The Floral Basket

We went with this florist because of what they were offereing for price...we should've known it was too good of a deal. When we returned to pay the final balance the price had jumped up. The owner "forgot" to add some things in the price and we were only two weeks away. Then we were told a week before the wedding that the delivery fee was an extra $100. After going back and forth with them, they only decided to waive the delivery fee when we told them our venue was willing to do the flowers for us. After seeing our flowers they weren't what we had discussed. My hot pink bouquet flowers for the bridesmaids were a purplish color, my hot pink pew bows were baby pink for a baby shower, and my flower badges to go on pillars had white bows. When I emailed to let them know about the job they had done, no apologies or accountability.

I won a free bridal bouquet from this place at a bridal show, and I am so happy I did! My bouquet was amazing! I loved it! They did an awesome job!
