ning on having real photos at my wedding. I had a change of heart for my bouquet about 3 weeks before my wedding and stopped by the shop.
The staff were super friendly, patient, and helpful. If you're an animal lover, you'll love visiting. There were birds, cats, and dogs who will love your stress away.
They provided beautiful, last-minute flowers for me on my big day. I got so many compliments on my bouquet. I cannot thank everyone enough!

th her for our initial meeting we talked through every detail and she made suggestions of exactly what flowers to use based on the season and colors I wanted. She was super accommodating to any changes I needed to make to my order. On the day of the wedding itself, she seamlessly delivered and arranged everything and it fulfilled my visions perfectly. ch with them after our initial meeting. Both phone and email were slow and handled mostly by one person, which again, was most likely the issue with responsiveness. Once we were able to get our vision for the flowers pinned down and adjustments on the quote hammered out, everything went fairly smoothly from there. Our centerpieces looked amazing! The Groomsman’s boutonnieres and Bridesmaid’s corsages also looked great! The Bride’s bouquet was beautiful, but not really what we had discussed, and not what I was expecting. The worst, though, were the Bridesmaid’s bouquets, which turned out to be nothing close to what we discussed or what we were expecting them to be. We were was also told we would be getting a silk bouquet for the bouquet toss, which never came either. Unfortunately, we had to ask one of our Bridesmaid’s to give up hers, which was disappointing. Overall, their flowers were beautiful, but the execution of our wishes for the day were lost in the details. We have worked in the past with this venue for smaller events, which have turned out great. Truly believe it was simply a lack of help during one of their busiest times of year. Will be back for small bouquets and flowers, but would be hesitant to commit to a full scale event again.

We left the meeting with a promise that we would have a billing quote within 2 weeks.
We should have had the quote by the first or second week of April. However, we did not end up getting that estimate until May 29th after many many emails and phone calls nagging. I emailed several times without getting responses and finally my mom called to get an answer. They cited a busy Mother's Day as the problem... which still didn't explain why we didn't have the quote on time in the first place. We understood the busy season, but their lack of communication was frustrating. It is hard enough budgeting for a wedding without added stress and delays!
So, after the estimate finally arrived, the florist was VERY good about addressing the changes I wanted made and adding things on. I was impressed again like I was on the first meeting.
The wedding day arrived, and the flowers did turn out beautiful. The florist showed up on time and did make sure to find me through the chaos. And, the arbor she created for us was stunning. However, as we walked into the reception, we immediately noticed that NOT ONE of the vases on our tables had the baby's breath bouquets that were supposed to be in them. Basically, our centerpieces were empty.
I understand that things happen and I do blame myself for not checking in again or having someone with her when I was busy getting ready. But after the wedding, I have contacted them to find out what happened. I really only wanted an explanation (refund would be nice - only about $50 - but I didn't even request one in this email). And guess what? Not getting a response. So frustrating. Going to have to call and nag for that too.
So, in summary, the work The Flower Boutique does is amazing and very worth the money. Cost seemed very reasonable to me. But, the employees seem disorganized when it comes to communication and almost rude. I know I would have been much happier if they just would have sent a quick reply saying, "We'll get back to you as soon as we can," instead of blatantly ignoring me at times.

. The men's boutonniers were way to big and the stems fell off. Some of the pins were bent. There should have been extra pins for the size of the boutinniers. The flower girl's basket was way to heavy for a 4 year old and some of the water dripped out.

the flowers came in a completely different color than expected, she made sure to work with us to fix the problem. She was also able to arrange the last-minute rental and delivery of a beautiful archway decorated with fall leaves for our ceremony. The only slight complaint is that I wish the store would have contacted me when the flowers came in the wrong color; we happened to stop by the store to check on things and figured it out then. Other than that, MaryBeth and the Flower Boutique are a joy to work with.
