The Florettes

To say Chris is fantastic is an understatement! She is wonderful to work with, her brain is absolutely amazing, the creativity and visions she has are inspiring. We had to do a last minute rain plan the day of our wedding and I knew I could trust Chris to decorate our new room exactly how we wanted it. We truly cannot thank her enough for making our day absolutely perfect!

Chris did our wedding flowers, and they were AMAZING!! We met with her at her office (she doesn’t have a storefront, to save on costs - great idea!), discussed our theme and colors, what we liked and disliked, she showed us some examples of what she’s done in the past, etc. The first meeting took about an hour, and then we communicated via text messages leading up to the wedding. We had a semi-destination wedding, so she brought our flowers to us and let us borrow her “travel case.” She was so easy to work with, attentive, prompt, and cost effective. My husband commented several times about how great of a job she did! I will be recommending her to family and friends!

I can’t explain how beautiful the detailing of my flowers and decor were, Chris went above and beyond to perfect my vision and create memories that will last forever. Chris is easy to work with and truly amazing, would recommend her to anyone!! Thanks again, Chris!!

We loved working with Chris! We gave her a budget and she told us what was possible within that budget so we knew what the realistic options were. The flowers were GORGEOUS and everyone at the wedding complimented them. Definitely a top pick for any Madison-area wedding!!

Chris did a wonderful job with my wedding bouquet! I found a picture online and I got almost exactly that :) Flowers were delivered on time and at our house, and she wanted to make sure I really like it so I had to accept them personally. All in all, great experience that I would recommend for sure!

Can you say awesome? Chris Shanahan, the florist, was just that. She did a terrific job on my daughter's wedding flowers. From the bride's bouquet to the boutonnières, everything was just gorgeous. She was meticulous with every design, taking everyone's personality into consideration as she created each and every piece. For someone that didn't know much about flowers, I was really hesitant about picking a florist. Chris was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She helped us come up with a vision for what we wanted in terms of bouquets and boutonnieres, and she took care of all of our centerpieces for our reception as well while still staying within our budget. I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for someone local at a very reasonable price - it was so nice to work with her directly rather than going through a big florist shop!

Florettes is a must for wedding flowers! Chris was fun to work with and executed our flower vision perfectly, even better than we could have imagined! The arrangements were gorgeous, very modern and elegant, and she stayed within our budget. Chris was open to lots of brainstorming along the way and patient with us as we developed our ideas...plus, overall a joy to work with. Highly recommend!
