until the end to do a final round of touch ups. -Lindsay, the make up artist, did not bring a hand mirror so we had to go back and forth to be bathroom for touch ups. -The final hair and make up for the wedding was fine. Some of the girls went back to their room and re-did theirs. As the bride, I went back for several rounds of touch ups. For example, during the first round my dark lip stain was jagged and messy. Finally, they are the only vendor to not send follow up email after the event to thank me for the business and ask for any feedback. Had they done this, perhaps this review would not be so critical.

Amazing ladies to work with! Prior to my wedding they were in touch to make sure we had enough time to finish all my girls and both Mom’s without rushing before photos. They made up a schedule and sent to me prior to day of so we were organized. The arrived early to set up to my suite. Their attention to detail with both hair and make up was fantastic! All my ladies including myself were super excited with how both hair and make up came out. And everything stayed all night long.

If I could rate The Finishing Touch ladies more than a 5 I would. They were beyond amazing the day of my wedding and leading up to the big day they were very attentive and made sure we had enough people to get us all done in time. Super professional and we all looked like super models heading to the venue!! They came to us the morning of the event which made everything so easy for us!! I can’t say enough great things about them!

Lauren and Christine were awesome! I was so happy with my look after the trial and they replicated it flawlessly on the wedding day. I wanted natural makeup and a simple, yet elegant updo and they both hit the mark. They came up with a schedule for myself and 7 others and we finished with plenty of time to spare. Lauren was great to work with! I chose Finishing Touch from the millions of choices because they would make the trip to our hotel for on site service. I really didn't want the added logistics of getting to a salon... or the steep Main Line prices. Finishing Touch has great prices for beautiful work. Both Lauren and Brandy were friendly, professional, and talented. All of my bridesmaids were thrilled with how their hair and makeup turned out and even more thrilled to still look flawless at 10 pm after dancing up a storm in the July heat! I do not wear much makeup normally, so I was nervous about my wedding-day look and "not looking like myself". Lauren rid me of my fears - she highlighted my natural features and worked with me to find a look I loved. My girls looked so gorgeous and we all felt beautiful! Truly a pleasure to work with, Lauren and Christine did the hair and make up for all the women in my wedding - and they did an amazing job. They were accommodating with my last minute hair and make up changes and were committed to making sure I felt like I looked perfect - and I did! All of the make up was natural and not overdone, the hair styles stayed all night and were stunning. They were very flexible with my specific scheduling requests. I would absolutely highly recommend them for any wedding. Professional, talented and a pleasure to spend your wedding morning with!

Lauren did a great job with my wedding makeup! She made sure to stay in contact with me leading up to our wedding day, including sending a schedule for everyone who planned to have their makeup done the day of the wedding. All of my bridesmaids as well as both mom’s had their makeup done on my wedding day. The day of our wedding I loved how everyone’s makeup turned out! Also, I cried a lot on my wedding day; from the first look, to our first dance, toasts and more. Thanks to Lauren’s awesome work makeup stayed beautifully in tack all night! The girls at Finishing Touch are life savers!! I had to last minute reach out to them because my original plan fell through and they were extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. I didn't even have a trial because we couldn't fit it in but I felt so comfortable just talking with them and sending them pictures, I knew they were listening and would take care of me. Wedding day was smooth and Christine was awesome! She cared and listened to what everyone wanted and made any changes and made sure everyone was happy. She convinced me to wear lashes and thank god she did! Such a huge difference. I was extremely happy with their service and their skills and they are just all around great people! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Christine and Lauren were great to work with! They answered all my questions and were very responsive! Brandy and Lindsay did my hair and makeup trial and then were with me and my bridesmaids the day of the wedding. They arrived early, fit right in and kept us all on schedule. They were extremely flexible and did an awesome job! I loved my hair and makeup for the day!

These girls are AMAZING! Not only were they early and super fast, but they do an amazing job. The did hair and makeup for my wedding including me, my mom, mother in-law, 5 bridesmaids, and one flower girl. We all looked fantastic! I never wear any makeup so this is something that is way out of my comfort zone, but they made me feel super comfortable and look gorgeous. My makeup was super natural and exactly what I was looking for. I had an updo that was hassle free all night and looked effortless. Their pricing was so reasonable and I could not have been more happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Christine, Lauren, and their team were fantastic! They were on time, well prepared, and incredibly flexible with our large group- myself and my 11 bridesmaids, plus flower girls and other family members. They helped put together a schedule beforehand so that everyone was well coordinated, but they were awesome at adapting that when things had to be changed last minute the day of. They were very responsive and easy to work with in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. I opted out of having a hair and makeup trial done beforehand after seeing photos of their work. I was so, so happy with both my hair and makeup, and was most happy with how comfortable and at ease they made me feel on my wedding day. They are fun and funny ladies, and all of my bridesmaids and family members raved about them! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I truly have never felt more beautiful!!! My hair and makeup were fantastic, and the bridesmaids all look impeccable. I really really love everyone's makeup!!! And Jill was so nice to let my stepdaughter play on her phone while she got her hair done, resulting in no less than 1,000 very very random photos!! Sorry about that!!

The girl were absolutely amazing! They were fast and everyone looked great! My hair for my wedding came out better than I could have wanted. They made my wedding special. We will definitely be using them again for future events and other family weddings.

I highly recommend! Christine did my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids. She is very nice, professional and Did a fantastic job for my March 2016 wedding. The morning was fantastic getting ready with all my girls and Christine was a great part of it. I looked fantastic and even after dancing it up my hair stayed looking perfect....it actually was still looking great the next morning. Very affordable and a fantastic business.

I used Jill to do updo's on my girls for my wedding back in August and am so glad I did. She was great at her job and so fast too! She averaged 30-40 minutes on each girl which was so impressive! She arrived early and made sure to take the time after all of the girls were done to do any touch-ups. I would definitely recommend the Finishing Touch!

Lauren and Christine are amazing! They had very reasonable prices and were so very easy to work with. I had my hair and make up trial with them and they were able to use my ideas to create the perfect look for my big day. On my wedding day, my bridesmaids,mom, and grandmother all looked amazing and were so very happy with their looks. Unfortunately, I had to go to the hospital so I was unable to get my hair and make up done by them, but they were willing to come and do my beauty needs there. Their kindness is so appreciated. I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for hair and make up artists.

Lauren and Christine did hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, my aunt, and the MOB/MOG on my wedding day. I can't express enough how good of a job they did! I was so happy, as well as all of the other ladies, with their work! I did a trial with them first; I loved what they did, but wanted to tweak it just a little bit the day of, and it was exactly as I had imagined! They were both very professional and easy/fun to work with! They worked really well with everyone's ideas and pictures from Pinterest ect., giving us exactly what we wanted! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding day or any other special occasions!

Christine and Lauren did a fabulous job doing the hair and makeup for my entire bridal party (plus officiant!). Everyone was extremely pleased with how everything turned out, even those who are not used to wearing makeup or having their hair done.
