do not recommend . I paid a year early for my daughters reception,including the recommended caterer with cake service and gazebo which I was assured would be fully decorated for fall,complete with mums,pumpkins and lighting for the couples final dance. The day before i arrived and brought it to the manager stacy's attention that no decorations were outside and "sorry" was the response i received. I requested china for dinner service and the morning of the wedding {5 hours prior} was seeking clarification because no evidence of china was evident and again, "sorry". The caterers cut some of the cake and actually asked me to provide plates which, since i requested china i had no idea aout and a cousin was then left to finish cutting/plating cake. Limited beer,wine selection was warm.Insufficient staff {stacy and 1 other} were present to bartend,staff event. spider webs were pointed ot by guests in food service are. This is clearly a "side gig" for management,staff and they got my money a year prior and were uninterested in customer service. go elsewhere.

We worked with Missy in the beginning until Stacy took over as the new manager. Absolutely wonderful to work with, all of our questions were answered and she even helped with all the ideas as we were on the fence about some things. She made sure everything was in place the day of and we were happy with the setup. The evening could not have gone better, I had no worries as she was on top of everything.

I cannot recommend this venue enough! Working with Missy was a breeze and she quickly responded to all our needs. As a bride on budget, I was able to have an elegant affair without cutting corner with The Florentine Event Center. They allowed us to use our own catering service and had vases and some flower that you can use free of charge. I have gotten so many compliments on the venue. I was so pleased with how it turned out. If you haven't checked them out, do it I promise its worth the drive!

We loved the Florentine. It was perfect for our wedding. The staff were excellent- my personal favorite- about halfway through the evening of dancing staff brought out water for my husband and I. It was the small touches that made it great.
