The Fizz is a mobile wedding bar service based in Baytown, TX. Samantha Richardson and her talented team of mixologists will deliver five-star service and refreshing beverages to your wedding celebration.  Samantha is a dedicated professional who has assembled a dream team of licensed bartenders. They serve drinks out of a retro-chic converted horse trailer, perfect for photo opportunities with your loved ones. Due to Texas state law, The Fizz is a dry-hire service, which means that they provide everything except alcohol. The team will give you a detailed alcohol shopping list according to your preferences. Whatever your vision for the special day, The Fizz can achieve it. Before you celebrate, consult with Samantha to discuss your celebration, and she’ll tailor a package to suit your needs. All wedding packages include complete setup and cleanup, all essential barware, a water station, and one bartender for at least four hours. Deluxe add-ons, such as a champagne wall, custom signage, and extra hours of service, are also available. Treat your guests to delicious drinks and premier service on your big day with The Fizz.

Samantha at The Fizz took our wedding to the next level. My husband and I don't drink, so she helped us come up with some specialty mocktails that were delicious and perfect with our menu. She also provided a very accurate list of how much alcohol to purchase based on our estimate of drinking vs. non-drinking guests. Her set-up is ADORABLE and classy, and we received endless compliments from guests on the drinks and Samantha herself, who everyone adored and the children were obsessed with. She made everything super easy and smooth all the way from the first contact to the end of the night. I highly recommend The Fizz!

From start to finish, her professionalism, attention to detail, and top-notch service made the night unforgettable. The bartenders were not only skilled in crafting delicious cocktails but also friendly and engaging, creating a fantastic atmosphere for my guests. The drink menu was customized to my preferences, and every cocktail was perfectly mixed and beautifully presented. They also ensured that everything ran smoothly, keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked throughout the night. Many of my guests complimented the service, the unique trailer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to handle the drinks at my event. The service was amazing! Sam was so fun and such a outgoing server. She makes everything run so smooth, I didn't worry about a thing when it came to bar service. I would tell everyone I know to use The Fizz.
