Couldn’t recommend this venue more. They have in house vendors that make the planning process easy. Ann is the venue coordinator and she was extremely communicative and easy to work with. They really listened to our wants and needs for the day. We absoutley loved this venue for our wedding reception!

As the owner of Beauty Unveiled by Tia, a premier on-location hair and makeup company, I love this charming 1874 Italianate-style mansion with its opulent ballroom, exquisite parlors, lush garden terrace, and timeless historic elegance that makes every bridal look absolutely shine. ork with requests we had. The venue is stunning in the fall, and both the exterior and interior are amazing for photos without needing a lot of extra decor. The upstairs suites suited the needs of our bridal party, and our dancefloor was packed all night. We couldn't ask for a better day!

The Fitzgerald is such a beautiful, unique venue! We loved its historic, European feel. Monique and Ann were great to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner....
The staff day of were all professional. The one slight negative is the venue accessibility times (which we were aware of in advance). We weren’t able to get into the venue until noon, which wasn’t the best consumer experience, given the nature of weddings & the base rental fee already paid for it. Overall though, it was a great experience and we are so happy to have had our reception at the Fitzgerald!

and inviting, while retaining an old world charm. The venue and bar packages were competitively priced, and the exclusive contracts with both DJ and caterer streamlined the whole music and food aspect of the wedding. Our contacts Ben Hurst and Ann Lennart were great to work with and made the process of wedding planning feel less daunting. We highly recommend getting married here, we had an absolute blast.

Not only is there a gorgeous ballroom, courtyard, and foyer, but there is also an entire upstairs bridal suite with unique vibes in each room that provide endless photo opportunities. Our guests were all really impressed with the space and had an amazing evening. Hopefully the photos speak for themselves. Ben Hurst was especially great to work with, who was very accommodating of our specific needs. I highly recommend getting married here and only have good things to say about the venue and staff.

The Pabst Group is well-versed in hosting weddings, and our venue coordinator, Ben, clearly knew what he was doing. The venue is beautifully decorative on its own, requiring minimal extra setup if you’re looking for something that’s ready to go.
We highly recommend the Fitzgerald and any other Pabst Group venue!

stunning. We received so many compliments from our guests. Such a beautiful venue requires minimal extra decorations, which also made it easier on our end! :)
The staff was great to work with as well. Ann was very responsive to all of our questions, and the in-house caterer, All Occasions, was easy to work with. This was especially helpful for my partner and I, since we are not located in Milwaukee. I would definitely recommend hiring a day-of coordinator at this venue, though, to make sure everything gets executed seamlessly.
Thank you to The Fitzgerald for hosting the wedding of our dreams! If you're looking for a historic wedding venue with a lot of character, I can't think of a better venue than The Fitzgerald.

o work with. Very accommodating, let us tour multiple times with family and friends, and even helped us with decor ideas and obtaining a parking permit for our guests for the ceremony.
The venue is absolutely stunning. We used the outdoor space that comfortably holds 125 chairs. It created an intimate, private, and beautiful ceremony for us in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. We stayed at the Westin, so it was a perfect distance for us. They let us bring in our decor and supplies early to the bridal and groom suites and plan our rehearsal when we needed too. Extremely accommodating with scheduling and flexible with extending our rental time, which saved our ceremony day!
Gorgeous venue inside and out, bridal and groom suites were also so nice! Plenty of space and decorated beautifully.
I am so thankful to have found this venue!!! Highly recommend.

day was perfect! You are required to use All Occasions as the caterer and Milwaukee Airwaves as the DJ. For us, this took the stress away from having to choose those vendors, and we knew they worked well together. Everyone loved the food and the DJ was so awesome at throwing a great party!
The venue is perfect for all different wedding guests. The flow is great with having the cocktail hours in the parlor area and then moving into the ballroom for dinner and dancing. People can relax on the couches if they don’t want to dance and it’s quieter so they can still talk away from the dance floor. Two bars is ideal so people aren’t waiting too long, and then having the outdoor patio for people to step outside was great later in the night too.
The black and white color scheme photographed so well! The decorations and chandeliers are beautiful. We did greenery, candles, and white florals and it complimented the beauty of the venue itself so well.
We originally planned to get married outside, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Most venues have a backup plan for weather issues, but they usually feel like a second choice. Getting married inside was always our backup plan, but it felt perfect, didn’t feel like a backup plan at all!
We rented the rooms upstairs to get ready. There’s separate rooms for each of us as the bride and groom. Very spacious!

Our wedding was gothic queer wedding and we felt very welcome and in such good hands when working with Monique.
Above all, The Fitzgerald honored our old contract from the previous business owner and considering all the changes that were made to the venue, this was extremely generous!
We had no wedding planner besides ourselves + the help of our wedding party, and Monique was a great support throughout the entire process, including the day of.
The venue itself is breathtaking. It truly fit the heart of our theme - gothic romance. It's ADA friendly and gender inclusive. It had everything we desired - a dressing suite for each groom, another room to do our first look in and so many areas for beautiful photos and seating.
Monique was also able to help me out just in the nick of time as I walked the aisle alone and had no one else to help fluff out my cape. This moment means the world to me and just goes to show the care, attention and passion Monique has for her clients.
Configuring our room flip, rehearsal, and bar package was so incredibly easy. Monique walked us through the entire process, which was especially helpful as ... of course, we've never done this before!
I really recommend the Fitzgerald to any future couple who is looking for it all. You'll be in great hands and feel welcome in this fantasy-like space.

s responsive, flexible, organized and FUN. She went above and beyond to make our day perfect to us. Now let's talk about the actual venue. This 1800's refurbished mansion exudes vintage charm - the chandeliers, crown molding, wallpaper, furniture, artwork, and gold details make it incredibly easy for one's wedding dream and vision come to life. We hired someone to play on their baby grand piano during cocktail hour, which really set the mood. The vined and private courtyard area was PERFECT for cocktail hour and throughout the evening when guests wanted to cool off from dancing (aka me). We cannot recommend Ann and The Fitzgerald in Milwaukee more.
