The Flour Shop Bakery

Delivery was perfectly on time. They were with my vision from start to finish, and they made our dream of a French toast wedding cake possible!!! We went through nearly a dozen bakers before we found Cara and her team. We communicated blueprints, dimensions and the desired flavor profile, the delivered something so amazing and never-before heard of or done. You've got to give them a shot!

I cannot say enough great things about The Flour Shop! We tried out several other bakeries before deciding on the Flour Shop for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. First off, hands down the best vanilla cake I have ever had (we had several people tell us this at the wedding). It is rare to find a cake that is so picturesque, but still tastes amazing (especially a naked cake), but Cara has figured out the secret. I don’t really like icing and Cara worked with us to make smaller layers of buttercream icing for my naked cake, but honestly, I ended up loving the icing too! Both my wedding cake and the groom’s cake were breathtaking and exactly how I envisioned them. Cara even made a fondant version of our dog for the groom’s cake that looked just like him! Cara was very detail oriented, quick to respond to emails, and has such a great personality. She is very passionate about her bakery and it shows in her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I know where we will be getting all of our future cakes from!

Cara and the The Flour Shop were amazing! Our cakes were so beautiful and tasted amazing! All our guests said that it was the best wedding cake they have ever tasted! They made the whole process easy and were great at responding back to questions. Can't wait to go get cakes again when we are in town visiting family!
