I had an idea but I had never seen anything like it before. We talked to Kaila about what we wanted it to look like and a few sketches later we had a plan. Kaila was attentive to our requests for specific colors and ideas, but also one of the most enthusiastic and passionate people in the wedding business I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She found so many special autumn blooms that were a nice surprise and an honor to hold in my bouquet. She put so much thought and effort into our wedding; from matching our moms corsages to their dresses, to setting up one of the most gorgeous flower arches I’ve ever seen, and hand making our arrangements for our wedding signage ON SITE.

I was incredibly impressed with my bouquets, they far exceeded my vision and Kaila brought every detail I wanted to life.

nge being our main color. We sat down with the vendor and the proposal was STUNNING! I saved for over a year just for the florals because it was the most expensive part of the wedding, but when I saw the proposal, I thought it was all going to be worth it. Then the day of, mine and my maid of honors bouquet were delivered. I. Was. Shocked. The main color of all the florals, including all the centerpieces was a bright purple. The florals were filled with purple, bright red, yellow, pinks and other summery flowers. My husbands boutonniere was one huge bright purple flower. My father-in-law, who sat in on the final consultation for the flowers, actually asked me if we had changed our color scheme since the meeting. I was heartbroken. Especially because we spent over 4 thousand dollars on these followers, only for them not to match anything else in our venue. I did reach out to the vendor a few days after the wedding to ask what happened, and never heard back. If you use this vendor, I would suggest to be very very clear on your vision and definitely tell her any colors you do not want in your wedding. She was very sweet, professional, and enthusiastic. I just truly do not know what happened.

Kaila also recently started an event planning company, although we did not use this service, had we not postponed 3 years through the pandemic it would absolutely be worth your money and time to book this service with her. She is so organized and detail oriented. She helped guide us through to process as our florist so I cannot imagine what amazing things she is capable of as a wedding planner. First, I have to say a HUGE thank you to Kaila and The Flower Alley for making my sister’s wedding beautiful. Not only was the bride’s bouquet beautiful, so were the bridesmaids’....
We had an outdoor ceremony and the flowers were the perfect touch outside in the gazebo along with the flowers tied to the chairs along the aisle. All the flowers pulled double duty as they were moved to the reception as well. It was 90 degrees that day and the flowers still looked perfect after being brought in. Kaila for sure went above and beyond for us when we failed as good customers. We may have been the worst customers when it came to communication and organization. During the final meeting a week before the wedding, we went over last minute details. We didn’t have an exact number of guests yet and told her we would call if it changed. Well, we forgot to call and the day of the wedding Kaila saw that we had 7 extra tables (12 tables, when we originally said 5). She came to our hotel room to ask what happened. We felt so awful and asked if there was any way she could throw something together for the rest of the centerpieces. We would have taken anything at that point. She was so professional and said with a smile that she will make it happen. She was able to make 7 more of the same centerpieces as the other tables! I don’t know how she does it. She is AMAZING and not once did she make us feel like we were the worst. Again, thank you Flower Alley for making us feel so special.

She also reached out to me accordingly along the way, was very helpful during my final consultation a month before my wedding, and set up an exact delivery time. She arrived right on time delivering the flowers, showed my bridesmaids and I the best way to hold our bouquets for photos, and even set everything up so it was ready for the photographer to take getting ready shots (jewelry, accessories, etc.). Kaila went above and beyond and had a wonderfully positive attitude. I highly recommend using The Flower Alley for your wedding or general florist needs. They're the best!

The Flower Alley team was a gem to work with, not only did they do a fantastic job working with our budget and the vision we had in mind, but they made our wedding day absolutely Incredible! From the planning process, to Kaila bringing myself and my bridesmaids coffee morning-of when she dropped off the flowers – she was with us every step of the way! The bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely PERFECT! The saying goes, “stop and smell the roses,” and I made a point to do so throughout the day as the flowers were INCREDIBLE! I was blown away walking into our reception hall, I never imagined Kaila being able to transform the space into the dream I envisioned, but she far exceeded anything I could have imagined! Kaila made sure every little detail was taken care of day of, from contacting vendors, to making sure we had a day of schedule, and even running out to grab us a guest book last minute as we forgot to provide one. Each and every person who met her said she was an absolute gem, and when learning that she was not only our florist but our day of coordinator they said she was absolutely worth every penny (and we couldn’t agree more)! Whether you know exactly what flowers you want, or just have an idea but need some inspiration like we did, Kaila and Lee Ann will help turn your dreams into reality. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral decor were more beautiful than we could have imagined!
Kaila and Lee Ann made the planning process easy and fun. They are so creative and everything they design is special and unique to each individual couple/wedding!
Just a few months before our wedding, we also decided to work with Kaila as our day-of-coordinator. It was one of the best decisions we made in preparing for our big day! She is so organized, creative, and reliable. Prior to the wedding, she helped us finalize our day-of timeline, gave us access to an online site for creating our seating chart (WAY easier than doing it on paper), and helped us with some creative ideas for reception décor at our venue. On the day of our wedding, we did not worry or stress about a single thing because we knew she had everything under control – from perfectly arranging our reception decor, to making sure we were always where we needed to be on time. She also worked so well with our other vendors to make the whole day run smoothly!
Both Kaila and Lee Ann are amazing women and were a joy to work with!

to understand what I wanted, and was willing to work with me to ensure everything would run smoothly. Great, I thought. She said she would get back with me at the end of the week with a plan and an estimate. awesome. so far so good. But that is where the good experience ended. I didn't hear from her for almost a MONTH! She did apologize and said she was very busy, which I totally understand, but I emailed her MULTIPLE times during this time, and then the hotel even had to reach out to her. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I respond. with just a little bit over a month until my wedding, I didn't want to go shop for a new florist. I told her because I didn't hear from her for so long, I went ahead and made the boutonniere for my soon to be husband out of wooden flowers... AGAIN didn't hear from her for WEEKS! AGAIN had to contact the hotel and they had to track her down. She then proceeded to tell me that because I made my own boutonniere that she would no longer be able to do my wedding. She already filled the date. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! With less than a month until the wedding?!?! It wasn't a conversation like, "oh... well, you know, we prefer to do all the florals or none." WHICH I WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE WITH! How do you fill a date when you send me an estimate and then have ZERO communication?! According to the hotel, others were having a similar issue with this business. Save yourself the NIGHTMARE that this woman caused me. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Completely unprofessional!

Our bouquets were beyond amazing and more than I could have ever expected. To say we were amazed and speechless when we walked in to our reception venue is an understatement. The Gem Theatre is already a beautiful venue with it's old charm and we didn't know how much more spectacular it could get until Kaila worked her magic - the centerpieces were gorgeous and really accentuated the beauty of the venue. We are so appreciative of all of the time and work that Kaila put in to making our wedding so special!

ur favorite person to work along side with all things wedding. She gave us not only advice for flowers but with other details as well. She was always so kind and was a great person to calm you when you were feeling a bit stressed. She even added a couple very last minute details for us without any questions. When my husband and I walked back into our reception after our first look, we were absolutely blown away. The tables were set up but our guests hadn’t yet arrived, and we just had to stop to take it all in because the centerpieces were gorgeous and what we had been dreaming of.
