The Flower Barn at Shawnee Stems is a beautiful timber-frame barn set in a scenic area in the heart of Southern Illinois. Built by the Amish, this venue has solid oak beams and high-end finishes. Seasonal u-pick flower fields surround this barn and pavilion, making it a magical place to exchange vows and celebrate your love.
At 7,800 square feet, the climate-controlled barn and loft can host up to 250+ guests very comfortably with room for higher guest counts. A bridal get-ready room makes it convenient for you to prepare and relax on your big day. The cabin included can be used as a grooms quarters.

These include the use of the barn, loft, covered porch, patio, ceremony pavilion, and cabin. The venue provides and sets up tables and chairs. The venue itself is breathtaking—the lake, the beautiful buildings, and the flower farm are straight out of a dream! The bridal suite was absolutely stunning, making getting ready feel so special, and the hunting cabin for the guys was a total hit. Miss Sally even provided us with local vendor recommendations since we’re from Ohio, Michigan, and Florida, which made planning from out of state seamless.
The level of care, organization, and personal attention they give is unmatched. Our families, traveling all the way from Michigan, California, and Florida, were completely in awe. Every single detail felt magical, and our wedding day was beyond perfect because of them.
