The Flower Boutique provided my bridal bouquet, a corsage for my mother, and boutonnieres for my father and husband for our wedding on October 7th, 2018.
Originally, I wasn't plan...
ning on having real photos at my wedding. I had a change of heart for my bouquet about 3 weeks before my wedding and stopped by the shop.
The staff were super friendly, patient, and helpful. If you're an animal lover, you'll love visiting. There were birds, cats, and dogs who will love your stress away.
They provided beautiful, last-minute flowers for me on my big day. I got so many compliments on my bouquet. I cannot thank everyone enough!
I used the Flower Boutique for my recent wedding and could not have been more thrilled! Mary Beth was so laid back and easy to work with from the very beginning. When I sat down wi...
th her for our initial meeting we talked through every detail and she made suggestions of exactly what flowers to use based on the season and colors I wanted. She was super accommodating to any changes I needed to make to my order. On the day of the wedding itself, she seamlessly delivered and arranged everything and it fulfilled my visions perfectly. The flowers look so beautiful in all of our pictures! Thank you Mary Beth!
The Flower Boutique was, unfortunately, a bit difficult to work with. In their defense, they did seem to be a bit understaffed. The most frustrating part was trying to get in tou...
ch with them after our initial meeting. Both phone and email were slow and handled mostly by one person, which again, was most likely the issue with responsiveness. Once we were able to get our vision for the flowers pinned down and adjustments on the quote hammered out, everything went fairly smoothly from there. Our centerpieces looked amazing! The Groomsman’s boutonnieres and Bridesmaid’s corsages also looked great! The Bride’s bouquet was beautiful, but not really what we had discussed, and not what I was expecting. The worst, though, were the Bridesmaid’s bouquets, which turned out to be nothing close to what we discussed or what we were expecting them to be. We were was also told we would be getting a silk bouquet for the bouquet toss, which never came either. Unfortunately, we had to ask one of our Bridesmaid’s to give up hers, which was disappointing. Overall, their flowers were beautiful, but the execution of our wishes for the day were lost in the details. We have worked in the past with this venue for smaller events, which have turned out great. Truly believe it was simply a lack of help during one of their busiest times of year. Will be back for small bouquets and flowers, but would be hesitant to commit to a full scale event again.
The Flower Boutique was lovely to work with. I worked with Mary Beth for bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres for my wedding party and family and an altar arrangement. Very frien...
dly. Beautiful arrangements. Good price. Mary Beth even delivered the altar arrangement to the college for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Had birdcage centerpiece, turned out beautiful! they decorated my arch to get married under on site. My flowers were exactly what I asked for. They stayed under my budget, $200 und...
er!
I used The Flower Boutique for my 2014 summer wedding. We met with this vendor for the first time in late March, and I felt like my florist was understood exactly what I wanted. ...
We left the meeting with a promise that we would have a billing quote within 2 weeks.
We should have had the quote by the first or second week of April. However, we did not end up getting that estimate until May 29th after many many emails and phone calls nagging. I emailed several times without getting responses and finally my mom called to get an answer. They cited a busy Mother's Day as the problem... which still didn't explain why we didn't have the quote on time in the first place. We understood the busy season, but their lack of communication was frustrating. It is hard enough budgeting for a wedding without added stress and delays!
So, after the estimate finally arrived, the florist was VERY good about addressing the changes I wanted made and adding things on. I was impressed again like I was on the first meeting.
The wedding day arrived, and the flowers did turn out beautiful. The florist showed up on time and did make sure to find me through the chaos. And, the arbor she created for us was stunning. However, as we walked into the reception, we immediately noticed that NOT ONE of the vases on our tables had the baby's breath bouquets that were supposed to be in them. Basically, our centerpieces were empty.
I understand that things happen and I do blame myself for not checking in again or having someone with her when I was busy getting ready. But after the wedding, I have contacted them to find out what happened. I really only wanted an explanation (refund would be nice - only about $50 - but I didn't even request one in this email). And guess what? Not getting a response. So frustrating. Going to have to call and nag for that too.
So, in summary, the work The Flower Boutique does is amazing and very worth the money. Cost seemed very reasonable to me. But, the employees seem disorganized when it comes to communication and almost rude. I know I would have been much happier if they just would have sent a quick reply saying, "We'll get back to you as soon as we can," instead of blatantly ignoring me at times.
The Flower Boutique provided outstanding service for our wedding. The flower arrangements were beautiful, and Doug took a great deal of time to go over all of our needs. Everything...
was delivered promptly to the hotel, and the prices were very reasonable. We give The Flower Boutique our highest recommendation.
I asked the florist several different times over a year to send me pictures of what my flowers would look like and she never did even though she said she would when we met with her...
. The men's boutonniers were way to big and the stems fell off. Some of the pins were bent. There should have been extra pins for the size of the boutinniers. The flower girl's basket was way to heavy for a 4 year old and some of the water dripped out.
They went above and beyond for my flowers they were gorgeous and did not cost a ridiculous amount! They were so helpful when figuring out which flowers I wanted!
Mary Beth at the Flower Boutique made working with them so easy! From our first meeting to updates and changes in our order, she worked with us to ensure we were happy with our flo...
wers. The flowers were delivered fresh and on time to the the church and reception. I would definitely recommend them!
The flower boutique was very personal, laid back, and provided me with exactly what i wanted
Staff was Very helpful in making all decisions, the flowers and bouquets were even more gorgeous than i could have imagined, very happy with everything they did for us
I worked with Mary Beth and she was simply amazing. I had a vision of what colors/flowers I wanted - but after a 2nd meeting where she had samples available for us to look at - it ...
was clear I had missed the mark. She was so patient with me as we picked out a completely new set of flowers and scheduled another viewing appointment with the new set of flowers available for us to see. They were simply stunning and she was so flexible and accommodating. I have yet to learn of another bride who was shown one sample bouquet - let alone 2! I highly recommend The Flower Boutique and Mary Beth.
My personal florist was Mary Beth who had to put up with my indecisiveness before the wedding. I think I had her change the flower contract about three times and she didn't once s...
eem bothered by it. Mary Beth was extremely professional and friendly.
Everyone I met at the Flower Boutique was extremely friendly when I called in and I really appreciated that they do payment plans.
The flowers in my arrangement lasted two weeks after the wedding so they were pretty hardy on top of being bright, vibrant, and beautiful.
I loved working with MaryBeth at the Flower Boutique! She is so sweet and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure my family and I were happy with the florals. When some of ...
the flowers came in a completely different color than expected, she made sure to work with us to fix the problem. She was also able to arrange the last-minute rental and delivery of a beautiful archway decorated with fall leaves for our ceremony. The only slight complaint is that I wish the store would have contacted me when the flowers came in the wrong color; we happened to stop by the store to check on things and figured it out then. Other than that, MaryBeth and the Flower Boutique are a joy to work with.
My flowers were beyond my dreams and hopes! I went in to meet with MaryBeth and she knew exactly what I'd want as I spoke with her. My flowers were on time, I was able to see some ...
of them before the wedding and they were perfect. I was in love with my flowers. I had so many flowers for bouquets and altars and the cake, and yet the price was so affordable. I still can't stop looking at pictures of my flowers. They were beautiful and perfect! Definitely a must hire!
