The Flower Center

Erin, owner of The Flower Center, was a dream to work with! She was prompt in answering calls, texts, and emails; her prices were more than fair; and she was eager to meet with me in person to discuss details. Her involvement and creativity left me stress free, and she was truly a pleasure to work with. Erin asked detailed questions and spent a good deal of one on one time with me to fully understand my floral vision for my wedding. She then took that vision and created flower arrangements that were beyond what I could have dreamed of. She used a wide variety of flowers and greenery in my bouquet and other floral arrangements that accentuated one another and made my wedding colors truly present on my wedding day. Such variety made my flowers so unique, and I feel that Erin using such a tasteful variety also placed my arrangements a step above typical wedding flowers. Additionally, Erin was prompt arriving to and setting up at my venue, which was over an hour from her shop, and she left my venue looking phenomenal. My wedding flowers were my favorite aspect of my wedding, made my wedding pictures even more beautiful, and were talked about by my friends and family for weeks afterwards. I dried and kept my bouquet, and every time I look at it, I am so thankful Erin was my florist. Erin also provided suits for my bridal party. My father, who lives out of town and was unable to be fitted by her, had some initial issues getting a suit that fit him correctly, as he is a big and tall man. Erin made sure he had plenty of size options to try and had suits of multiple sizes shipped directly to his home. This made finding the perfect fit so much easier for him from the convenience of his own home. Erin made so much of my wedding ideals an affordable reality that surpasses my expectations. I feel I have gained a friend in her, I have been able to recommend her to my wedding-planning friends, and I know who I will be going to for all of my future floral needs.

Erin and her team worked with me and my allergies to make my wedding beautiful. We even set up a sniff test to make sure the flowers would not cause me any problems. Would highly recommend!

Erin did all of my flowers for my wedding and was also my wedding director. Everything turned out beautiful!

I used The Flower Center for reception centerpieces and ceremony flowers, as well as for all bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted! They were delivered the day of the wedding and Erin had everything set up and ready to go, along with helping with some other set ups. I also used The Flower Center for tux rentals. They all fit perfectly and they made it easy even for our out of town guys! I highly recommend The Flower Center for all of your wedding needs!!

We got all of our tuxes rented from here. The staff took all the measurements in the shop and they arrived a couple days before the wedding. Erin was even able to make some minor adjustments so that they looked absolutely perfect. The shop is gorgeous. The work they do with flowers is gorgeous, and I won't ever use another shop. 10/10

Even though our wedding was at Keswick Vineyards in Charlottesville, we wanted to support local businesses from our hometowns whenever we could. We decided to go with Erin Huffman and The Flower Center from Clifton Forge. Over a period of 18 months, we were in close contact with Erin creating flower arrangements for our big day. Erin and her staff were beyond accommodating, allowing us to be creative while offering subtle suggestions along the way. She was even willing to put together sample centerpieces and bouquets, making changes as we saw fit. Erin also helped design and provide items for our centerpieces. The Flower Center has a variety of rental items from décor to tuxedos, and offers day-of coordination services. On the day-of, Erin and her staff were fast and efficient with set up and worked effectively with other vendors to ensure everything was just right for us. The flowers (ranunculus, peonies, hydrangeas, & roses) were fresh and beautifully arranged. The guests constantly made comments about the bouquets and centerpieces. Our pictures turned out great because of them. We could not have been more pleased with their work. Thank you Erin and the Flower Center. 5-Stars!

I was a mess the weeks before my wedding, and the day of, but the owner of the shop helped me pick out the flowers and made sure everything was set for the big day. I was awed when I entered the reception and found that the centerpieces were even more intricate and beautiful, and more quantity than I had expected. They did a great job!
