The Florian Gardens

It’s been nearly a month since our wedding and my husband and I are still receiving compliments and positive feedback from family and friends. From the moment we first stepped foot into The Florian Gardens we were impressed by the staff’s knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. They truly want you to have the best day of your life and will go above an beyond to accommodate your wedding day vision! Our wedding was their largest post-Covid event and they handled everything flawlessly! From start to finish our day could not have gone better. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how efficient the staff members were! Lastly, Lisa is an absolute rockstar, you will not regret having her and your wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to answer each of our questions in a timely manner and offered so much great advice! She truly thinks of everything and has a backup plan for it all. Even though we held our ceremony offsite she even gave us advice and tips for that portion of the day. She is so incredibly kind and thoughtful. We were so grateful to have her in our corner handling any issues and helping guests as needed. There’s truly nothing negative to say about this venue. We could not recommend it enough and would have our wedding at Florian Gardens a million times over if we could!

10/10 RECOMMEND!!! We can’t say enough wonderful things about the Florian Gardens event center. Everyone was telling us that something will go wrong on our wedding day and that I should just expect it and be okay with it. Well, honestly nothing did and I give Lisa (the wedding coordinator that comes with the venue) a lot of credit for that. Planning a wedding is a lot of work and having someone to walk you through it who is kind, knowledgeable, and gets down to business helps A LOT. Now to the food… it was AMAZING! We had the parmesan crusted chicken, bacon wrapped sirloin, vegan stuffed peppers, and 4 cheese ravioli (Ik, yum) and all of the guests raved about each option. I seriously wish this food was accessible at a restaurant, because I would eat it all the time. One thing unique thing we loved was the flow between inside and outside during the reception and cocktail hour. The seating outside was great to take a break and chat before running back inside to the dance floor. Another great thing about the Florian Gardens is how much they provide in house. It look a lot of the load off of my fiancé and I. You can rent just about anything from the cake cutting supplies to the signage to the center pieces (huge time savor). The one downside is you have to pay for every little addition and all food/drinks must come from the Florian. When all is said and done, the venue is very reasonably priced for what you get. It is beautiful, organized, convenient, and has amazing food. If you’re looking to get married in the Eau Claire area, I don’t think you can beat doing it at the Florian.

Absolutely loved the Florian Gardens for my wedding venue!! It was so perfect and beyond organized, and reasonably priced! Lisa (wedding coordinator) is so good at her job! From the very beginning of planning till the big day she was such a big help! Highly recommend getting married there!

We had our wedding reception with 350 guests. The Florian was the perfect space to accommodate all our guest comfortably. They were so professional, helpful, and made us feel like we were top priority.

From start to finish, our wedding experience at The Florian Gardens was amazing! Lisa (wedding coordinator extraordinaire) made planning easy, fun and stress-free. She was very laid-back yet made sure to keep us on track with our "homework". On the day of the wedding, she ensured that everything went according to plan and without asking, even helped me make a last-minute sign for one of my table stations that I completely forgot about the day-of; she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly as we wanted it, even when things didn't go completely according to plan! I truly believe we couldn't have done it without her and anyone would be lucky to have her as their wedding coordinator. The food was absolutely AMAZING. Everyone was talking about how delicious and well prepared it was (and we STILL have people talking about it - that mac n' cheese is LEGENDARY!). There was plenty to go around and everyone was well fed. The venue itself is beautiful, well kept and really made us feel like we were in a movie. The gardens are so beautiful and perfect for your special day. I never dreamed of what my wedding would be like or what I wanted it to be, but I can tell you that our wedding at The Florian Gardens was like a dream and if we could, my husband and I would go back and relive our day time and time again. A big thank you to the entire staff at The Florian Gardens and if you thought about planning your wedding at The Florian Gardens, DO IT! :D You will not regret it and you'll make some of the most special memories ever <3

SO HAPPY that we decided to have our wedding at The Florian Gardens! From start to finish Lisa was incredibly helpful with every aspect of our planning. We don't live in Eau Claire and I was worried about planning the wedding from far away but it felt very stress-free. It was so nice to have everything in one place and the food was excellent. The garden space outside is gorgeous and they keep everything moving along really well. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day. Highly highly recommend having your wedding here!

Hands down, the best decision we ever made was to have our reception at Florian Gardens! Aside from it being an absolutely gorgeous venue, we very much enjoyed getting to work with Lisa. She made our lives so much easier with her planning and proficiency in every aspect leading up to our wedding day. She made sure that our day went as we had planned it. She kept the evening flowing and communicated well with our vendors. Lisa also communicated well with us during the planning process and also on the day of the wedding. Lisa truly loves her job, and that is clearly seen in the work she does. My husband and I heard from many guests that the food was the best wedding meal they had ever had! I would honestly have to agree with that. Thank you Lisa and Florian Gardens for making our wedding day so memorable, not only for my husband and me, but for our guests as well!

The Florian wedding coordinator, owner and staff made the entire process go so smoothly. Relieving the stress of that important day made our daughter's wedding and family experience so enjoyable for all. We'll be back but this time to schedule another event.

We loved working with The Florian Gardens. Lisa was absolutely wonderful and very organized. She made the day go as smoothly as possible and helped all of our vendors get set up. In addition, we were very fortunate to have a beautiful summer evening and our guests loved the new outdoor patio!

If you are looking for a beautiful setting, top-notch service, and a delicious menu tailored to your specifications, look no further than The Florian Gardens. We couldn’t have been happier with our venue and when asked what they could have done to make our day better, we honestly couldn’t think of anything. Having an on-site wedding coordinator took a lot of the stress out of planning, as we could always ask questions and receive the information that we needed. The owner has done an outstanding job of not only building a beautiful and user-friendly event setting, but he has done a wonderful job of building a culture where everyone is so friendly, guest-oriented, and knowledgeable. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that you will DEFINITELY not be disappointed by The Florian Gardens!

