The Flame catered my wedding at Neuse Breeze. My now husband and I are MAJOR foodies! I love cooking and we both LOVE eating. We were both thoroughly impressed with the food we had from The Flame. Honestly, the day we tried the food options to pick our menu we talked about it for a week! It was mouth watering...even now I'm ready to make the 5 hour trip just to have some of the bacon wrapped chicken bites and boneless ribs! If you book your venue with Neuse Breeze trust the Flame...even if you're not using the Neuse Breeze venue...trust the Flame to cater your wedding or event. This food was PHENOMENAL.
