the lead-up to our wedding, and every time we were there the food was incredible and the service was superb. We did a buffet-style dinner for the rehearsal, and even our pickiest of eaters were raving about the food. My husband and I went the elopement/micro-wedding route, so The First Post's Portrait Room was the perfect space to host 30 of our closest family and friends. We already knew the food and service at The First Post would be exceptional, so that was a no brainer. They had everything set up based on our email communication and how I had it planned out in my brain - shoutout to Lori for coordinating and executing that! Our baker and florist were able to set up with ease. We got to play music and dance a little as well! We are grateful and want to recognize the efforts of all the hosts, servers, bartenders, chefs, and staff; you made it a night to remember for years to come. Thank you!

wanted. They have a great room upstairs that was perfect for cocktail hour and dinner. They also have a private bar upstairs, so it made it very easy to get drinks. They were very accommodating with the menu and the food was AMAZING. All of our guests kept saying how good the food was and how nice the room was set up.
We had a perfect night at The First Post and would highly recommend it as a venue for a rehearsal or shower. They are so easy to work with and very reasonable with their pricing.
