There will never ever be enough words to express my gratitude, admiration, and absolute LOVE for Yvonne and her team. She is the fairy godmother wedding coordinator of every little...
girls dreams and I feel truly blessed to have had her for my big day. If I could I would get re-married to my husband once every year just so I could have Yvonne as my coordinator again and again. She’s just THAT good. Every late night text, random idea, question, intrusive worry, or freak out I had (and God knows I had many) - she was there. She made, not only my wedding day, but also my entire 15 month long engagement worth while. I am grateful to have had her as my coordinator, but even more grateful to call her my friend. 🤍
Yvonne was truly one of the MVPs of our wedding day — not only did she and her team create the most gorgeous florals through The Flower Bar, but she also served as our day-of coord...
inator through Style by Yvonne… and absolutely crushed it on both fronts.
From the very beginning, Yvonne was responsive, professional, and such a joy to work with. She brought our floral vision to life with arrangements that felt personal, dreamy, and completely us — everything was intentional, stunning, and fit our vibe perfectly. Planning with her was actually fun — she brought amazing ideas and truly individualized every detail.
And when it came to coordination? Yvonne was the calm in the wedding storm. She kept us on track leading up to the day, helped us plan through the chaos, and when the big day came, everything ran so smoothly that if there were any hiccups… we had no idea (which is the dream, right?). She directed the entire crew — even our wildest friends and family — with grace, confidence, and humor. She felt like part of the family and handled it all with the perfect mix of humor and professionalism.
If you’re thinking about hiring Yvonne for either florals or coordination — do it. If you’re lucky enough to have her for both, even better. She made our wedding not only beautiful, but enjoyable, and we are so grateful for her!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our day-of coordinator and florist! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She nailed every single detail, ensuring everything r...
an smoothly and that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. From managing the timeline to making sure I was on track with my tasks, she was always one step ahead and took care of everything with such ease.
Her attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear she really cared about making our day perfect. The floral arrangements were stunning—exactly what I had envisioned and more. What stood out most was how she truly wanted our wedding to be flawless and stress-free. I felt completely relaxed knowing she was on top of everything, and her calm and organized approach made all the difference.
If you’re looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend her! She made our day unforgettable, and I’m so grateful for everything she did.
Yvonne is the kindest and sweetest - and everything a bespoke wedding planner should be. Her eye for detail gives her the ability to turn into much more than just a planner. It's l...
ike hiring a designer and planner all in one. I loved how personal it felt to work with her - it felt like I was planning the wedding with my sister... in a good way! Above all, wedding planning can be stressful at times, but her kindness makes the journey actually enjoyable. Wether is was 2 am, 5 pm, weekends, holidays- it did not stop her!! Throughout the wedding planning process, Yvonnne was super easy to work with. She truly cares about her couples. She listened carefully to what we wanted and brought together a team of amazing suppliers to create the best day for us. On the wedding day, we just trusted her as we had a terrible storm roll in and we didn't need to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves! She calmed my nerves , wanted to roll with whatever punches I had and made sure guests were okay, dry and only caring about everyone BUT herself. Our guests were blown away by the entire experience, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Yvonne to anyone who's looking for a wedding planner. If you are imagining having an exceptional wedding, Yvonne and her team will deliver an even better one than what you are imagining!!! ❤️❤️
Yvonne makes your vision come to LIFE! Yvonne was my wedding planner, coordinator, florist, therapist, decorator, and my other half. She exceeded my expectations by a mile. When I ...
first reached out to her she made me feel so comfortable and really became an instant best friend. I explained the basics of what color theme I wanted and the flowers and with Yvonne’s expertise and vibe she created something I truly only dreamed of. The day of the wedding Yvonne and Jazzy were so hard working, relaxed and accommodating to everything I needed. When guests call me and rave about my wedding it was all about the flowers, decor, and my wedding coordinator so everything YVONNE was the number 1 thing from my wedding people still are in awe of. Above all when my husband and I talk about the entire wedding experience we say we literally couldn’t do it without Yvonne and her team. We are truly so lucky to have found her and have her part of the entire process. Getting married was great but having yvonne there was way BETTER. When I get asked about my wedding I give all the credit to her and her team. It truly was magical and a dream come true. I love her she is truly an inspiration.
We didn't have a huge budget for our March wedding but Yvonne worked with us and our day turned out amazing and seamless. We absolutely could not have functioned on our wedding day...

was truly the best day of our lives. Everything was flawless! We heard nothing but compliments from all of our guests, everything was done perfectly, with care and attention to detail, and the result was an amazing wedding that we will ALL remember forever- and that none of us can stop talking about ❤️
Yvonne really means it when she says she will be your bridal bestie!!! Her services are worth EVERY. PENNY. We couldn’t have pulled it off without her!!! She did EVERYTHING, from helping us find vendors, the florals and decor, hyping me up while I looked for dresses, and talking me through some mental breakdowns (caused by the only thing Yvonne couldn’t control: the possibility of rain- although her anti rain dance worked its magic)!
I wish I could relive my wedding day a billion times over and it is all thanks to her! Yvonne, you are absolutely MAGICAL!

k by my side & helped me plan EVERYTHING! She did my florals, helped plan my rehearsal dinner, worked around all the hiccups, made some decisions for me that I didn't know how to make, helped me find someone to preserve my wedding bouquet, and SO. MUCH. MORE!
We ended up losing our house 2 weeks before our wedding in Hurricane Ian, but I kid you not - I did not stress ONCE and it is all thanks to Yvonne!
I would get married a million times over because the experience was just that perfect. Any time my friends get engaged, she is the first bit of advice I give to my friends. You will not be disappointed.

ack on photos at how flawless the entire process was; we’d have hands down been lost without her. Yvonne was thorough, punctual, and checked on me every step of the way, not just during the wedding but leading up to it on both a professional and personal level. The cost was a drop in the bucket for all we gained and we may have to plan another event just to do it all over again. Thank you endlessly, Yvonne!

She did an amazing job of every single detail and listened to my Daughter and Fiancée to come up with exactly every single thing they wanted in our budget.
The wedding couldn't have been more beautiful! Every detail was planned and perfect! I can't recommend her enough!

nge. The second we hired them, Yvonne was extremely accommodating and even changed her own travel plans and immediately started dealing with vendors and contracts and dealt with the venue directly. We didn't have to do a thing! Yvonne made the whole process so simple and stress free. We left the decor in Yvonne and Jazmyn's hands and they did such a beautiful job from start to finish! Yvonne was there anytime of the day to answer any questions or concerns my sister had. The day of ran so smoothly thanks to these badass ladies. the beautiful decor. Whenever I had questions, big or small, Yvonne and her team were there with me every step of the way which was so appreciated! I know there is no way we could have pulled off our wedding without them. Yvonne knows the Volusia county area well and her knowledge was invaluable. Her expertise is what helped us to pull everything together despite a global pandemic. They have different plans and are extremely affordable for any budget and are worth every penny for how much work and detail they put into their events. They were my wedding angels and a true blessing.

ough any of this without them! Definitely went beyond the “job duties” any ordinary planner would! Literally scheduling everything, handling vendors, helping me pick out the most beautiful dress ever, & completely making me stress free! Best money I have ever spent! If there is one gift I could give to anyone it would be them! If you’re debating it, DON’T! When Yvonne calls herself the Baddest Bitch it’s because she truly is! Couldn’t thank them enough!

what we would have done without her. I owe the complete success of my wedding to her, everything went perfectly and she surprised us by going above and beyond with everything.
