When we were first choosing vendors for our wedding the most important aspect for us was knowing that the teams we were working with actually cared about our wedding and FT exceeded those expectations. She went out of her way to meet with us prior to the wedding and was so quick to respond to every correspondence. Not only was she reliable and a pleasure to work with but the wedding itself turned out absolutely stunning! She completely nailed every detail as we had planned it to be and our jaws dropped when we saw everything for the first time. Still in awe over how great Brandi and her team were, I highly recommend them for your event!

n we got the pleasure to go to their show room which was so helpful. They had many things on display to view and tweak as you see fit for your special day. Brandi and her team worked closely with our wedding venue so she also had a lot of photos of past wedding and events there which also really helped us pick what we wanted for our big day. When I showed up to the venue the morning of the wedding her team were setting up and I nearly cried looking at how amazing the reception decor was already looking and it wasn’t even done yet! The final product of the ceremony and reception exceeded all of my expectations! It was also so nice not having to worry about a thing on my wedding day when it came to the decor and flowers. Everyone was so happy to take home a beautiful table arrangement at the end of the night. I hope to have another event where I get the pleasure work with Brandi and her team; they made the process such a breeze! elt like some vendors quoted me double just because of the location. They were fair with their pricing and it was the most beautiful, magazine worthy, floral decor I could have hoped for.

When it comes to price, she really works with you and gives you alternative options to stay within budget. I did request the use of faux florals to save on costs, but I was hesitant about the quality. Honestly, no one knew the difference and they turned out great in photos. I loved that they worked a lot of events at Grand Tradition Estate and had a good relationship with them, so I was able to trust Brandi's team and the venue's team completely Thank you so much for the wedding of our dreams!

you exceeded all of my expectations. It was just visually breathtaking and so beautiful. The cherry blossom trees ...they were just so, so spectacular. I also loved the chandeliers ... they were so pretty. I actually want them in the next home I purchase... lol... The flowers were also beautiful... our bouquets... everything on the tables, the candles, just everything was so perfect ....the drapes, the lighting. The Finishing Touch did such a wonderful job ... Of all of our wedding vendors, we were most impressed with the Finishing Touch because they exceeded our expectations and everything was flawless! From the very beginning Brandi was very responsive and helpful. During our first phone call she practically read my mind, thought of everything I would have never thought of, and really put my elegant and classy yet simple vision to life! From there we worked out the details to help fit our initial budget and she was very flexible all the way up to the month of the wedding. Their showroom is absolutely gorgeous and she even had a sample of the centerpiece she created just for our wedding! Brandi has a true talent for designing a wedding that reflects you as a couple and makes you feel as if you are her only client. When I walked into the ballroom for the first time on my wedding day in rush to get upstairs, I was stopped in my tracks and just in awe when I noticed everything they did. At that moment at truly felt like this was MY wedding. Brandi and Doug are amazing wedding designers and even better people. “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.” One of the most touching moments during our wedding week was getting a phone call from Doug while driving down to San Diego. My husband and I are in the military and our honeymoon leave approved last minute and were no longer able to afford some of our decorations that we were so in love with. Doug called me and asked if we would be okay if he put the decor up anyway without charge. I was ecstatic and called my sister literally in tears of joy. I was so humbled and truly moved by Brandi and Doug’s generosity. The decorations really made such a noticeable impact on the ambience of the entire room and really added that finishing touch. The photos were even better for it as well. Brandi and Doug are such good people and we were honored to have them be a part of making our wedding dreams come true.

I was completely taken back because she met my dream (and I was not the easiest to pin down on what I wanted haha). I highly recommend this team.

Throw in the fact that I live on the east coast and was planning a wedding on the west coast, Brandi was super helpful in making my vision come to life. From the phone consultation, to visiting the showroom (which is fantastic by the way), to the day of, the process was seamless. I was able to make as many changes as I needed to the proposal (after making a deposit) and everything was executed so well. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I felt like a lot of the centerpieces were missing the white & black anemones which was important to me in order to give them some depth and to pull out the black in the bridesmaids' dresses and the table linens. There was one maybe 2 in some - I was hoping for a more even placement. The bouquets however were perfect. I would recommend Brandi and her team to EVERYONE getting married in the area and would absolutely work with her again.

checking around for companies that could help us achieve our daughters dream wedding with the ambiance we imagined we found only one company that was; responsive, caring, had great attention to detail And they were less expensive than what the venue was going to charge. Brandi and Doug were on it!!! I never had a worry or second thought. They draped the ballroom and added up lighting that truly made the room dreamy and magical. This adds a little more pressure to make her day extra special when you're trusted with such responsibility.  My mom and I came up with a plan but needed someone to bring it to life. We looked at a couple of vendors and even booked one that we felt would do a good job but were still uneasy because we didn't want good, we wanted  great. We found Finishing Touch and decided upon meeting Brandi, she was the one. We even lost some money with the other vendor by switching to her but it was worth it. She was very affordable and any questions we had during the process were promptly answered. She listened to what we were trying to do and was all in!  The day of the wedding, her designs were truly breathtaking. Her inventory is very well kept and looked shiny and new at the wedding. She truly is a gifted florist. Her flower arrangements were full & fresh. We were all emotional when we saw everything that she had done. Expectations exceeded!
