The reviews are old for a reason. I would not recommend this vendor. Ordered the dress 10 months in advance and didn't come in until 5 weeks before the wedding. Only one owner/oper...
ator and couldn't get a hold of her via phone or website. Not better business affiliated as business claims to be. I had to get an off rack dress to have enough time for alterations. Awful experience.
I had such a wonderful time with Ellen! She was incredibly helpful, allowing me to explore a variety of styles. She was knowledgeable about suiting different brides and their bodi...
es. I was happy to walk out knowing I'm going to look beautiful in a dress that looks like it was made for me!
I was so excited to go here and be able to try on dresses. The shop itself is nice and I appreciate that you essentially have the shop to yourself. I didn’t mind paying the $25 app...
t fee because I get it. However, I was overall disappointed with my visit. The selection was fine but not great for the silhouette I was looking for (mermaid). And the consultant was nice but unhelpful. She didn’t help straighten the dress, adjust the train etc when showing to my family. She literally stood on the wall and said nothing. I was super bothered by it at the time, though my family was. But now that I’ve gone to more stores, it was a subpar experience. She also refused to take my measurements in the event I decided to go with one of dresses I liked there, which would’ve taken ten minutes max. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal, except I had made it clear that my wedding was in Ohio, but I do not live in Ohio. I didn’t want to have to travel back just to me measured. Nice place to try plus size dresses, but I wouldn’t buy from them.
The idea of a plus size shop is an absolute dream! The shop is clean, inviting, and full of positive energy! We didnt end up finding my sisters dream dress here but that was not du...
e to lack of beautiful options! The owner is a sweetheart and so knowledgable! I would recommend this shop for any of my big beautiful brides!
Being a plus-sized bride made the idea dress shopping so anxiety ridden. I was so scared about all of the horror stories a bride hears about dress shopping. Not only did they make...
me feel at home, they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Every plus sized bride needs to come here. Absolutely amazing selection, the consultation was full of laughter and overall the best place I went to!
The Flawless Bride did a flawless job finding *the* dress for my wedding in September 2018.
The boutique's owner, Ellen, helped me into (and out of) six or seven dresses that I'd...
chosen from their enormous range of options, all in my size or larger, and at a variety of price points. Ellen listened carefully to my remarks about each dress. When my appointment was nearly over, Ellen chose a stunning gown that was perfect for me. It has the lace I wanted, an off-shoulder neckline, and three-quarter sleeves. I'd breezed right past that gown on the rack, but Ellen heard my likes and dislikes, she knew it was my gown, and she was right. Ellen was a joy to work with from start to finish. Her measurements of me were so accurate that my gown is a perfect fit from the waist down, including the hem, which will save on alterations.
I met Kasey when I picked up my gown (which was ready a month earlier than expected - when does that happen?). Kasey provided guidance on sashes and veils, especially the ideal shape for my gown. She, too, was delightful to work with. Both women offered their sincere best wishes and provided gracious hospitality during our visits.
I highly recommend The Flawless Bride for their experienced eyes and warm hearts.
I don't know where to start with this review.... If you are a plus size bride, this should be the first stop on your journey of trying to find your dress. The staff here is an abso...
lute joy to work with. They are true there to help you feel comfortable in these dresses. They really want you to find the dress of your dreams. This was my only stop in trying to find my dress, I picked 5 dresses, tried them all on, and the last one i tried actually ended up being the one. I am happy that I started and ended my search here. My dress came in the time frame to be expected, and where super easy in the whole process. I am just sad that I don't have a reason to go back to this store. Thank you to Ellen and Kasey!
Kasey took great care of me at both of my appointments. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and she helped me find an awesome dress that flattered my body and made me feel b...

ld be limited at most Bridal shops. But not here. The shop carries only women's sizes 16-32. My appointment with Ellen was wonderful. I had a variety of dress options to try on and I was able to really see how different shapes fit my body. Ellen helped me select the PERFECT dress. I could not recommend her more!!