It is hard to come up with the write words to describe how perfect of a day we had at Florian Gardens. We cannot thank Ashley and the amazing staff and Florian Gardens enough for making our day so special and beautiful. Ashley was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond to my millions of questions and emails. We can't thank her enough. Florian is a beautiful wedding venue, no matter what season. The gardens are different every season and make for the perfect scenery and outdoor/indoor wedding. We got married last August and our families are still raving about the beautiful/unique wedding venue. I come from a huge family, which means lots of wedding and Florian has been everyone's favorite. Our day was MAGICAL and we cannot thank everyone at Florian Gardens enough.

This location is beautiful. The gardens are fantastic and the staff is amazing. Cara is so on top of everything that I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding. Everything ran so smoothly and I can't recommend this place enough.

The venue was good for the price. It was too chilly to be outside which isn't their fault but the inside wasn't dressed up enough to make up for being inside. The roast beef was amazing but the chicken was kinda bleh. We also should have had an extra 25 pieces of cake and at the end of the night they told us to come back the next day to get them and when we arrived they said there wasn't any cake left. Pretty upset since the cake was very expensive and we were banking on having extra for our family the next day... They told us they cut the cake a little larger but everyone said the pieces were extremely small.

The Florian Garden was an absolutely amazing venue for a wedding! The venue comes with a wedding coordinator, which was an extreme help in being organized and took a lot of stress off of my plate as the bride. Our officiant was ecstatic during the rehearsal that he could sit back and be told what to do rather than coordinate the rehearsal. A con of the venue was that our wedding coordinator changed a couple months before the wedding, and I was never informed and our new coordinator was not as on top of things or as accommodating. The service and food was absolutely amazing. Only complaint was that they cleared too quickly and too much. They started clearing peoples' drink glasses and trail mix bags from the tables when people still wanted their drinks and were planning on bringing home a bag of trail mix (which was the purpose of the trail mix bar we had). The gardens were stunning and the venue has an amazing sound system for both during the ceremony and inside for receptions.

LOVED working with the Florian Gardens! The staff are wonderful and Ashley, the wedding coordinator, is super flexible and awesome to work with! During decorating I needed help to fix a few things and the staff were amazing with helping me solve any issues that came up as I was decorating. Very clean, beautiful venue that I would highly recommend using! They are top notch!!

They did amazing. Their venue is perfect for anything you need and the staff was amazing to me. Perfect site for a wedding, I got nothing but amazing comments from my guests!!

My husband and I were living in different states at the time of our engagement and to top that off we were looking for a venue near our families in a state neither of us were living. We found Florian on the Knot and decided to make the trip to check it out. It was absolutely beautiful and we ended up booking our ceremony and reception with there. The staff was very friendly and though it is an expensive venue we saved a bundle holding our wedding on a Friday instead of Saturday and using their preferred vendors. Florian also comes with a coordinator that was on top of everything. We did not have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding because she was taking care of all the vendor drop-offs and set-ups. Collette made everything run smoothly and as stress-free as possible and throughout the planning process was excellent at keeping communication lines open and very responsive when I would email her, which being out of state was HUGE! If you are interested in a garden wedding, their gardens are beautiful and change with the seasons, and they have a good backup indoor plan if there is bad weather. We received countless comments on everything from the venue, staff, food and how much fun people had at the wedding. The staff made it a day for everyone to remember.

Hands down the best venue in Eau Claire. The wedding coordinator is the absolute best and super willing to help with all aspects of the wedding. People are still complimenting us on how beautiful our wedding was. Thank you Florian Gardens!

Getting married at the Florian made my dream wedding come true. It was everything I could have ever asked for and the gardens were beautiful!!! Everyone working was so helpful and kind! The ballroom turned out to be gorgeous!!! My wedding at the Florian was everything I could have dreamed of....and more!!!

The Florian Garden in Eau Claire had great service and the gardens were beautiful! I am 100% happy we had our wedding here. We only had our wedding here and not our reception. They do not offer any rooms for the bride to get her dress on in so I was tricky finding a way to get there without sitting down!

Amanda and Dave at the Florian Gardens were very good to work with. They clearly have organized many wedding ceremonies and receptions at their venue and helped us organize and realize our vision. The building is beautiful even at our indoor winter wedding it was georgous! The foyer and ballrooms were decorated for the holiday. We got married in front of the fireplace for our 5:00 ceremony which cozy feeling and perfect. In the evening the trees outside were lit with white lights which a great background for our reception. We even got snow which made the day even more special! The food was very good, and staff was very helpful! Once all the planning was done they helped the day move very smoothly. I wasn't that anything was going to get missed (once our flowers were finally delivered, but that is a story for another day). Sometimes things felt a little pricy, but I think their prices were in line with similar venues in the area. All in all, still worth it. Oh and I was so happy to be able to have our ceremony and reception at the same location, we had 1 hour between the ceremony and drinks, I was glad to keep the action moving.

We had our reception at the Florian Gardens. The staff was so great and helpful. The food was wonderful and plentiful. We got so many great compliments on it and not a single complaint. I was concerned about our 5 yr old flower girls not being able to dish up their food in the buffet line by themselves, but I didn't need to worry for long. Staff members helped each little girl and made sure they had all they wanted. The owner himself made sure we were happy and comfortable. The gardens were gorgeous and the guests really enjoyed them and even took a lot of family photos with the beautiful backdrops. We are very very happy we chose the Florian Gardens.
